There are those willing to believe that 2+2=5, rather than accept the consequences of their sins. It is deluded thinking, but it is wilful self-delusion. Likewise, men who decide that they are women and shriek that the rest of us must not only accept it but acclaim them.

It is easy to blame Vatican II for all the problems in the Church as so many Trad's do. This is simply not the case. The following message is from God in the book God Speaks Will You Listen www.godspeakswillyoulisten.org which speaks to this subject with clarity as follows:

    6/27/07
Please read the next comments carefully. In my present church, there is much confusion regarding Vatican II. This is from Satan, not from me. Answer me a question: if the Holy Father calls an ecumenical council with all the bishops of the world and the Holy Spirit is guiding the church, how can that council be of Satan? It was not. My people do not understand the working of my Holy Spirit. Remember, I told you to beware of false prophets who come to you in the clothing of sheep. Satan has caused schism in my church, by allowing false interpretations to abound concerning Vatican II. My words do not change. I am going to give you a clue to share with my people. Satan hates the doctrine of the mass and the doctrines concerning my Blessed Mother. These are the two areas he has been trying to destroy. The Vatican II Council reaffirmed both of these doctrines. This council was not convened by hell, but by my Holy Spirit. A council or a Pope who destroys and denies my mass and my Blessed Mother’s privileges is from hell.

    09/04/07 P.M.
This is a message to clear up your confusion regarding the 3rd Secret of Fatima and the Second Vatican Council. This is an area causing division, fighting, and schism in my church. Sister Lucy had stated: The 3rd Secret of Fatima was to be released by 1960. Many traditionalist Catholics interpret this to mean the 3rd Secret is about the Second Vatican Council. This is a deception given by the Father of Lies – Satan. My Blessed Mother has revealed the essence of the 3rd Secret of Fatima through other apparitions. It deals with apostasy and loss of faith in the Catholic Church amongst other issues. These facts have been substantiated by priests and cardinals in my church. Even at Akita, Japan, my Blessed Mother warned of apostasy and cardinals, bishops, and priests fighting against each other. Division is not from God, but from Satan. A council, called by the Holy Father and attended by the Bishops of the World, is not satanic. It was called by my Holy Spirit.
As you have read, for many years Masonic and communistic forces have tried to destroy my church. Recently, in your news, masons in Mexico and Italy are openly trying to persecute my church. In your country, the 1960’s brought in a culture of sin and relativism. This brought about a rejection of God and his commandments. This is the lie and the deception, which has caused the problems in your world and my church. It is the cry of Satan: I will not serve.

You cannot blame the Second Vatican Council for the increase in the sins of the flesh: homosexuality, abortion, murder, and all the sins of your age. You cannot blame the Second Vatican Council for the decrease in vocations, lack of reverence and attendance at the Holy Mass. The blame is my people compromising with the world, rebelling against the Holy Father, and believing the lies, deception, and the words of Satan. The problems of today had their beginnings many years prior to the 1960’s. This decade brought the problems into the open. Masonry, in all its diabolical forms, infiltrated my church many years prior to the Second Vatican Council. During those turbulent years, masons were elevated to positions of authority in my church. Those Masonic forces were unleashed from the pit of hell and caused the problems in your world today. My people, rejection of God establishes the reign of Satan in your midst. Read my word. All of these events were prophesied and are being fulfilled before your eyes. My word must be fulfilled. Satan is clever. He is much more intelligent than you. He is using Vatican II as a deceptive lie to hide the real cause for the division in my church. The real cause for the division is the pride of mankind, the rejection of God, and many in my church making compromises with Satan. He knows if the real truth was revealed, the church would be unified, and he would be defeated. This present and continuing purification is exposing the lies and deception of Satan.

