Those who understand the signs of the times are deepening their Catholic faith at this time. I know I am. More Eucharistic visits, more daily rosaries, more penance. I hope I am wrong, but I don't see many/most of my children who were taught the faith, rushing into what they have been taught until or shortly before the Warning, when as our Lady of Garabandal said, "things will be at their worst" and "communism will have returned". Life simply to good in America today with the lowest unemployment since WW2 and and everyone that wants a job can get one, which breeds more consumerism and no desire to want the "doom and gloom" messages from prophecy. We bind our children to the Immaculate Heart of Mary daily and then we say, "Jesus I Trust in You".
Yes. I see this too. Tonight I tried to speak to my husband (who left the Church 10 years ago) but he shut me down he didnt want to hear anything disturbing on the night before Thanksgiving. I guess it wasn't the time. But there never is a time it seems. More prayer. More Masses. And binding him and my children and grandchildren to the Immaculate Heart. Jesus I trust in You.
No, you cannot speak to family, friends and neighbors today about what God is doing. Nearly all in the Church are clueless as well, including the clergy. I sense there will be no ears open until, shortly before the Warning, when "communism returns" and "things are at their worst" those wandering in the desert of Hollywood's perversion of sex, drugs and entertainment may want to listen. But then again, most will not find out about what God is doing till the Warning and then most will still desire to remain in their dirty sins with knees bent to the AC and FP of the times.
From today's meditation from St. Faustina's Diary: Meditation: I will allow convents and churches to be destroyed. I answered, “Jesus, but there are so many souls praising You in convents.” The Lord answered, That praise wounds My Heart, because love has been banished from convents. Souls without love and without devotion, souls full of egoism and self-love, souls full of pride and arrogance, souls full of deceit and hypocrisy, lukewarm souls who have just enough warmth to keep them alive: My Heart cannot bear this. All the graces that I pour out upon them flow off them as off the face of a rock. I cannot stand them, because they are neither good or bad. I called convents into being to sanctify the world through them. It is from them that a powerful flame of love and sacrifice should burst forth (Diary,1702).
Our Lady of Kibeho, Rwanda On November 28, 1981, Mary appeared in the corridor of the school that Alphonsine attended. When asked who she was, Mary replied, "I am Mother of the Word. I have heard your prayers. I would like you and your companions to have more faith. Some do not believe enough." "Although I am the Mother of God, I am simple and humble. I always place myself where you are. I love you as you are. I never reproach my little ones. When a child is without reproach in front of her mother, she will tell her everything that is in her heart. I am grateful when a child of mine is joyful with me. That joy is a most beautiful sign of trust and love. Few understand the mysteries of God's love. Let me as your Mother embrace all my children with love so that you can confide your deepest longings to me. Know that I give all your longings to my Son Jesus, your brother." "You are distracted by the goods of this world. I have seen many of my children getting lost and I have come to show them the true way." Nothing is more beautiful than a heart which offers its suffering to God. Pray, pray, pray. Follow the Gospel of my Son. Do Not forget that God is more powerful than all the evil in the world. Share. Do not kill. Do not persecute. Respect the rights of man because if you act contrary to those rights, you will not succeed and it will come back against you." It is so lovely, ETA to read these words of Our Lady and Our Lord and know that we are not alone. There has been so much strife in my family as of late that I haven't had the time to search for these words of correction and encouragement. Thank you once again for posting exactly what I needed to see.
I can't seem to wrap my mind around Bitcoin either, but it certainly seems to be a high risk investment. I recently passed by one of these machines at our local Simon mall here in Massachusetts. I actually did a double take when I saw it sitting in the middle of the food court.
