LittleVoice, I think everyone on MOG can see how passionate you are about Garabandal but I believe it is best to express your opinion and let it go. If you are correct then everyone will know after all is said and done, but I don't see the point of the current argument. What is your goal? You can't change everyone's opinion to match yours.
Voris, in the below, paints a grim picture but can anyone here come up with a Rose Colored version that’s better? Charlie J. believes in a Divine Rescue after, soon, the Darkest of Times! I hope he is correct as multi-generational New Dark Age is not a pleasant prospect …. especially for those of us who have not experienced the worst … YET .... unlike our Christian Kin in the Middle East!! “THE END OF THE WORLD” – Dying for the Faith translates into eternal life. http://www.churchmilitant.com/video...the-world?mc_cid=584246f2a0&mc_eid=2a0b6c7ef6 GOD SAVE ALL HERE!!
My aim? MOG is read not only by members but also by people who looking for another food as is given to them by you, Garabandalists. They want to wait for Warning. But you tell them fairytales about previous events. But these are only your materialistic interpretations. You are many, I am alone one. I give to people who want to have other opinion than you the spiritual interpretation. Your unrealistic conditions are killing the hope of realistic people. This is my aim.
You are very vague. Be specific. No one can understand your points in fact while you just continue to label people who in reality appear to have a truer grip on the whole Garabandal phenomenon than yourself. What do you mean by "old interpretations"....and that "time has [somehow] changed" the facts as given by the only persons actually involved. Your use of "spiritual" is like some giant umbrella that you use as your excuse to bash others with while your use of the term is very uncertain, imprecise, unfocused, and hazy. If you are going to play "professor" on the topic, at least respect others enough and define your terms as you seem to have your own personal and unique way of using them....other than in their respected and proven definitions. You're getting nowhere with such amorphous and hazy statements....especially when you attempt to use them in ad hominem attacks.
I have to disagree with you here, Carol. I realise that many forum members view the forum as a kind of 'family' where disagreements should be avoided. But the forum is not a club, it is a forum that presents itself as a discussion area for worldwide Catholics and Christians. That's why those who criticize Pope Francis should be challenged because otherwise the forum bears false witness to its Catholic faith. I find LV's posts a breath of fresh air that challenge many positions held by the 'regulars' and repeated by them frequently but which are not always error free. My biggest problem with LV is, of course, his English! This is not intended as a criticism as I am very impressed by how non-english speakers make the effort to learn the language. So, well done LV and keep up the good work.
It does not make sense to explain you the predicted situation, which became the reality in the last years. Does it Our Mother in Međugorje? No. So if She does not so, neither I will do. I said my spiritual vision and if you do not want understand it, it is not my problem. I have written not only for you. I do not attack against you, but against your dream. I do not know you, so how I can do attacks ad hominem? I am attacking your vision. Russia is nation blessed by God. I love Russia and the reality is completely different as it was before 30 years
As you see in my reply above, I'm rather appreciative of LV's contributions. I don't see LV trying to 'bash' anyone but I think he feels many contributors are talking to themselves a lot of the time and are not trying to see things in an alternative spiritual context.
Yes I know, my english is horrible But you can understand it I believe. I have learned many languages except english, sadly.
You are rather 'blunt' in your approach, LV, but I'm a Yorkshireman and folks from Yorkshire are known to be blunt speakers...
David, At the very least I think of all of us as being on the same team and if you look back at my posts I don't think that I have challenged much of what LittleVoice as posted although I did question the End Times Book of Maria V. If LittleVoice thinks that he/she is doing a service for the rest of the world by challenging the thinking of the "Garabandalists" here then have at it, but unless some proof can be shown to back up an opinion it will remain an opinion and it will be next to impossible to win an argument that way. If anything I was trying spare LittleVoice more frustration but that's just my opinion.
I think we are ALL posting 'opinions' all the time. The problem comes from those who don't accept they are only opinions! As I have said on many occasions, the participants of a discussion tend not to be in the right frame of mind to be able to see the other's point of view but the quiet people who just view the forum posts without contributing themselves are able to learn quite a lot from the exchanges.
They are opinions unless it is something that came directly from one of the seers. LittleVoice is more willing to say that maybe the seers misinterpreted something or relayed it improperly and I think the "Garabandalists" here are not willing to do that out of respect for the seers. PS - Also, where do you draw the line once you start questioning what the seers have said?
In this particular case though such broad statements re: the motivations of others or the unfounded personal "descriptions" of others' evidence in fact cannot be accepted as "opinions" as such repetitious accusations hold no basis in sourced fact in order to even form an "opinion". Meanwhile the actual sourced material facts are simply dismissed and classified as "fairy tales" or rather as if such recorded facts are gathered out of imaginative whole cloth. Go figure! Very easy to go about calling logical conclusions based on what is known, "fairy tales", simply because one personally isn't able to compute accurately and then when corrected can't benefit from the added information.
I don't know what greater "spiritual context" can be described here beyond the Illumination of Conscience and the change of the conscience of the world via the greatest act of God's Mercy in history. And that "alternative spiritual context" does not go missing by anyone while it is involved with another great "spiritual context" like never before....the Miracle....which also does not go missing by the Garabandal devotees. And yes, both such magnificent predictions are themselves involved with "material" and cosmic events, backdrops and places. People are watching and traveling to "material" situations/locations in order to even view or participate in the "spiritual" effect that will take place in time. In this case one cannot be a "spiritual" minded being without also being a "material" minded being. Again, no dualism with this place.
Okay....then explain to me "my dream" and "my vision" or your personal "predicted situation" because I don't know what the heck you are talking about. You are very dismissive of others and what you merely assume is incorrect in their logical explanation of recorded facts. I as of yet do not know what specifics you base your own personal disagreements with Garabandal devotees upon. They offer actual recorded and admitted facts of witnesses....in fact the only witnesses....while you have apparently not equally matching facts to discredit these eye witnesses. I never said you attacked me personally only the real on the ground facts and others to whom you have directed your rather insulting descriptions of "dreamers" or people living "fairy tales" or something else as sophomoric. Suppose then the saintly Mother Angelica would also be classified by yourself as just not "getting" the "spiritual" angle...ha!
So can you please tell me Little Voice what is the spiritual interpretation that you see that is different from the 'Garabandalists' who in your opinion tell fairy tales of previous events. I'm really confused... are the fairy tales you speak of events to happen before the warning? I would really like to know what you see as occuring regarding Garabandal. What is the hope you want to offer to others regarding all of this? I hope you can answer me in a simple and clear way. Thank you.
I say you, what are your fairytales: Russia can not take over Europe withouth WWIII. On the other side, before Warning will be no WWIII. The first nonsense. Second nonsense: Pope can not go into Moscow before Unification of Churches. On the other side, before Warning no Unification can take place. If you do not see this real political facts, you do not live in today's world but in past or in your dreams.
To be truthful LV we find it hard to understand what you are saying as it is all rather confusing. I know English is not your strong point so this is understandable.