My church will be as I want it: humble, persecuted, and a light to the world. It will once again follow in my footsteps to Calvary, and to a glorious resurrection. To repeat, the Second Vatican Council is not the cause of the problems in my church. The cause is the pride of my people who compromise with the demon. Those who cause division and schism in my church do not listen or follow them. For heresy can occur from many different directions. Those who deny my church’s teachings, whether labeled liberals or traditionalists, are promoting heresy. Pray for these souls. My people, The Holy Father is correcting these errors. If you would follow his guidance, you will not fall into schism and division. He has clearly defined the substance of the Holy Mass and the true meaning of my church. Continue fighting the Holy Father and you are fighting against God. The day will come when a false antipope will try and lead my church. If you are in a state of rebellion against my church now, will you even recognize a false pope? Remember, my sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me. Can you hear my voice if you are in rebellion, causing division in my church? You cannot if your pride is a stumbling block in your life to my graces. Repent of your sins and implore my mercy. These words apply to bishops, priests, religious and lay people. No one is excluded. You are either with me or against me. You cannot be a servant in my kingdom and the kingdom of Satan with your pride at the same time. Repent today. Tomorrow will be too late.

I got chills reading this. So many are being led back to Latin prayers and the Latin Mass. It is a move of the Holy Spirit I feel sure. That quiet under the radar movement of the heart. Something is definitely being revealed.

If PF isn’t replaced with a good pope, then folks in the US will not continue to fund the Vatican. Heck, they aren’t giving to the local churches because of this crisis/scandal.

Sad that money can influence for the bad in society, but in this situation, not giving money to a corrupt organization is a good thing:)

Thanks, Padraig, for the reminder. They can arrange to have Masses offered by priests in very poor countries where the stipend would be very welcome. According to their website, priests in the poorest countries are almost completely dependent on Mass stipends from abroad. There are options for single, triduum, novena and Gregorian Masses: https://www.acnireland.org/masses

It's a pontifical charity but you can choose which project to support: https://www.acnireland.org/what-we-do

My bugbear about the Pope tying the Church to the climate change hysteria isn't so much about whether or not lowering CO2 emissions will make a difference. It's the people he chose to advise him, even if he had made up his mind about it beforehand. With over a billion Catholics in the world, there was no need for the Vatican to align the Church so closely with population controllers. We are told that 99% of climate scientists agree with the alarmists. If that's true, they should have been able to find enough faithful Catholic and competent scientists to advise them and write the documents. I'm so suspicious of the Vatican these days that I fear the choice of population controllers was another "Emma Bonino is a forgotten great" gimmick - sending the message to Catholics and non-Catholics that the Church is now fully on board with what the abortionists refer to as "reproductive health care". It's sheer hypocrisy to decry the cultural colonisation of developing countries while promoting the worst, most lethal example of it.

I hope this isn't another Galileo type fiasco. Or perhaps I should be hoping that it is. Either way, it's a no-win situation.

Best to trust that God will convert the hearts of all abortion promoters.

In a nutshell, a monk known to Pope St. Gregory the Great died. St. Gregory had Masses offered for his soul on thirty consecutive days after which the monk appeared to the Saint telling him that he had been released from purgatory.

I have a vague memory that there's more to it. I think the Saint saw the monk suffering or the monk appeared to him begging for a month's Masses to be said to get him out of purgatory. Anyway, that led to a custom of having Masses said on 30 consecutive days for the deceased. We don't hear much about it because it's hard enough to get a slot in a parish for one Mass. Thirty days in a row would be impossible.

The 97% figure, I think it was, is an extraordinary lie, but the more outrageous the lie, the more likely it will be believed. There are an extraordinary number of highly respected scientists in that '3%'-I'd recommend journalist Mark Steyn (also in a legal battle with climate fraudster Michael Mann) as a reliable dissident source.

