Just read this now. I am so sorry. Praying immediately. Have you been under severe stress lately? In some people, it can induce something akin to intestinal colic (there's another name for it but I can't get it right now). It's pretty severe and you'd wish you'd faint but you can't. It's also something like early stages of labour, affects both men and women. No meds for it I think, might have a bad run of it for a few days and then, it will start to taper off. But of course, I don't know if it is this you're having. See a doctor as soon as you can. Praying that you get a good doc.
Three Hails Mary's said for you Praetorian. Please God it will just be a tummy bug that will pass in a day of two. Holy Mary, mother of God. Pray for us sinners, spread the effect of Grace and healing of thy Flame of Love Over Praetorian and all of humanity now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Hugs! I firmly believe that what I suffer from is due to stress. It's a sharp, terrible, concentrated stab of pain in the lower left abdomen, like I'm being run through with a lance. Awful. It could also be spiritual. Keep praying! Praying, too.
Thank you for the prayers! Seagrace I have been stressed, but I always am. I appreciate the prayers everyone. Very much!
Nothing will happen to you my Good Friend, please be sure of that, I will Pray for you as well, so stay strong.
Offering my week of work for your pain Praetorian. may the Lord bless you with spiritual, physical and emotional healing for all that ails you.
Than you Aviso. I hope not. Thank you MC. Very much, that is very kind of you. And thank you again to all here. I so appreciate it. This is a wonderful family of believers.
Thanks it is much appreciated. A bit better today, but still painful. Thanks again to all who prayed.
Please see an MD today Sean. It could be nothing but it’s better to let the doctor tell you that than to guess and run the risk of something serious. Praying!!!
Sean, I apologize for not seeing your post until now. I am glad to read that you are feeling a little better but I will be praying that the pain completely subsides.
Thank you all for the prayers. I did go to the doctor today and he said it sounds like gall stones. I don't think it could be kidney stones because of the location. They don't run in my family either to my knowledge. I know a friend who suffers from them something awful though so I know how painful they can be. I have to set up a sonogram tomorrow and that should confirm it. So thanks again for the prayers. And thank you to everyone who prayed! I think this is the best outcome I could have hoped for. It was probably a gall stone attack. The pain has subsided a lot. In fact it began to subside as soon as people stared praying for me! I think that was the reason. So thank you all for the help I honestly am so happy for all of the help. Truly!
Whoops Carol, I missed hitting reply to you above so you get your own thanks Thank you so much for the prayers!
My apologies Sean, as I am only just reading your post now. I'm happy to hear the pain has lessened. I will pray for your continued recovery
