A Dutch researcher predicted that an earthquake would hit the region, highlighting with almost exact precision the epicenter of the quake that would soon strike. A Dutch expert published a tweet on his Twitter account three days before the earthquake in Turkey on Monday, predicting that a powerful earthquake would happen imminently in Turkey. He even attached an aerial photograph and marked the area where the disaster would happen. Dutch seismologist Frank Hoogerbeets, who works for the Solar System Geometry Survey (SSGS) in the Netherlands, predicted the earthquake in Turkey on February 3. The prediction On his Twitter account, the Dutch researcher wrote: "Sooner or later there will be a magnitude 7.5 earthquake in this region (South-Central Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon)." These earthquakes are always preceded by critical planetary geometry, as we had on 4-5 February." After multiple aftershocks in the days after the earthquake were felt throughout the larger region, Hoogerbeets gave his explanation for the aftershocks: "The large earthquakes in Central Turkey have caused a significant change in stress distribution throughout the region, with seismic activity down to Palestine as a result. Clearly, the region is resettling." The Earthquake took place on the 6th of February. If you listen to the short video below you can see that Frank did in fact predict it and it's scale. I think actually if you look at the graph he may have gotten very close to the actual time. He relates this to there being a full moon in conjunction with the sun. .
We should translate this and share it with the afflicted, those words could give hope where there is none now. What you say is so true Lois, our turn will come. Actually it already has for many who suffered terrible fires, hurricanes, floods etc. BTW the French Bishop's conference has called on faithful to fast today for the preservation of life, if anyone wants to join their intentions to this. It is aimed particularly at the laws proposed on end of life measures.
Here in Maryland, our state legislature is soon to vote on assisted suicide. The man I voted for is against it, and there are other legislators who are opposed, so hopefully it will not pass. This time around, anyway. Thank you for your post, Andree.
Apparently there are new quakes in southern Turkey? I have not looked at news yet, but saw this map of areas affected. It seems like same region, plus going south so more of Syria and all the way down to Israel. Cyprus felt it too according to the map. Can we all pray that angels come to the rescue of the poor people caught in this terrible event? What else can we do? I feel particularly for those already under a heavy yoke in Syria, May this tragedy be a source of seeking and finding God. Prayers for everyone affected.
