You're supposed to inject the Bug Jab in the upper Deltoid Muscle, the upper arm, to promote Vaccine dispersal. Here we see Rosary Joe taking his umpteenth Jab very much lower down his poor old arm because he did not roll his sleeve far enough up. The best thing he might have done was to take his shirt off.