The Galileo affair was not the fiasco it was painted in retrospect. It was Reformation and Enlightenment propaganda to smear as 'superstitious' a Catholic Church that actually founded science as we know it today. The Church founded the universities which created the platform for this development. Galileo himself emerged from this milieu, he didn't come out of thin air. The Pope at the time merely defended the 'settled science' against a Galileo who wished to prematurely over-turn it without yet having the experimental proof; he thought theory quite sufficient, Einstein was more exact in his day and described the necessary experiments required to prove his theory of Relativity, which when conducted duly obliged. The settled science of Galileo's time was the Ptolomaic view of the universe. It had a practical application in navigation, rather important at the time. Ptolomy's science was so accurate for navigation that it took another two centuries for Galileo's theory to be developed sufficiently to replace it, in terms of navigation. Hardly 'superstition'. Father Stanley Jaki wrote some great books on the history of science-worth checking out, although they've got dear on Amazon; I got some years ago for a few pennies plus postage!

Anyway, you're essential point is right on the money. St. Pope John Paul warned us of the Culture of Death and encouraged us to resist it where we could. Now Pope Francis has joined it. This is why he is emasculating the JPII Institute in Rome. He might even twist it enough to fool gullible people into thinking that JPII supported all this. And there are so many gullible people. I recently read that over half of Italian 'Catholics' could not distinguish between Christ and Moses, though I find it hard to believe.

Its OK, we cannot think equally, moreover we have quite many differences. I make mistakes, others make mistakes.

On the topic, because it is really important before Sept 23. I don't know what Vatican II teaches in detail, surely it is not a dogma about the Climate or any other temporary research. I am not supposed to know all the documents, that not even graduate theologians know.
As far as I know, the pope is above the council, since the time of the first councils of Christianity. It is rare such controversy, but the pope's word is more than the word of the council, at least in the Roman church. The Orthodox churches understand it differently, as primus inter pares. Btw it is a time for Vatican III. Enough with those endless synods that do not decide anything substantial, only talk! As with the climate change, while we are slowly dying, the politicians just talk!

The Pope Must take action on climate and urge politicians to take action. As Peter would if he was still on earth.
Moreover, the pope knows more than we do. Including of the real third secret, including of ancient texts, let say of 10th planet and so on. Let remember what St John Paul II said in Fulda, oceans wiping out millions from one moment to the other.

My only critic is that the pope doesn't go the full way, that still there are secrets and half words said. But what has been said is enough for those in the world, like politicians and Oil CEOs that the pope lectures regularly, to take urgent action. Without urgent action, we are dead. And if not the developed countries first, then the developing world. The majority catholics live there. And why only the catholics. think of Bangladesh millions live at the sea level. Will Trump transport them all to Kansas for example, to work in the crop fields? Or all talk is just egoistic survival, the law of the jungle. Well, it doesn't go that way in 21st century, every person is no less made in the image of God. Millions lives are at stake while politicians talk and many religious don't even bother to talk. Pope talks and he is accused by those same people who do not want to help the poorer part of the planet. Is that in the Gospel?

Btw the graphs I posted are not mine. They are NASA and other official institutions. They lie, they are all wrong, and the climate deniers are not? Trump knows it all better? Because he is so great scientist? Almost the messiah maybe, the king of the jews, as he hinted in one of his absurd recent statements? Why does he want to buy the frozen Greenland then, if there isn't climate change and ice melting, that every satellite picture with time lapse can show to a non-specialist? And many conservative catholics are ready to accept THAT and not what common hard working scientists have proven with their lifelong efforts? Or just the common sense, the everyday thermometers, the feeling on your skin that is burning everytime you go out without air-conditioned car in recent years, every next year more? Or do they go on the street without air conditioned car anymore? As if their only touch to the real world is the crosswalks in Walmart parking lots between the airconditioned car and airconditioned superstore, or airconditioned church? What world do you live in, dear friends? Sure not the world of the rest of 90% people.

If I thought we were in the End times, I would have no doubt who is who, who is doing the great delusion and who wants to control the whole world. Only we are still not there, imo.

