It’s been revealed to us that, to paraphrase, the Elect would be deceived, if it were possible. Is it fair to say that the Elect are those worthy of immediate entrance to Heaven? That leaves a great number of purgatorialists who are wide open for gaslighting, if my assumption is true. Not to mention those who are not fooled, but are still not worthy of Heaven without a clean-up in Purgatory.

Same here. I've always had very strong feelings about France's role in the near future, in the fight for good vs. evil.

In France, protests are practically a national sport. Whether they win a medal or don’t win one, you somehow end up with a few thousand burned cars — same thing on New Year’s Eve...

Europe used to have far more intense protests anyway. In the end, all of you from Ireland and Italy know that very well. We have football derbies practically every weekend with clashes between supporters and the police, and the next day everyone just goes to work as usual.

So I wouldn’t say that any of this is particularly new. There are much bigger issues simmering beneath the surface, involving energy, gender ideology, euthanasia and the killing of children.

Although I wouldn’t be surprised if things eventually started in France. France is traditionally known as the “eldest daughter of the Church,” because the Frankish king Clovis I was the first to embrace the Christian faith, and France became the first Catholic monarchy in the world in 496, only about twenty years after the fall of the Western Roman Empire. The Eastern Roman Empire survived until the 15th century, when Constantinople fell to the Ottomans.

And, of course, the French Revolution also began in France. In my view, it was essentially a precursor to the liberal revolt whose culmination we are witnessing today, including through the communist movement.

’m a bit too lazy to write the whole thing out myself, so I asked ChatGPT to give me a shorter version of the events. But I believe most of you know very little about the French Revolution. In fact, I see it as ground zero — the beginning of pretty much everything we are witnessing today.

Let’s put it this way: imagine you’re driving a car. The French Revolution was like accelerating toward a cliff at 100 km/h. The apparitions at Fatima were essentially the moment when Our Lady said, “This is your last chance to hit the brakes.” Then came Communism, which represented the full development of that trajectory. In that sense, I would argue that the French Revolution was effectively the first communist revolution.

The Revolt in the Vendée (1793–1796)
The Vendée was a counter-revolutionary uprising in western France where 170,000 to 200,000 Catholic people died during a brutal government crackdown, leading many historians to view it as Europe's first modern genocide.
    • Key Causes: The revolutionary government persecuted the Catholic Church by seizing its property and forcing priests to swear allegiance to the state rather than the Pope. This, combined with the execution of King Louis XVI and the forced conscription of 300,000 men, triggered an open rebellion.
    • The Catholic and Royal Army: Local peasants organized into the Armée catholique et royale. To openly declare their faith, they wore the Sacred Heart of Jesus on their clothing along with the motto "God and King" (Dieu le Roi).
    • Brutal Repression: After defeating the rebels in late 1793, Paris ordered the complete destruction of the region. "Infernal Columns" (Colonnes infernales) burned down entire villages and slaughtered civilians, while thousands more—including hundreds of Catholic priests—were deliberately drowned in the Loire River during the Mass Drownings at Nantes.
    2. The Desecration of Notre-Dame Cathedral
While the Vendée was being crushed, the revolutionary government in Paris targeted the core religious symbols of France, pushing a radical policy of de-Christianization.
    • The Beheading of the Kings: Jacobin radicals broke into Notre-Dame and beheaded the 28 statues of the Biblical Kings of Judah on the facade, mistakenly believing they represented the historical kings of France The Notre Dame Cathedral Was Nearly Destroyed By French ....
    • The Cult of Reason: Christianity was officially banned, and the cathedral was renamed the "Temple of Reason." The main altar was destroyed and replaced with a makeshift mountain where an actress was installed to personify the "Goddess of Reason."
    • Pillage and Warehousing: Church bells (except the largest one, Emmanuel) and precious silver or bronze statues were melted down to make coins and cannons. The building itself was ultimately stripped and used as a warehouse to store food, oil barrels, and horse fodder
    3. Historical Clarification on the Anti-Clerical Quote
The famous quote regarding the death of the priests is frequently misattributed, but its roots explain the intellectual fury behind the revolution:
"Man will never be free until the last king is strangled with the entrails of the last priest." Jean Meslier Denis Diderot

