The state has no power over the sovereign church unless we give it to them. A social distancing mass should begin now. At the very least the church should announce its sovereignty and agree to follow certain rules which it’s doesn’t have to.

The veil is definitely being pulled back though. We are seeing Governors true colors all across the US. Maybe that is the point. Show us who you really are! Then we the people vote you out! No national emergency has the power over the Constitution period. No person in charge can suppress the people's rights. The people are definitely seeing this now and I am proud of the protests in place. My state did something awful again though. They have now blocked the roads and entrances to the Capital stopping the people's ability to protest. I wonder how long until 100,000 Kentuckians leave their cars and walk in unison to the capitol stops to exercise their rights to free speech and peaceful protest. What a coward to hide in his government palace away from the people.

    Explain this to me.

500 people can go to Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, but 50 can't go to church or even go to a parking lot service.

500 people can to Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot and be lined up outside for hours to get in, but a family can't go camping by themselves isolated.

Alcohol and lottery is essential and yet worshiping our Lord is not! When will this madness end!!

Gov Ducey, who is a Republican, has extended the lock down until May 15th. Many of the small businesses are going to defy that order on May 1st and reopen. Of course I am sure there will be limiting people and distancing and all that but people are losing their businesses and people need to work, pure and simple. Ducey was late in the lock down game and was ridiculed by Democrats for not caring about Arizona .

That's not good about the streets being blocked. Hopefully the protests can still go but in another location. It is funny how much the media is demonizing the protesters. That is a sure sign that the protests are a good thing :)

    Excerpt:

The Pope’s call for “obedience” to Italian “phase 2” restrictions that continue a ban on Mass is not only “undue, but is also a violation of conscience and harmful to the health of souls,” the Archbishop said.

He asked, “Do we think that Our Lord will judge us on having been obedient to Caesar, when this means disobeying God? Is the Christian not bound to conscientious objection, even at work, when that which is asked of him violates the Divine Law?”

    (Douay-Rheims Bible)
But Peter and the apostles answering, said: We ought to obey God, rather than men.

I am fed up with this whole 'essential' business. I can go to all these stores, but I cannot be seen by my dentist for a painful infected tooth because the governor decided the dental office is not essential. I was prescribed an antibiotic, and I cannot be seen until the end of May.
The continued church closings are very disturbing. Who are they to decide what is essential, and since when are local governments in charge of our physical and spiritual well being.

I am so sorry to learn of this. Is there an emergency dental clinic in your area that might be open? This is awful. Prayers for you.

Also praying for you. Tooth problems are so painful. I would try and check an emergency option too. I have seen signs out front of some dentist office here that they will open for emergencies. Not all of them do that though and some states are locked down more than others.

I just think this whole thing is ridiculous.

I am editing to add..... While this whole thing annoys me, it has also humbled me. As a Westerner, an American one, I have rarely been inconvenienced or had to stand in lines outside stores because of limiting people. It does humble you to remember how very small we are. As Fr. Ripperger says in some of his talks, "You are just not that important". I have thanked God for this revelation....lol.

When all this is over the courts and lawyers will have a field day. Just wait until business are open, someone gets sick, then the business gets sued. So many violations of rights too. We have a right to assemble to worship whatever God we want. No state emergency can take that right away. The supreme court will be awful busy once they open.

I am troubled by the Pope's word 'obedience' to the Italian government. This really upsets me more than anything. I will have to pray about this.

BREAKING: Funeral Directors in COVID-19 Epicenter Doubt Legitimacy of Deaths Attributed to Pandemic, Fear Numbers are 'Padded'

Project Veritas today released another video featuring conversations with funeral home directors and their staff throughout New York City questioning the number of deaths officially attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic.

    • Brooklyn Funeral Director: 40-year-old Died in Home with No Symptoms Other Than Fever, Toe-Tagged as COVID-19 Victim

      VIDEO

[Mamaroneck, N.Y.—April 30, 2020] Project Veritas today released another video featuring conversations with funeral home directors and their staff throughout New York City questioning the number of deaths officially attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In late April, a Project Veritas reporter spoke with Michael Lanza, the director of Staten
      Island’s Colonial Funeral Home.

“To be honest with you, all of the death certificates are writing COVID on it, they’re writing
COVID on all the death certificates,” Lanza said.

