I find these witch sites, really disturbing

I know I am not a theologian but when I investigated the writings of Lusia Piccarretta about a month ago I found it pretty disturbing that Lusia writings are promoted on Wicca sites, that is a site for witches.

I have over the last few days again searched the web on different aspects of Lusia Piccarettas writings. I was Gobsmacked at the number of new wicca sites that promote her teachings!

Some even saying that finally the Catholic Church is preparing to recount all that is false in its teachings! and recognise Lusia's writings which defend their teachings! ie; of mankinds access to the divine and they state that her writings vindicate all that witches have practiced and expressed for millennia. They seem very joyful regarding Lusia's teachings!

Its very alarming!!

Queen ('Kwen) defined by merriam-webster.comas a goddess or thing personified as a female having supremacy in a specific realm.

Hecate (Hekate) has many titles. One of which is Queen of the Witches. Hecate is thought to be the last of the Titans. She was granted dominion over the Heavens, Earth and Sea by Zeus. She is thought to be the seen as a triple goddess figure and holds the keys to the underworld. She is often depicted at a cross roads where decisions are made and offerings to her are left there.

So how did she become Queen of the Witches? Hecate has a long history and can be traced back 3000 years. She can be found in early writings such as Oddyssey, Homer - C9th BCE and Theogony, Hesiod C8th BCE. Some of her titles include Hekate Desponia(Mistress), Hekate Phosphoros (Lightbringer) and Hekate Trioditis (of the three roads). Looking through the list that I found, I did not locate "queen of the witches", however it may be a modern term. Since the resurgence of religions such as Wicca, groups select a deity or are called to a deity. Since Wicca is "craft of the wise" or witch craft Hecate is often selected as the deity or Queen of the Witches. Many in Wicca associate Hecate with the Crone Goddess. This depiction can be traced back to Robert Graves.

Disturbing for sure, but it's part of the bigger picture that is even more disturbing which is how the entire bible and true church of Jesus Christ get distorted & perverted by a host of New Age type sects and others who talk about things like the "universal force of christ" and what not. Have you ever heard of A Course in Miracles? It's the New Age version of the Bible and Jesus' name is everywhere in it.

I bought an angel prayer card for one of my children in the shop of an approved Marian shrine a while ago and when she prayed it in the evening, it sent chills down my spine because it sounded like a new age prayer, not a true christian prayer. I got rid of the card!

I agree that the faithful do need to be careful when googling Luisa's name and Our Lord's also.

 

Very familiar with the New age stuff like A Course in Miracles and the Urantia book. I thought it was so detailed and a much larger story then what I thought the Christian faith was at the time. Boy was I wrong after diving into all that stuff for about 7 years.

 

Well speaking of this . . .last Fri. I made my Consecration to Mary at a Marian Shrine that also had Holy Doors. It was an awesome day! And Saturday I went to a class on essential oils and was demonically attacked. The leader of the group said she reads chakras or whatever they are and mixes essential oils to get better energy. She looked at me and said my spiritual level was way too high and told me I needed to take a break from whatever I was doing. I told her I was a Carmelite and couldn't get out of there fast enough! When I got home I started doing research on essential oils, from the Women of Grace website, they are on EWTN. They said that pure oils are great and very healthy and are mentioned many times in the bible. But when you mix them it is like creating a witches potion! Yikes. I want to learn more about Essential oils for when we are in the storm and can't get medicine I have an alternative and also for general well being. Sooo, you just have to be really cautious about everything anymore. Interesting, the person who told me about the class is my ex-neighbor. She was big into reiki which I know very little about, and don't want to know, and I told her it was against my religion to practice it. Now I am finding out how deep into the occult these people are. In fact, her husband committed suicide a year ago. She sold her house and I won't even go over there to meet the new neighbors.

 

One of my friends went to a martial arts premises to collect her grandson, as she was early she sat at the end of the large hall among other parents and to kill time started praying her rosary silently. After a short while the instructor left the kids and came down to the area she was sitting and demanded to know who was disturbing his spirit. Nobody knew what he was talking about.. after a few moments he singled out my friend and asked what she was doing. When she told him she was only praying her rosary, he told her to leave the hall so as not do disturb his spirit!

