I take care of my 91 year old mom and this is the first week of her entire life she made a decision not to attend mass and watch it on EWTN due to the virus. She was sad but felt this was the right decision. Strange times.....
I am going to share a couple things I have heard lately from friends and family who work for different companies and government institutions. First Walmart. There are serious supply chain problems right now to the point where they will most likely have to close some stores. There isn't much on my local Walmart shelves. Anything that was in the back is already on shelves. When new shipments come in right now, they are not even going to stock items in their proper places, they are just going to put them out on any bare shelves they want to. Store managers have no idea when new shipments will be coming in. Next at Tyson foods, all employees are at home for at least a month but I could not get a true update on food supplies because all employees in the know have been silenced. Kroger has changed their hours. They will only be open from 7am to 9pm. Keep in mind most Krogers are open 24 hours. Fidelity is on total lock down with majority of employees at home working for the next month. I would assume this will become a trend in the weeks to come from other major financial institutions. Department of Homeland security friend said they do not want the tests out fast because it will show massive number of people have this and thus lead to real panic in the US. The US is not like many other nations. People will freak out and the concerns are around anarchy which could become drastically worse given the number of armed citizens. A local sheriff friend sent me something rather puzzling too. He is not a conspiracy theory person but noticed two government job postings that were opened by the CDC back on 11/15/2019 that were titled: Public Health Advisor Quarantine Program and for multiple locations around the country. One last thing I heard but don't know if it is true at this time from a government agency I need to keep nameless, but there could be total quarantine in the US for one month very soon for all citizens except if you have to go to grocery, pharmacy or hospital. The National Guard will be called up to patrol and enforce. This is the rumor I am a bit worried about the most because it could lead us to the all time plan by the Masons laid out by Albert Pike so long ago. They need to disarm this country. Best way to do that is to stop food supply and force citizens to turn in their arms and ammo for food. Do not fear but Trust. That is what I am telling myself all the time. What have we to fear if we Trust in our Lord!!

My observation at Mass this morning - as we have been told to receive Our Lord only in the hand, I watched as people opened doors, knelt with hands on the back of pews, and picked up Missals and song books that are covered with a plastic folder and wondered why we are not allowed to receive on the tongue from the Consecrated hands of a Priest. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Also, I shudder at the thought that all of this confusion (which only comes from Satan and not from God!) will bring about what Our Lady has told us through Fr. Gobbi. I will be crying out as Mary Magdalene did, “They have taken my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid Him.” My Heart is breaking, but I offer all for the salvation of souls! Please pray many Rosaries

My grandson is presumed positive for coronavirus. He has been sick for the past eight days, saw his doctor several times, tested negative for flu, and then developed pneumonia. He seemed to be getting better on the antibiotics, and the fever went away, but his asthma was so bad last night that my daughter brought him to the ER. When they arrived, a triage nurse tried to talk my daughter into going back home, saying his fever wasn't high enough. My daughter, who is a very quiet person , stood her ground and insisted her son be seen because his asthma was uncontrolled, and he couldn't stop coughing. They were put into an isolation room to wait for the on call pediatrician. Thankfully they got the asthma under control, and finally tested him for the coronavirus, so we are anxiously awaiting the results. My daughter also fell ill with this at the same time as my grandson and she was quite sick for the first few days. She has no underlying illness so her recovery is going pretty well right now, although she was not tested. For both of them, the virus began with a severe sore throat, extreme nasal congestion, then into the chest with coughing. We suspected they were both infected, but getting tested even a few days ago was next to impossible. It has been an incredibly difficult, and exhausting week. If it is COVID-19 then the whole family has been exposed, and now my concern is for my elderly parents. We have taken extreme precautions around the house, but only time will tell if the rest of us come down with this plague. So far there are three CDC confirmed cases in our town, but there are probably hundreds walking around with the virus; it is spreading like wildfire. We are pretty certain grandson picked the virus up at school as there have been many student absences over the past couple of weeks. So it looks as though we are officially quarantined.
Jo, this is terrible. I think this time of indecision is the pits! Maybe, with prayers, they will not have the Covid virus. These symptoms mimic a bad cold! I have had colds like what you mentioned. But at least your grandson was tested. Please let us know. In the meantime, prayers going up. I am still unsure about the reports that just about everyone has this virus. Just not sure yet.
Went to mass today and it was sad. Never seen so few at mass. Father said that he has been receiving so many angry emails from parishioners for having mass. How can people be so backward in thought? How can they not trust in the Lord? How can they be sending angry emails to Father for having masses? It really is a strange time. This is when we need the sacraments more than ever yet those feel that the Sunday obligation should be lifted and that we are the bad ones to be in the church. Oh ye of little faith. Lord have mercy on them!

It's hard to buck reality. When one does, it tends to come back to bite one. I think many of the ordinary people can work this out for themselves and we will see a continuing and accelerated movement towards populist politicians after this episode. Ultimately, if the globalists want to get their way, they will have to abolish democracy altogether. This seems to be working for Merkel in Germany, but might not in other countries. The French, for one, tend not to take these things lying down, as the 'yellow vests' make clear.
