Well I would not put Cardinal Parolin as high on my like list but it is so good to see The Vatican taking such a very strong stand for peace. Bless them all for this.

I am sad to see my fellow Catholics attacking Pope Leo for seeking peace and speaking out so strongly. Of course he should speak out for peace, what else should any Pope do?

    Sad.

    Sad.

I think the Vatican has done well, but it seems futile to expect Iran to engage in dialogue with two countries that have treacherously stabbed them in the back in two sets of negotiations and have now assassinated Iran's chief negotiator. We all know that, even if there was an agreement, the Epsteinists would only use it to regroup for their next attack. For them, 'peace is when you re-load your gun'.

Saint Joseph appeared twice, and both times he stayed silent, that’s what happens when you appear with a woman :D she does the talking, and you keep quiet… you’d like to speak, but you don’t dare ;).

To go back to what I started yesterday, if you’ve ever wondered, or even had the slightest doubt, which branch of Christianity is the most correct, then, if we follow Jesus’ words that in following Him we also take up His cross—the answer, very clearly, points to Catholicism, Catholics, and the Catholic Church.

What we are currently witnessing is a symbiosis of radical Protestantism which, combined with Zionists under a Jewish lobby, is no longer acting covertly but is openly waging a campaign against Catholics. In simple terms, all the cards are now on the table.

A few years ago, information leaked that the FBI was spying on and targeting “Catholic extremists.” Then we saw bans and the arrest of people praying the rosary in front of hospitals. And now, within just one week, Boller was removed from the White House Religious Liberty Commission by order of Trump because, as a Catholic, she refused to support the killing of innocents and opposed the war in the Middle East. Then we had this: Pete Hegseth’s pastor and mentor, Doug Wilson, stated that in an ideal 2026 Christian nationalist society, Catholic ceremonies such as Marian and Eucharistic processions should be banned. Wilson, a prominent pastor whom Hegseth invited to lead a prayer service at the Pentagon, calls such public Catholic displays “idolatry.” And yesterday, Ted Cruz published a shocking attack on Catholics, citing—apparently via AI—a collection of nonsensical documents, specifically targeting the Society of Saint Pius X as extremists.

On the other hand, I believe you’ve noticed that a large number of Protestants are returning to the Catholic faith, because they see that calling oneself a Christian while rejecting Christ—and ultimately the entire teaching on forgiveness, love, and respect for God’s commandments—cannot go hand in hand with aggression, hatred, and killing. The wheat is being separated from the chaff.

Just imagine if someone had told you only a few years ago that Jews would be the ones prompting a large number of Protestants to return to the Catholic faith, or that Trump would be the one bringing many people to convert to Catholicism.

As De Gaulle once said—Trump is here for a reason, not necessarily as a good figure, but as someone who must be here so that certain things may be fulfilled.

The teaching of the Catholic Church will never be changed, because it is founded in the embrace of Jesus Christ; the sacraments are the strength and the witness of faith, preserving both faith and tradition.

Among Protestants, however, the wind has blown and the house has collapsed. In a short time, they have gone from claiming that simply accepting Christ is enough for salvation to denying the meaning of “Christ is King,” calling it antisemitic and offensive to some people’s feelings.

To paraphrase Christ’s words: how can Christ (Protestants) deny Himself and persecute Himself (Catholics)? How can Christ deny His own name (“Christ is King”)? And how can wars be waged in Christ’s name to bring about the Messiah, if Christ Himself claimed to be the Messiah and we Christians celebrate Him as the Savior?

In sporting terms, Protestantism is in a heavy knockdown, and I think it will never get up again.

I think the difficulty with Catholics is that we do not blow with the winds around us. The winds of time. The winds of the politically and socially acceptable. The ideas and whims of the present moment. We are founded on the Rock of Peter , the Rock of Truth. This makes us very, very dangerous.

Our poor Protestant Evangelical sisters and brothers have been blown away by a diabolical wind from the 19th century that of Zionism which has turned them into robots for the secular Zionist State. Sadly their unfortunate demented brains have been sucked out.