 

I did a clip about wicca, it was never intended to be an occult practice but became one by accident after Aleister Crowley died. Crowley had nothing to do with it and there was never a set practice to it, that is why it is a 'make it up as you go' thing. It gets back to Gerald Gardner who ultimately turned out to be just a dirty old man who invented 'skyclad' (naked) rituals. How ironic that feminists flock to wicca while ignoring how Gardner manipulated women (but feminists are just as bad in this regard).

Correct me if I'm wrong but we have been warned since Old Testament Times to be On-Watch for Signs but at the same time to be on the Look-Out for False Prophets and Wolves in Sheep's clothing. This site is full of point-outs to Holy Joes/Janes, weeping statues, Jesus'/Mary's Face on pancakes or..., "Miraculous" photos and ... Ya Know!
We have more than enough Approved by The Church "Stuff" to keep us "On the Beam"! ... Do we not!?? My simple minded self tells me that there are three categories in the above: 1) Real Deal, 2) Over Imagination of decent people, 3) From satan & pals. We can assume with a high degree of certainty that that which is approved by the Church is Cat One. Is anybody here smart/educated enough to figure out the difference between Cat Two/Three!!??

Anyway Border Collie its very interesting what you said about religious people hitting the supposed life force of those into New Age stuff but I wonder can that work a little the other way around too?

Can you feel drained because people are into some of those practices around you? All the people in our house recently went to a big Yoga festival, with a Buddha in every tent!

Hi BorderCollie, I remember before I had to visit a priest for deliverance from new-age practices I was briefly involved in and the priest and the man who was helping him warned me about maritial arts and told me never to go near them. He said that they are "bowing" to something they believe to be higher than Jesus, which is idolatry. I think that was a good way of explaining why it is bad.

 

It just goes to show us how ol red legs works. Louisa's cause is coming up , he knows it. Those who hear about her cause will do searches and lo and behold, they will come across this horse manure and be scandalized. Lord, give us discernment and hope in your light and your saints!

 

It is also interesting how Crowley initiated Gardner into the OTO, which does a parody of the mass every Sunday.

 

Yes Crowley did initiate Gardner, this I believe was to gain Gardiners' knowledge and perspectives from his time in the Indian subcontinent and North Africa. But Gardiner was only initiated a few months before Crowley died so there was never any 'order' to what they may have exchanged, so Gardner was left in a default position in regards to Wicca. Hence this is why we all manner of nonsense being portrayed as a 'tried, tested and true' occult system when it is basically more akin to a gothic comic book fantasy.

I respectfully disagree on one point. Most modern magic is based on Crowley who was deep into the occult. I am an ex-witch, who will testify witchcraft is not gothic comic book fantasy. The spells do work and I now know demons are behind the resurgence of the occult. I was almost possessed and definitely oppressed. It has taken several years much prayer with confession to overcome the harm done by Wicca. This is my take on the subject.

My daughter was feeling unwell recently at a concert so I was with her in the ladies room, a woman tried to help by telling me to write nux vom on a piece of paper and put it under a glass of water and when my 9 year old daughter drinks it she'll be better. I know nux vom is homeopathy, but that sounds like witchcraft to me. A good friend who is a practicing faithful Catholic uses homeopathy as their first port of call for any medical care. She's having lots of trouble with one particular son and I wonder if homeopathy might have something to do with it. Would anyone be able to give me a bit more info?

In their creed, it is professed a belief in the Mother Earth Babalon and the serpent baphomet another name associated with Satan. These are just approximations. OTO is found in about 27 countries with over 50 locations in the USA. This is a question not posed often. A demonically inspired mass has been offered since 1913. Does anyone wonder why our world is in the shape it is in and why Mary appeared at Fatima in 1913? Much more could be said, but I hope this is sufficient. My warning is stay with the true mass. Do not mess around with magic and the OTO.

 

We all use homeopathic medicine. Taking herbs for illnesses is just one example. There is one potential spiritual problem with homeopathy. A person has to make sure the source of the herbs and the practitioner is not practicing the occult. Many occult book stores sell herbs and many natural doctors prescribe reiki healing and yoga which are occult practices. From a medical perspective, generally it is better not to take any medication from a stranger, since you may not know what you are getting. The lady telling you to write on a piece of paper, put it under a glass of water, and then drink it, was probably giving you a spell. In my opinion, writing words on a piece of paper does not heal you, unless there is a spiritual working involved. For example, Jesus through Marie Julie Jahenny told people to write words on a piece of paper and swallow it for protection. Evil parodies good. Hope this helps.