The Real Authors: It was originally written by Jean Meslier (1664–1729), who paradoxically lived his life as a quiet Catholic village priest . After his death, a secret text (My Testament) was discovered in which he confessed his absolute atheism . The phrase was later popularized and turned into a poetic verse by the famous Enlightenment philosopher Denis Diderot (1713–1784) It became a rallying cry for the radicals who carried out the Reign of Terror.

But it was the sacrifice of the Carmelites who went willingly to their deaths that brought an end to the horrors.

Satan attacked France with extreme vigor because she was traditionally so holy, and she will be again.

I am not sure how sinful it is to be deceived. Or indeed if it is sinful at all. I wonder how culpable people are that other people have lied to them on a truly grand scale? That the very people who are their Shepherds should betray them and lead them to hell?

    Only God knows.

Our new young priest asked me what I thought of Pope Leo and when I told him he looked stricken and shocked. But he did not argue. The impression I got was that he thought Pope Leo was wonderful . But from the look on his face and his silence in disagreeing with me I suspect that there are doubts swirling about inside him. But he is part of a great human organisation. If he permitted himself to ask questions like this it would cause him great difficulties. It would be much easier and comfortable for him to go along with the establishment flow.

But for me I do not give a fig because I have nothing to loose because I have nothing to loose. He risks loosing everything if he started to question.

So it is something of a mystery. But it is better to face and know the truth rather than live in a kind of grey mist. Truth as they say is a great disinfectant.

Only God can judge the secrets of men's hearts.

I believe Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary is the greatest possible help. I think that during the Great Protestant Revolt it was this Devotion that kept so many countries safe. I don;t think it is possible for someone with a True Devotion to Our Lady to be lost.

    https://www.catholictradition.org/Mary/mary18b.htm

If you persevere until death in true devotion to Mary, you salvation is certain.

    St. Alphonsus Maria Liguori

Blessed are they who turn with sincere affection to most holy Mary, extending her glory in the world and magnifying her name in the Catholic Church in opposition to the crack-brained insanity of heretics and infidels . . . Those who magnify her attain eternal life. No sinner, howsoever great and abominable he might be, shall be excluded from redemption and justification, nor shall he fail to attain eternal life, if he invoke the intercession of this powerful Lady and Advocate.

    Ven. Mary of Agreda

No one, not even a sinner, who devoutly recommends himself to her shall ever become the prey of Hell.

    St. Catherine of Siena

"God hates boring people" - Terry Davis

Terry Davis is a catholic who struggled severely with mental illness towards the end of his life. He was also an incredible genius.

One thing I notice with Catholics is that we are always called to be heroic in the face of tremendous evil. How we become heroic is by God's grace obviously, but God allows us to be tried by fire.

We aren't here to create a perfect boring world Evil will always be absurd. St. Clare suffered with sickness in bed for 30 years. Francis had his eyes cauterized. Evil has their weapons we have ours.

Our lives are an epic journey towards God and no amount of evil will stop it. God will step in when God chooses, until then we are forged and purified in the fires of hell.

Terry Davis called Protestants boring. Because they truly are because they compromise with the world.

By the way, I wouldn’t focus so much on France. A far more serious situation is reportedly unfolding in Russia, where a deadly disease has allegedly broken out and more than 200 people are said to be in quarantine. A scientist at a laboratory reportedly broke a test tube containing an unknown virus. She died, and everyone who had been in contact with her was placed in quarantine.

The disease allegedly a biological weapon is said to have a 90-100% fatality rate, with an incubation period of up to a week. It is reportedly pneumonic plague. The incident is said to have occurred in Siberia, and five hospitals have reportedly been placed under isolation.