^E. Michael Jones has been saying this for decades. I've only started paying attention to him in the last few years, but he has it all tied up, worked out and linked together. He has always been severely opposed to Protestantism, which he describes as a Judaised form of Christianity. He has also provided a huge body of evidence, much from Jewish sources, to back up his case.

There has been another Netanyahu video. It still looks dodgy, but it doesn't matter whether he's alive, it's what he said or was said on his behalf that matters. There were statements about how well 'Israel' was going in the war and calls for Iran to revolt against its leaders-the usual propaganda, which isn't worth considering. But he claimed that the intention is, for the good of the world (translation=the Jews of the world) to have all oil pipe-lines from the Middle East going through Israel (obviously a 'greater Israel'), and that 'Israel' would become a 'super-power'.

Such a 'Greater Israel' would imply Turkey having to be dealt with and that has already been made explicit (Bennett very recently). This would mean the rest of NATO stabbing a fellow member in the back or else a split between NATO and the US (which is completely under the control of 'Israel'). But the European part of NATO has been completely weakened because of its support for Ukraine in a war which seems increasingly to be another Zionist plot, depriving Europe of a natural ally and resource, in Russia.

If Europe ends up at the mercy of a 'Greater Israel', she will be utterly helpless. It seems that Netanyahu and the fundamentalists who rule with him still regard Europe, and particularly the Catholic Church, as an enemy for which they seek revenge for the sack of Jerusalem and Masada. Why did the Protestants, from the beginning, remove the Book of Maccabees from their bowdlerised bibles? Is it because the Maccabees died gloriously for a Kingdom not of this world, while the Jews and the Protestants want a utopia in this one? How often Our Lord emphasised that His Kingdom 'is not of this world', but how much Judaism has come to believe in a worldly messiahship.

In this intended enslavement or even destruction of Europe, our present leaders are fully with the programme. Starmer is a Jew as is his wife and family. Macron is a pawn of the Rothschilds and Merz used to be an executive in the Jewish Blackrock Corporation. Van der Leyden stated publicly in '24 that the values of Europe are those of the Talmud (!).

Bear in mind, also, that Talmudic Judaism regards revenge and hatred of the enemy as virtues. I read in the judeo-Christian 'Catholic' magazine 'First Things' (I now avoid it) an article from a supposedly 'moderate' rabbi, admitting this. But we are commanded to 'love our enemies'.

It's quite possible that the prophesied invasion by Russia might be a rescue mission.

There is a lot at stake in this war.

    God help us all.

Another thing. Error-ridden and twisted as Shia Islam is, it is probably closer at the moment to Catholicism than very many Protestants. At the very least, they'd have no objection to a Marian Procession.

As Tsun Tsu wisely advised, we must know our enemy (and, in fairness, Pope Francis certainly did. Our American Pope has done well so far, also), because our enemy certainly knows his.

Retired US Ambassador Chas Freeman gives in this interview a sensible although sad run-down on the state of affairs. Towards the end of the interview there's a clip of Netanyahu saying that Jesus is no more powerful than Genghis Khan. Christian Zionists will probably denounce it as AI. Hard to tell nowadays.

I have heard of a few places running out of diesel (gasoline) here in the north of Ireland.

People are also crossing the border from the south of Ireland to North of Ireland to fill up as it is cheaper and many are bringing large drums to fill up.

Today the price of a litre of diesel is around 1.65 per litre - for our American friends on the forum that is equivalent to $10 dollars per gallon. I think it will hit £2 a litre soon enough.

The war is hitting here now economically.

Fertiliser prices have skyrocketed from £350 a ton to £620 so farmers squeezed and i can see food shortages.

TRUMP'S LATEST UPDATE - AN ADMISSION OF DEFEAT?

"We are getting very close to meeting our objectives as we consider winding down our great Military efforts in the Middle East with respect to the Terrorist Regime of Iran," he says.

Turning to the Strait of Hormuz, Trump then says it "will have to be guarded and policed, as necessary, by other Nations who use it — The United States does not!"