I'll try to explain Bitcoin, knowing that I am a newbie myself. The idea of a government being the SOLE provider of money is actually fairly new. In America, up until the time of the Civil War, any bank in America could issue notes, using its own holdings as collateral. Bank runs happened when people believed the banks didn't have enough money in their vaults to cover the money depositors had given the bank. Naturally, this resulted in a vicious boom/bust cycle, where people's life savings could vanish while the bank officers rarely suffered punishments (unless the people could find them and hang them.) Finally, in the US, we set up the Federal Reserve System and finally started getting some laws in place regarding how banks should be run and what constituted "generally accepted practices" in the banking industry. One of the rules was that only the Federal Government could issue coinage. As noted earlier, we now think that only nations can issue coinage, and in fact, that is one of the defining characteristics of a nation -- that it can back and issue its own money. One of the rules is that the issuing agency keeps track of all the money in circulation. It's why each banknote you have has a serial number. That also is SUPPOSED to keep the issuing agency from issuing more coinage than it has assets to cover those notes and coins. Bitcoin is different in that it is issued by a private company. The company decided early on just how many bitcoins there would be in existence in any one time, and that's how many there are -- no more, no less. The number is kept in check by something called a "block chain", which is a fancy computerized serial numbering system. Since it's digital (computerized), the Bitcoin people have spread the block chain function over many, many computers over all the world. So it is a currency that is transnational -- it's not tied to any one nation. You buy bitcoins in any national currency you want, the bitcoin system stores your transaction across multiple systems (so no one system can be hacked) and when you want to withdraw money in a national currency, that's when you go to one of these bitcoin kiosks, enter your password and other identifying information, and you get your cash money and your bitcoin account is decreased accordingly. Does this help?
A local priest in my diocese is now the center of public discord for privately informing a parishioner she cannot receive Eucharist as long as she publicly supports gay marriage and continues to live that lifestyle. She in turn went public with that story. I am happy to state our wonderful Bishop has come out immediately to verbally support the priest. He has also written a letter to the diocese (apparently) to explain and support the priest. This subject came up at my family gathering last night, of outrage. If I had opened my mouth, I would have been TROUNCED. What I did say was he made the effort to communicate with her quite privately. Seems that was irrelevant to them. Perhaps when my Dad hears of the Bishop's support and commentary, he'll be a bit more understanding of the priest's position. Yup, tolerance is all it. Love & mercy go along with the Magisterium!
Excellent! But is there an actual "coin" (in whatever national currency) or is it all kept in the outlined digital wonderland??! It seems one has to have faith in an "imaginary" universal system. Scary...esp. how easy it is for generations to hand over their control to all these enormous "cloud" systems.
No, there is no actual, physical coin with "bitcoin". Remember: coins used to be made of actual, valuable metal. A penny was made entirely of copper; now a penny is made of a lesser metal that has been clad with copper. Up until 1964, a quarter (meaning a quarter dollar -- I hope all of you non-Americans can keep up with our strange names and customs) was made of 90% silver and 10% copper. However, due to inflation, in the early 60's it became apparent that the silver in a quarter would soon be worth more than the face value of the coin. Today, a silver 1960 quarter is worth between $5 and $21, depending on condition. So the entire idea of a quarter being worth a quarter of a dollar is, itself, as imaginary as the "cloud". Things are worth what you're willing to pay for them. Is a tulip bulb really worth around a quarter of a million dollars? Today, no. Back in the 1630s in Holland the answer was yes, simply because that is what someone was willing to pay for it. And remember: there will never, ever, EVER be any more bitcoins "minted". When all the bitcoins are bought, that's all there is. That's what's made this so lucrative. I recall reading about a guy in Sweden who spent maybe $900 buying bitcoins when they first came out, kind of like a game or playing the lottery. This guy did win the lottery, when he got a statement that stated his $900 in bitcoins were now worth over a million dollars! He almost blew it all, though, because he couldn't remember his bitcoin password and couldn't remember where he wrote it down. (Don't worry -- he managed to find it and cash in.) Now that the craze has leveled out, bitcoins don't cost as much as they used to, but people who bought in early have still improved their investment. And, they are truly transnational, as those kiosks show.
