Received this today from a friend. Not sure of the authenticity but thought it might be of interest given the state of affairs in Middle East. Hello Medjugorie friends, I hope you are fine. The war in the Middle East is being converted into something very serious and it will extend all over the world! To stop this, the whole world must pray every minute and immediately! Priests must open the doors of their churches and invite people to pray the Rosary! Pray intensely! Pray! Pray! Pray! Every day at half past six wherever you are in the world! Leave everything and pray three Hail Marys. Send this message all over the world but above all put it into practice."
Eddie Stones had 3 days of constant prayer last weekend. He was requested to do so by the Lord. I attended on Saturday and it was packed, standing room only. Eddie said he was blown away by the response. I think there is a great underground well of prayer springing up in Ireland. The churches were mobbed for Christmas. I know that most weren't there the following week but still there is a seed of faith left in those who come back at Christmas. I am not aware of Medjugorje messages saying anything about not having a world war. However, there are many credible prophecies that speak to war coming. A very deadly war, but a very quick war. With the type of weapons in place today, war will not be conventional as it was in WW1 and WW2 or any other wars fought. We are seeing this today, as demonstrated when the US took out the brutal head Iranian general. Precise, stealth, and deadly. I believe this will begin the period that Matthew 24 speaks of: Matthew 24 [6] And you shall hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that ye be not troubled. For these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. [7] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be pestilences, and famines, and earthquakes in places: [8] Now all these are the beginnings of sorrows. [9] Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall put you to death: and you shall be hated by all nations for my name's sake. [10] And then shall many be scandalized: and shall betray one another: and shall hate one another. [11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall seduce many. [12] And because iniquity hath abounded, the charity of many shall grow cold. [13] But he that shall persevere to the end, he shall be saved. It is interesting that Our Lady said in Medjugorje that there will not be a third World War. She also said this in Garabandal. In Garabandal she said the Warning would come before a Third World War could happen. Events must be close.

Jan 9 at 10:13 PM Hi there , It has come to my attention lately from prayer group member, that there have been a letters going around the internet saying that Ivan received a special message from the Blessed Mother and that we need to pray because of a new war, or world war III or, she is asking for these special prayers at this time. These messages are false and are causing problems with Ivan and causing panic in people. Please do not pass along anything about "special messages" that you hear, or some important new message. You will see anything new, on the official pages of Medjugorje, I will post them to you too. Please ask before you forward anything like this ok. Thanks so much.
