Well, the lamp posts in Dublin are plastered with ("I'm a proud Catholic") MaryLou's picture urging people to vote Yes. Sinn Fein don't seem to be short of a penny when it comes to campaign financing.
I honestly think we are going to see martyr's becoming a normal part of the news cycle (until it is blacked out) and it is not going to be limited to ME or African nations. Anyone who stands for the family and tradition will anger these people to no end by their mere presence. Don't be fooled. Peacefully praying a rosary is an act of violence to them. These people are the same who wear masks to hide their identity and brandish bike locks as clubs in the name of tolerance. I've been having some workplace issues and struggling with anger. Now, to read this, it makes me think how trivial all my gripes have been compared to what people in Ireland and everywhere else had/have to face in fighting to save the voiceless unborn.
And to think we have been dealing with the effects of legalized abortion in the US for 45 years. I was arrested (first and only time) 30 years ago in an anti-abortion march around an abortion mill. Even back then the people on the other side were ravaged, spitting, swearing and one could witness pure evil in their hearts and spewing out of their mouths blasphemy's. Should we expect any different? After all, abortion is Satan's greatest sacrament and those who are beholding to him share in this worship of the death of the innocence.
If to be Irish is to be a liberal person accepting and condoning sodomy and murder of children, then I will gladly hand over my Irish status if they want it. God before country. There were actually many many people from up north who came down to help us canvass, if abortion is going to be pushed on the north too then hopefully I will return the favour and help all of you too. Though from what I hear, people up north are far more prolife than the southern people. I reckon if the irish passport holders from the north were allowed to vote, they would not have won by such a large margin.
One thing I am struggling with at the minute is not knowing whether or not we as christians can physically stop this abortion. I know prayer is of course hugely important, but so is action. I really think we could gather enough people in Ireland to gather at any abortion clinic that opens and then physically shut it down. It would take an army to stop us. I know there are many people very angry and heart broken over this, and surely action would be justified to save the life of an innocent defenceless child
It wouldn't work. More than likely it would result in an even lower percentage of people opposing abortion. Anyway, the abortions will take place and in the case of suicidal ideation are already performed in our maternity hospitals. I suppose that Holles St. will be the hospital of choice because the Master of the hospital is a pro-abort although they may demand their abortions in hospitals where there hasn't been so much support - kinda like how the gay marriage crowd target Christian business to force them to submit or be shut down. Eventually I expect some crowd like Marie Stopes or Planned Parenthood will open a private abortion clinic to serve wealthier clients wanting to avoid any close contact with the riff-raff who let their babies live. There's money in abortion.
Me too. And there will be no shortage of priests willing to tell the public how wrong he is - most likely members of the Catholic Priests Association. Not a single one of them will say that nobody is forced to be Catholic or to go to Mass and that people who don't believe what the Church teaches have lots of options if they want to hear that no matter what they do God will always agree with them. We'll hear lots of freedom of conscience talk but the priest's conscience won't be considered.
It would appear that the Great Apostasy is here. Wasn’t there a prophecy made by Saint Patrick himself regarding Ireland being inundated in the last days? Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us!

http://theliberal.ie/dublin-priest-...ou-have-no-business-receiving-holy-communion/ Dublin priest tells congregation during Sermon “if you voted yes, you have no business receiving Holy Communion” May 28, 2018 James Brennan Irish News According to the Adrian Kennedy & Jeremy Dixon talk show on 98Fm, a Dublin priest in the area of Dublin 14/16 told the congregation attending Mass on Sunday morning that if people voted yes in the referendum on the Eighth Amendment then they had no business going up to the alter to receive Holy Communion. The Church is very clear in its teachings on the crime against the unborn baby where they say “thou shalt not kill”. It’s understood that the priest’s comments have been lauded by Catholic activists online, with many saying yes voters should leave the Catholic Church now.
