I believe that the USA is desperate because of the crumbling dollar, so they are lashing out at Russia and ultimately the BRICS coalition.:(

    Lord have Mercy!

The New World Order is collapsing, a new global system is emerging in which the dollar and the USA (with the West) lose their hegemony.

Here is an interesting article about it:

Hopefully, it will be a regionalised world in which no political currency nor political entity will possess hegemony.

The United States has, for decades now, pursued a policy by which it presumed it could accumulate any amount of fiscal debt, without consequence. This debt is now so gargantuan that any attempt to reduce it would crash the economy, thus further jeopardising any possibility of repaying it. So, the vehicle United States heads for the cliff with the driver's foot irreversibly pushing the accelerator to the floor.

This zaniness is supposedly due to what is known as "Modern Monetary Theory". The clue is in the prefix-anything modern courts disaster. Progress inevitably leads us to a cliff edge.

I am reminded of a book I read some years ago, co-written by a Mormon called Bruce Charlton and another man whose name escapes me. Bruce is quite a Christian Mormon and very orthodoxly moral. Their theory was that 'progress' has led to universally reduced child mortality. Although far from Darwinists, they accepted that there is some truth to it: there are mutations; but they are all degradative and damaging, as we live in a fallen world, destined for death. They also contend that there is natural selection; this is the culling effect of nature and undeniably exists; we all are eventually culled. Bruce and his colleague contend that this natural selection most effects the central nervous system, which as the most complex human organ is most prone to mutation. Their quite logical conclusion is that universally reduced child mortality implies that human beings are now surviving that would have perished in childhood and gone to Heaven, or at worst Limbo, due to a reduced level of intelligence or other brain defects incompatible with life. This has led to a world population replete with mental defects and of greatly reduced intelligence. This seems plausible given what's happening all around us. This increased insanity and reduced intelligence combined with democracy is actually a deadly combination, giving the power to people of this quality to select our leaders. Charlton and his colleague are wholly opposed to eugenics, abortion and, I think, contraception. They offer no solution to their problem, other than that nature must take its course, as intervention must inevitably be immoral. This phenomenon will lead ultimately to civilisational decline and collapse, not unlike all previous civilisations. This decline and collapse will mean a higher child mortality, with less human beings reaching sufficient reason in order to sin mortally and thus avoiding Hell, and lead to saner and more intelligent survivors who will begin to rebuild civilisation. In other words, the problem is self-correcting, but no previous collapsing civilisation had the means to do itself so much damage.

I don't see any reason that the theory necessarily contradicts Catholic theology. Perhaps, others might see flaws that I have missed. It certainly seems a more grounded view of what 'evolution' truly implies than the Teilhardinism effecting so many of our churchmen.

May the Lord God help us all.

The cartoon is incomplete. It fails to include proud Western perverts lusting after the little children.

"Big fat ugly men......" That's the best way to describe what's taken over. But where they talk about a pendulum, imho it's more a wrecking ball that's swinging back and forth now. The countries who support families turning to Russia and China? Not sure that's such a good idea either.....It's not a pendulum swinging back, it's a wrecking ball getting ready to swing the other way, possible with even more force.

I believe that when God divided Babel by confusing the languages, He cursed the heirs of Nimrod to never form a global unity until the Antichrist appears. This is why rival nations try to form blocs of global domination with their respective allies but never reach an understanding among themselves.

One way or another something is coming and likely soon. We cannot hold the collective aggregate of sin we have now and expect it to disappear. In fact, the cumulative debt from the sin will only continue to grow. Satan has had his 100 years. Hopefully the collective prayer and repentance over this time has mitigated the chastisements to come.

Looks like soon the US will be sending their young men and women to die in Europe and Asia to defend the interests of Raytheon, Lockheed and the rest of the military industrial complex.

The 5 largest arms manufacturers in the world are from the US.

This is a list of the world's largest arms manufacturers and other military service companies, along with their countries of origin. The information is based on a list published by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute for 2022.[4] The numbers are in billions of US dollars.
