You are right about everything here. Mammon is that spirit of wealth and material gain. God wants us to seek first His kingdom. Then He will supply us.
Well, we are warned not to follow the world, the flesh and the devil. I am not sure if there is a name for the spirit of idolatry. Maybe someone else will know. In the Old Testament, it was Baal.
Excellent idea. "He will keep in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee." Sometimes I also meditate on psalm 16. "I set the Lord always before me/with Him at my right I shall not be disturbed..."
Jesus tells us "you cannot serve God and mammon" that we must choose. I always took mammon to be the spirit of the world--workdly gain or honors or power. Idolatry in the old days was idol worship but we still have idols--whatever takes first place ahead of God. God must be first--and our love for Him and reverence for His commandments supercedes all other loves.
Veganism and yoga are synonymous with the new age and new world order it seems. They seem very prevalent in the country right now. It speaks the version of the Bible that I have about "latter times' when people will reject certain foods that God has blessed and provided them with. Could this be referring to veganism? It seems more like a religion than a diet. People are literally starving themselves in this country with veganism and there is an abundance of food that God has given them.
This was definitely the way America was going under Obama. Apparently the deep state wanted to start a civil war during Obama's tenure.
It is a return to paganism. Earth based spirituality where animals are equal to people. New Age is trending, and people generally believe that anything 'spiritual ' is good.

I only need to see what communism is doing within the Church, the house of God, to know it is alive and thriving. The upcoming Amazon synod is pure communism from what I have read top Cardinals saying about it.

In America it has been more of a slow boil effect. In Ireland we seem to have been thrown straight into the furnace.
Wonderful provision in the Polish Constitution on Marriage and the Family: "Constitution of Poland, Article 18: Marriage, being a union of a man and a woman, as well as the family, motherhood and parenthood, shall be placed under the protection and care of the State." Sadly, the definition of Family and Marriage have come under grave attack in this country. Hopefully the Polish will hold out.
Have felt a calling out of the world and life into deeper prayer too, Joan. Today in prayer I felt the words "Come out of it!" on my heart for some reason. I'm sure this refers to the New Babylon, which is the civilisation we are currently living in, and the calling to leave her Errors.
Regarding yoga, it does seem a great way of stretching, staying away from any other part of it. That being said, I'm not approaching my stretching based on this. I'd be curious how the "poses" may have other meaning, making them inappropriate.
