There is no doubts our shepherds need prayers from the bottom to the top. Prayers of protection Prayers for conversion Prayers for fortitude Prayers for perseverance Prayers for detachment Prayers for deliverance Prayers, prayers, prayers
Proverbs chapter 9 seems to describe the Church and the false church. A couple of verses stand out in regard to what is happening now, imho, as far as "calling things out" ~ It appears some good cardinals may be following this line, so I'm following them . That's not to say some good clergy are not called upon to speak out, as some have been doing so, and really, it's their job to do so. 9:7 He that teacheth a scorner, doth an injury to himself; and he that rebuketh a wicked man, getteth himself a blot. 9:8 Rebuke not a scorner, lest he hate thee. Rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee. 9:9 Give an occasion to a wise man, and wisdom shall be added to him. Teach a just man, and he shall make haste to receive it."
I wasn't frightened somehow, but the hair did stand up on my head. I spent a good while chatting with the person after seeing their eyes. I never mentioned it to them but later asked one of their prayer friends to try to get them to an exorcist.
I can only use an example of my daughter's parish Priest who told everyone no matter what their sins, to come on up for Communion... just say you are sorry.. I could not believe it. So when I speak out , I do not speak of knowing a Pope or Priest's soul, I only speak to save a soul.... this follows that "all are welcome" thing. The Eucharist is Jesus and I will never say otherwise. To be quiet leads to people being misled.
The problem was and is not that people speak out too strongly but that they remain silent, attributing their own dreadful silence to things like charity, prudence and obedience. Our Bishops and Cardinals have been especially guilty of this. You are correct that I am guilty of sinful pride, full of it, you judged my soul and heart very well in this.
Yes, I agree whole heartily that more need to speak up and that staying quiet is not the solution. It pains me to think that according to Pew Research just 1/3 of Catholics in the U.S. believe in transubstantiation. Yes, we do need to speak up. I did not judge your soul just to be clear. May God shower you with many graces.
Yes. You have to speak the truth of the Faith. Especially when sacrilege He sounds like the priests ftom the 70's and 80's who had no patience with those who went to frequent confession.
Looks like the prophecy of La Salette has come about, 'Rome will become the seat of the Antichrist's. I don't trust him at any level. He is constantly gaslighting us. When I hear him being quoted in sermons I shut my ears. The less I hear about him the better.
There are different forms of pride and we have all been guilty of it. Pride of timidity is when one says nothing when for the sake of justice we should speak but remain silent. It takes courage and also a little bit of prudence. We can never judge the state of ones soul but sometimes their actions need to be challenged God help us all
I would like to add some commentary from the church fathers regarding Matthew 7:1-2 "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgement ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again." From the Catena Aurea: St. Jerome: But if he forbids us to judge, how then does Paul judge the Corinthians who had committed uncleanness? Or Peter convict Ananias and Sapphira of falsehood? St. John Chrysostom: Wherefore He does not say, 'Do not cause a sinner to cease,' but do not judge; that is, be not a bitter judge; correct him indeed, but not as an enemy seeking revenge, but as a physician applying a remedy.
Not really Padraig, I had met them a few times in a week in Medjugorje and decided to meet up for a coffee when we got home. I never saw them again after that incident.
https://www.lifesitenews.com/blogs/...e-forced-to-resign-weeks-after-2005-election/ Italian general: US official bragged Benedict would be ‘forced’ to resign weeks after 2005 election LifeSiteThu Jan 5, 2023 - 6:11 pm EST (LifeSiteNews) — On the eve of Pope Benedict XVI’s burial, Piero Laporta, a retired Italian brigadier general, published a stunning piece on his own blog. This Catholic author, who previously lobbied to have Benedict participate (and influence) the controversial Synod on the Family some eight years ago, is now revealing that in the first weeks after the election of Joseph Ratzinger to the papal throne in 2005, an official of the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) “was bragging about the resignation to which H.H. Benedict XVI of revered memory would soon be forced.” If this story is true, however, “soon” would have to mean almost eight years, as that is the time it actually took for Benedict to resign. Laporta is a retired brigadier general who worked for the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Italian Military, and since his retirement writes for multiple blogs and for different newspapers, collaboratingwith, among others, our colleague Marco Tosatti and his blog Stilum Curiae. Laporta’s January 3 blog entry starts with the comment that he “shudders” at the publicly displayed “crocodile tears” by a representative of the community of San Egidio, in regards to Pope Benedict’s death. In light of these tears, “memories pass before my eyes,” he added. Laporta then revealed that there exists “a great Roman circle that is still active today,” that is more powerful than the so-called “Sankt Gallen group,” which has been historically opposed to Benedict. Laporta further relayed that in 2005, “a leading delegate of the U.S. government, who had his hands in Italian finances (where he is still active) and in Italian politics,” and was “a figure in the highest ranks of the National Security Agency (NSA),” was “bragging about the resignation to which H.H. Benedict XVI of revered memory would soon be forced.” This man, Laporta went on to say, spoke “with a nonchalance and with an arrogance” outside of his own circle about this matter. This “Roman circle” was reportedly dedicated to the slogans “God is dead” and “Jesus is fake news,” and was in “panic” when Benedict was elected. The “Sankt Gallen Mafia,” Laporta added, was “no joke,” but is a mere fig leaf compared to this “Roman circle” that Laporta refers to as a “dome of demons.” According to the Italian general, it was this group who “isolated” Benedict, “leaving him alone while the nescionalsecuiritiagensi [NSA] goons scourged the truth, then crucified it.” It is not known whether this man, who at the time reportedly worked for the U.S. government, actually played a role in the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI. However, for the sake of discussing the fullest narrative of this historic resignation, it might be helpful to report on Laporta’s observations, making it a possible piece of the puzzle. Another piece of this puzzle could be the fact that at the time of Benedict’s resignation in February of 2013, the Vatican Bank was unable to function, since it had been suddenly excluded from the SWIFT system and was thus incapable of performing necessary international transactions. As Giuseppe Nardi of Katholisches.inforeminds his readers today in his report on Laporta, Maurzio Blondet had discussed this matter in Italian, in 2015. In light of Laporta’s blog post, Blondet, a Catholic journalist, quoted Laporta and said that it was wise that Laporta did “not disclose” the U.S. official’s name. He then re-posted his 2015 report titled “Ratzinger could neither buy nor sell,” which outlined the Vatican’s 2013 financial problems with the SWIFT system, thereby implying that he himself sees a link between Laporta’s report and this financial aspect of the history of Benedict’s resignation. A third puzzle of the piece – which refers to the above-mentioned Sank Gallen Group – is that there might have been a conversation between Cardinal Carlo Martini and Benedict in 2012, in which the head of the Sankt Gallen group suggested to Benedict that it was time for him to resign. This story has been amply discussed by author Julia Meloni, which LifeSiteNews covered here. Perhaps only future historians will be able to put together a fuller picture as to why a pope would resign, thus leaving the Church in the hands of modernists who are out to undermine the core of the Catholic Church’s doctrine and morals. LifeSiteNews has reached out to Laporta to obtain further details, particularly as to why the NSA official would say that they would “soon” force him to resign, considering the alleged discussion took a place a full seven years before Benedict’s actual resignation. This report will be updated if LifeSiteNews receives a reply.
I want to clarify. I'm not saying Pope Francis is the antichrist but he is a useful tool to these forces therefore the church St it's summit is controlled by antichristian forces. I need to pray much more for the church.