Lanza said DeBlasio might see inflated COVID death tallies as a way to bring more money to New York City. “Whether they had a positive test or didn’t, so I think again this is my
personal opinion, I think like the mayor and our city--they’re looking for federal funding and the more they put COVID on the death certificate the more they can ask from the federal funds.”

The Staten Island funeral director said it did not add up to him.

“I think it’s political, so, I’m going to turn around and say: ‘You know, like, not everybody
that we have here that has COVID on the death certificate died of COVID.’ Can I prove that? No, but that is my suspicion.”

Josephine DiMiceli, president of the DiMiceli and Sons, a Queens-based funeral service told a Project Veritas journalist that a Supreme Court justice got involved in one case of a non-COVID-19 death that was listed as a casualty of the pandemic.

The sister of a deceased woman called DiMiceli and told her late sister suffered with
Alzheimer’s Disease and was not treated for COVID-19, she said.

“The sister refused to believe that her sister had COVID-19 and like I said, she was the one that said to me she says well my cousin is you know, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court,” DiMiceli said. “We’re gonna get an autopsy,’ and I said do what you gotta do, you know and she did what she had to do and sure enough I called her and I said to her that the doctor signed the death certificate did the autopsy – no COVID-19.”

DiMiceli said to the journalist that she was curious about who the justice was, but she was too busy and too sensitive to a grieving relative to ask for the name. “I wanted to ask
her, but I was like you know what, I’m so busy I just can’t, you know I mean like you can’t ask.”

Joseph Antioco, the director of Brooklyn’s Schaeffer Funeral Home, told another undercover journalist if the deceased was not under the care of a private physician, the
chances were very good their cause of death was going down as COVID-19.

“Two weeks ago, I had a 40-year-old man that died in his house, okay? They didn’t even go to the house, the guy had no underlying causes, no medical conditions, they released
him from the house without even going saying he had COVID-19 because he had a fever,” he said.

“But now, how do you know that’s what he had? You don’t. But, now the death certificate showed shows that he had COVID-19,” he said.

“If you don’t have a private doctor and you weren’t under any medical care, they’re automatically putting down on the death certificate COVID-19, because they don’t wanna go--they’re so overwhelmed,” Antioco said. “They’re putting everything as COVID-19, so
      they’re padding the numbers.”

The Brooklyn funeral director said one reason the COVID-19 numbers are inflated is that personnel in the coroner’s office cannot keep up.

“They’re not going out to houses anymore,” he said. “They would go out to the house, they would investigate the scene, they would do some testing at the scene and then come up
with a conclusion as to: ‘He had heart disease.’”

Antioco said when medical examiners are too busy and not looking to travel, COVID-19 has become the go-to cause of death. “How many of them are actually COVID-19? Or is the
M.E.(Medical Examiner) just putting that because they don’t want to go to the scene?”

O’Keefe said Project Veritas continues to investigate the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic at the federal, state and local level through both undercover journalists and
      insiders.

Thank you HH. I pretty much bought out every pain relieving product in the dental aisle at CVS. I can't believe this had to happen during a plague, it is a wisdom tooth and most likely it will need to be pulled. :( The dentist says the antibiotic should kill the infection, and I should be safe to wait until they reopen. It's just so darn frustrating.

Jo M, I saw the story on Hannity last night, it's horrible. Hannity also mentioned about dead bodies found in a U-Haul truck, I believe, in NYC also but I missed a lot of that story.

It gets more and more difficult to determine what is fact and what is fiction imho.

Padraig, I noticed this response to DeBlasio's tweet about this:

    Edited to add:

I just want to give you all a heads up that some super markets near me on LI, NY have begun limiting the amount of meat that people can buy on a trip to the store. My husband was shopping at the wholesale club that we belong to this morning and this is the news that he brought home today.

Its alarming. I’ve got my daughter in Manhattan, and she’s decorating her apartment like nothing around her is happening. I don’t want to make her nervous, but this is the time to prepare for the worst. I’m praying for you Carol, and all my friends and family in Long Island.

Fear makes people behave in the most peculiar ways. At the end of my Night Shift in the hospital when all the day workers come in I seemed to notice people keeping their distance from me. I only clicked later it is because I make trips through the hospital at night and I think people are afraid of catching something from me. Sad.

When we fear we have already lost our freedom. Freedom makes us so much less than what we could be.

Fear is the chain of the Devil.