Newton and Einstein are a good comparison, and we are in post Einstein position now. Just search the Cornell University server ArXiv.org for "zero point energy" (that is the best database of advanced science papers, formerly under Los Alamos lab), to realize that is nowhere near to science fiction anymore. Or any other futuristic keyword you might want to try. They already have it all. Strange how it is publicly available. It is meant to be available, because we are long after the era of the Cold War when all of that was a deep secret research, while the mainstream science ridiculed those scientists who dared to enter into that area. That time is gone.

If we have only 50 years before Armageddon, it all matters. Including for the survival of Christianity. And I think we have some more time.

Had you the misfortune to live in the Soviet Union, you no doubt would have believed everything proclaimed by Pravda.

I take any theory derived from quantum physics cautiously. Bohr himself said that the quantum world isn't real and Heisenberg that it existed somewhere between potentiality and actuality. That modern scientists have managed to abstract some mathematical constants from quantum physics that have enabled the development of an over-regarded information technology that finds its most powerful effect in subjecting people to barrages of favoured worldviews does not make them the demigods that you obviously believe them to be.

'They already have it all': no, they most certainly do not. They have uncovered a certain amount of knowledge (and Genesis has always warned us how full of risk that is), but they lack any contextual, transcendent worldview under which to implement it and possess absolutely no moral compass in terms of how they implement what they claim to know.

Only Christ has 'it all'. He is the Word, the One who possesses the entirety of Knowledge.

Oh, Satan has part of the knowledge available, far more than the human race. After all, the angels are far more intelligent beings than humans and Lucifer the most intelligent angel. This was a large component of his excessive pride. We know where that got him. He tempted Adam and Eve with the Tree of Knowledge, promising them they could be like gods. That temptation is out there big time now, with many men imagining they have got to the bottom of Creation and can remake it better than the original. They believe they have it all, God bless 'em. I hope you don't fall for it.

I said, "they already have it all" in terms of all those imaginable theories and even sci fi that we use to call them. Search for balck holes for example. Or any other thing. Not that they have the whole possible knowledge, of course not! Sure only God knows all knowledge.

We are given to know as much as we need. At this time it is crucial we utilize everything we already know, and stop the SUICIDAL TREND we are all on, together. it is illusion that USA and other countries will somehow escape. Rather, will fall first.

Many of those scientists are Christians and Catholics too. If we reject science because potentially it could come from Lucifer, it ends up with the medieval denounce of Galileo and preference of absurd theories that were very wrong. I hope today's conservative catholics don't fall into that trap, because it will negate their otherwise worthy hold of tradition. Here i do not discuss theology, I discuss how the pope must react, and how the conservative catholics should follow him, not vice versus. If they are indeed conservative catholics after all.

One other thing that strikes me. If the global warmists are right and mankind has been the main cause of any purported global warming, then it is science and its resultant technology that bears the principle blame, not deliberately of course, but in its blind and arrogant inability to foresee that there might be undesirable consequences to its self-proclaimed genius and imagined ability to engineer new worlds. If you're right, and I'm only considering that possibility for the sake of argument, the inventors of the internal combustion engine were the ones bringing sci-fi to the people of their time and everybody was going to live happily ever after; now in this scenario, the scientific priesthood claim mankind has screwed up immensely, while cheekily avoiding all blame themselves and present themselves as the super-heroes with all the answers and the means of creating the right utopia this time. Quite frankly it is the equivalent of asking a burglar for advice on your house security.

The foreseen consequence of the current actions of our scientists have the potential to be far more wicked and dehumanising than anything delivered by their predecessors. Consequences such as abortion, contraception, sterilisation, immoral genetic manipulation, use of foetal body parts and transhumanism are almost too appalling to contemplate, but God protect us from the unforeseen ones.

I'd be rejecting the scientific priesthood, myself.

Yes the mainstream science is conservative, even more than the Church is, paradoxically. However there is a change in that paradigm. Thats why I point out attention to that preprint server arxiv.org that belonged to Los Alamos before, where the latest research is posted, uncensored by the editors of science magazines.

