Some things I think we are not required to understand; just hand them to the Lord for healing. I think these things came from the Dark Side of things, this isn't your fault it is theirs.

Leave them at the Feet of the Lord in prayer and walk away.

 

I wonder was this host not properly consecrated. I know of people who have sensed during adoration that the host was not consecrated.

 

I know of a place in southern part of India named Kerala where the Syro Malabar liturgical mass held by the diocese of this state has been invalidated. This is where majority of the priests come from different missions all over the world and now the bishops as well as priests and the parishioners are protesting against this move by the Vatican to discontinue this liturgical mass that was in continuance since decades. St. Thomas the apostle was the first preacher who brought Christianity to India and later on Bartholomew followed the same after him.

 

I had a dream a week ago that vicka from medjugorje was greeting me and giving me a hug. Hopefully it is a good sign!

There is a belief in Italy and the Middle East of something called, 'The Evil Eye'. It is kind of prayer in reverse. If someone is thinking intensely hostile and negative thoughts about you they take on their own force or reality.

It is a kind of cursing or Hex. It may or may not involve a magical rituale. It does not need to as such, they may simply wish you harm.

I recall one Italian Agnostic Professor of Philosophy who said,

'I do not believe in the Evil Eye, I am well educated and a Rationalist. But still it exists'.

It might not do an harm to consider if you have been near someone like this. Perhaps someone strangely tattooed, or wearing charms or kinda staring at you strangely in a hostile fashion. Most especially someone you are in regular contact with. A neighbour, a workmate.?

In either case I recommend the St Benedict's Cross (blessed)

 

I believe I understand now; it's probably coming from multiple sources ~ I spent 3 hours at an online deliverance retreat Saturday past. Very very helpful. I trust God knows what going on, but it does tend to wear one down sometimes ~ Thank you so much ~ I have this cross, blessed & hanging in our bedroom....

Strikes me as either you are being asked how completely you are willing to surrender or purgatory.

Maybe you are in a dark space & being asked or invited to surrender completely to Him.

 

Another thought I suddenly have, we are all in a very dark place during this time of mercy. Is the body representative of everyone around us not following the way of Christ? Jesus asks each of us, are you willing to completely surrender to me NOW? Surrender everyone you are worried about?

 

I believe this could fit into what's been going on. It felt like a choice being offered, (the door) but the offer wasn't coming from a good place at all. Then suddenly the body was there, & I couldn't just leave someone in distress........

Maybe it was kind of a warning not to surrender to the darkness (whatever was on the other side of that door) that's been swirling around so much lately.

 

I agree with your discernment, Lois. I think the meaning of your dream is much clearer now.

Recalling your dream from memory here so forgive me if I've got some of the details wrong. As you said, that door you saw in your dream might have indicated an opportunity/path to something that appeared to be good and right but which was not willed for you. Remember that it has been said that satan can disguise himself as an angel of light, which suggests the possibility that some doorways to a seemingly better outcome/future might just be an illusion, a trap even.
The fact that Jesus later appeared in the place of that wounded person shows that you made the correct decision. Hence, what saved/will save you will be that in every decision you have to make, if you choose Jesus, you will not go wrong, even if there's much pain to endure on this side of the door.

This ties in with what I experienced in church at adoration last Thursday. It's like "something" is trying very hard to keep me from going to adoration, Mass, confession. Going thru the door in the dream would have been, in real life, like going out the door of the Church. Not a good thing at all ~ This has, for many reasons, been a constant battle for me. And as Padraig noted, it comes from many sources...

I had a dream the other night and I only remember a small snippet of it. I was outside What I considered was my home but I do not recognize the structure of the building in real life as being where I live or ever have lived - but it is a very large brick building and I seem to be looking/ coming out from the basement. The backyard slopes away from the building and the whole property has a large impressive wooden fence around it but at one corner there is a large ornate wood gate. The sky looks grey and cloudy as if there is an oncoming storm (not black clouds or awesome storm sky- just normal grey storm clouds - dreary looking) I see my sister (whom I consider to be a very prayerful person who has dealt with and accepted many crosses with a lot less complaining than I would - I hesitate to call her a victim soul because of the religious implications) outside and she is sort of just looking at the sky and twirling and dancing around when I see a figure come in through the gate and it seems to me that this person blurs between a demoniac and a demon. I am screaming at my sister to come inside and to be careful because the figure is approaching her. My sister turns to look at me because while she cannot hear me, she sees me flailing my arms and jumping up and down. She looks toward the gate but does not seem to be concerned with the figure and continues to gaze up and twirl and dance.

I woke up almost immediately after perplexed why my sister would not come inside and fearful for her safety. I have not told her about this dream because I do fear the implications f it.

 

If you look at the sky, at the clouds, it reminds me very much of dreams. The , 'Spirits of the Air' , (the good and bad angels ) use the clouds like an artists palette. So few people take time to look at the sky. But if you make a habit of doing so you can see this so clearly in the shapes and forms the clouds take. It is a quite dramatic way the spirits have of impacting on the material world.

So with our imaginations, which are also of a lower order. The demons for instance use our imaginations to promote impure and other thoughts. It is a I believe through our imaginations that the good and bad angles can influence our dreams. Like the shapes of the clouds in the skies. A for instance St Joseph who was told to flee with the child Jesus and Mary into Egypt.Scripture is full of good and bad dreams.

This is why the Church has always instructed us to say our night prayers ; to set a safe door to our night dreaming.
