I am surprised at the (apparently) predominant opinion on this Forum. This is clearly a Just War and 100% Justified by Catholic Just War Doctrine.

People don't realize Islam is a Worse Enemy of Christendom today than the Synagogue itself. In fact, many Christian Scholars, like some of those quoted on the Answering-Islam Website, say that the Quran itself was heavily influenced by Talmudic Judaism. To those of you who are making this about fighting Zionism rather than fighting Islamism, you are WRONG. There is a vocal group of people supporting the Islamic government of Iran against what they see as unjustified Israeli/US aggression. But I am not sure the majority here take this position.

That being said it also doesn't mean those who vocally disagree with the war do not hold valid arguments. Personally I don't like Judaism or Islam. To me it does seem like Islam is being given free pass currently on the site.

Ironically enough, Hegseth is the nephew of Marty Haughen, the very famous liturgical music artist (wrote Gather Us In, Canticle of the Sun, Eye Has Not Seen). Imagine that people of the USA were divided and the People Republic of China launched a war to install a acceptable Government in the region. My question is why now? This regime of Islam has ruled for 50 some years and now Israel and America have decided enough is enough?