Thanks Muzhik. So when all of the usual currencies are abolished but for some type of universal cashless designated one/s how will those who have been collecting gold for such times do vs such things as bitcoin? What a crap game!
Really?? Nothing to see here, folks. It’s just Ilhan Omar praising Allah in a Catholic church (Video) Nothing to see here, folks. It's just Ilhan Omar praising Allah in a Catholic church 734 7:49 AM - Nov 30, 2019 https://videos.whatfinger.com/2019/...an-omar-praising-allah-in-a-catholic-church-/
I should point out that nowhere in Scripture (Revelation) does it say that there will be a one-world currency or a cashless society. The relevant quote (Rev 13:16-17) is: It forced all the people, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be given a stamped image on their right hands or their foreheads, so that no one could buy or sell except one who had the stamped image of the beast’s name or the number that stood for its name. Historical notes: having your owner's mark tattooed on your hand or forehead was a mark of a slave -- you were owned by the person whose mark you bore; and the phrase translated as "right hand" is better translated as "right side", so any part of your right arm including your hand would work. People in the 60's and 70's all assumed that this would be a barcode tattoo on your hand or forehead. Recently, I've become to favor an alternative explanation. It is possible that the relevant section (the next verse, which is "Wisdom is needed here; one who understands can calculate the number of the beast, for it is a number that stands for a person. His number is six hundred and sixty-six." This alternative postulates that this is not an actual mark tattooed onto the skin, but rather something like an armband or headband that one wears to show you are a member of a group. This alternate theory also says this verse is mistranslated. The "666" is not the actual number, because the letters that are supposed to represent that number are in fact Arabic letters. John was shown a vision of the future. The Beast used a name that could not be read by John because Arabic and its alphabet literally had not been developed and would not be developed for about three hundred more years. Instead, John was trying to transcribe the symbol he saw. Later copyists tried to squeeze the squiggles he wrote into Greek, which is where we get "ΧΞϚ´" However, if you assume this is to be read from right to left instead of left to right, you have the "X" which is in fact the crossed swords of Islam, used in official documents of all the Islamic countries. The rest of the characters can be recognized by native Arabic speakers as a bad transcription of the Bis'm'allah, the sacred prayer of Islam. This is the symbol that you see the Islamic terrorists wear on armbands (on their right side) and on headbands. Therefore, the phrase can be better translated as "Wisdom is needed here; one who understands can count the multitude of the beast, the multitude represents the person, and that symbol is Bis'm'allah." So, people will not be able to buy or sell unless they have an armband or a headband with the Bis'm'allah stamped on it, showing they are followers of Islam. Of course, I could be wrong...
Interesting. The big picture is pretty well understood no matter...and more messages to chosen ones of recent times seem to speak of the chip or the like, as the developing mechanism for same. And of course there is the newer warning that such adherence to the more hidden "chip" turns one into a kind of controlled zombie who, while still experiencing any inner desire to do otherwise, has been surrendered to the greater "mind" that can cause the body to move even in opposition to the knowledge of good and evil. And such newsy developments of such controlled brain patterns of thinking accompanied by non willed movements....of course couched in a "benevolent" intro.....are moving ahead while for now rather hidden in laboratories of experimentation. I have also read that the 666 symbology, in general, could refer to the AC in that it purports to "double" the 333 symbol for the Christ....placing itself, to its misguided megalomaniac type thinking, as superior and conquering the former....continuing its decision to never serve God but replace Him, opposing its true conquerer, St. Michael, as in "who is like God"? Of course such "branding" was done with the Jews....a number for each, on the body....and their "sign", the Star of David, a forced banner to wear as a group. Dehumanize as a group and then mark each w/ a further dehumanizing number to eliminate the individual personhood.
This grieves my heart so. It was also prophesied to happen by Our Lady of Good Success as one of the losses in the 20th century. How true that has proven to be! Lord have Mercy! O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
