i have a lovely prayer of gratitude that i got from a publication called the currates diary . Father, you have blessesd me in so many ways for my life i thank you. For my loving family i thank you, for real true friends i thank you.for my daily bread i thank you. for the opportunites you give me i tank you. for the wonders of your creation i thank you. for the faith and hope that srings from you ithank you. for your boundless love and forgiveness ithank you .for sacrificing your own son to save i thankyou. and for every other blessing that i may be forgetting at this moment ... i thank you i say this prayer every night if i can in a small way to show my thanks to God as i can moan for Ireland .

ach thank you i work in a care home as a housekeeper sometimes i can find it quite frustrating and i have to remember to count my blessings i think maybe The Sacred Heart is trying to teach me something. I always try to talk and be cheerful to the residents so saying this prayer makes me appreaciative of my blessings God Bless x
