Can't believe you discovered this little church dedicated to the Immaculate Heart. It was founded
by Sr Melena and many Irish people worked on the building. She got cancer and died some years ago. Nothing seems to have happened since. It's beautiful and I love Jesus in the agony in the garden scene.

Our Blessed Lady gave me a Spiritual message for a young Irish man in the guesthouse which would greatly help him. He goes home in the morning and it is getting late.
I am sitting outside the guesthouse drinking a beer hoping he will pass by.

It reminds me of my mother who used to wait up nights waiting to see us home safe

John helped build the roof , it was he who told me. It is not the easiest place in the world to find, but well worth finding

I assume Sister Melena was a saint. I could sense her presence so strongly, like a perfume

I wonder why Our Lady brought me here so urgently? I am still waiting

So much to do with God and the things of God involve waiting

Mary was the best waiter of them all.

She is hovering about like crazy taking care of me and checking up

That's lovely. I went to Medjugorje for at least 10 years with Finbar Ó Leary. He collected a lot of money for the project. I met Sr Melena many times through Finbar. I found it hard to understand how she was taken when she was with her work unfinished. She is a saint I'm sure as are so many who have dedicated their lives to Medjugorje including Finbar.

Well it is 7am and here I am bright and early sitting outside the guesthouse . Thank God there is gentle rain and cloudy. Heaven. Still it is 21c. I might take an attack of madness whilst it is like this to climb mount krikevac.

Here they ten to go to bed very late and get up very late. Me I usually rise about 4 or 5 and this works here because I am often around when no one else is. Still I try to accommodate myself to their ways of doing things by rising and going to bed later. When in Rome, do as the Romans do.

Sadly it has been left unfinished since her death. It was closed for some years and only reopened after Covid. Hopefully Sr Melena's dream will be realised in time.