Sure the inventors of the steam engine and the following achievements for their time didn't contemplate what disaster it would bring in long term. But, could we stay in the medieval times, especially with the never seen before increase of population? The answer is not back to the old status quo, where we could not even feed ourselves. The answer should be very balanced, taking into account that Humanum est errare.

As I said before, if the global warming is not only man made, then we need even more those technologies that use the same principle to power the secret saucers of USA and Russia. See Bob Lazar interviews.
CIA said it in the media, "half of all flying saucers are ours". And indeed, it is hard to believe some alien craft will fly half the galaxy only to crash in Roswell. I'd think of them as smarter than that.

And because the topic of aliens cannot be avoided any longer, neither by the Catholic Church nor by the politicians, it is better to admit it, including by declassification of religious and state secrets. If the Catholic Church did it several centuries earlier, instead of burning Giordano Bruno to make him a cardinal for example, now humanity would be on Mars and beyond, having unlimited resources (humanly speaking), and no problem with overpopulation or birth control. The track we are on, is a Suicidal track on many counts, thanks to past and current errors. And if our forefathers couldn't foresee it with the steam engine, today we have no excuse.

I suggest the pope could make cardinals among the lay people who really understand those topics, like Dr Michael Salla who is very catholic friendly person. The matter is not up to the opinion of several jesuit priests who give interviews once in several years, that looking at the billions of stars surely God created others.... The matter is much more concrete than that, and concerns every single person on the planet, sure all catholics. Be it our inventions, or given from others, now we have the means to save the planet, or at least to save the people to a better place, while waiting for the Second Coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ. I don't know which scenario will play out. Or said in other ways, is the Chastisement still conditional or not. You don't want to end up with no conservative christians in the era after, yes?

OK somehow I must end this my writing for now,and I think it is a good way.

Indeed, the anti-Catholic "enlightened" ones knew how to spin a story. A trait they have perfected over time. Imagine what they will make of this alliance between the Church and the globalists should the man-made global warming hysteria turn out to be just that. Quite a few Jesuits of the Pope's vintage seized on abortion and artificial birth control as the solution to poverty, rejecting Church teaching in the process. The infamous American Jesuit Fr. Drinan is just one example. I suspect that the young Bergoglio living in Buenos Aires was a fan of US Democrat politician Fr. Drinan and his 100% pro abortion voting record at a time when most Catholics agreed that abortion is pure evil. Evidently, the Georgetown Jesuits had no problem with him because when Pope John Paul banned priests from holding political office they gave Fr. Drinan a job in their Law school. Pope John Paul was far too lenient with the likes of them.

It's especially troubling to me when I hear Catholics telling us that mankind can stave off chastisement from Heaven by the Church aligning itself with promoters of intrinsic evil. Note that that particular warning from Heaven came with an instruction to pray the Rosary for the conversion of Russia, and Lucy told us that the final battle between Christ and anti-Christ will be over marriage. Yet, the Pope has tied the Church to those who would destroy the family and slaughter the most innocent of all God's children.

Ezdras posted graphs and charts in support of climate change alarmism. The records are probably reliable but when did reliable recording begin? The 19th century? Where are the graphs and charts for previous warming and cooling periods that the scientists are using to make comparisons? How can they make accurate predictions if their conclusions are not based on comparing different sets of accurate data? I know zero about science, but I smell a rat. Reading an article about warming and cooling in mediaeval times, I'm reminded of something Ezdras said earlier about not all areas of the globe warming at the same time. I think that was his response to your pointing out that there is data to show that temperatures are fairly steady in some areas. Here's the newspaper article from 2003: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uk...es-were-warmer-than-today-say-scientists.html

What kind of Catholic believes that all it should take to be a successor of the Apostles is to be a layperson who is also a scientist with an agenda?

If the worst comes to the worst, I suppose we'll all be moving to Dubai where the Arabs and their wealthy friends claim to have the solution, or we could join the Chinese military:

Imagine the carbon footprint of this place and others they have built since:

And I wonder why China's neighbours are upset about these islands if the sea levels are rising at an alarming rate?
