It brings me to tears for the suffering it must bring to Our Holy Mother - its blasphemous! I LOVE OUR LADY SO MUCH! I am truly sorry oh Blessed Immaculata.
Dear Jesus have mercy. St Michael protect us. Eternal Father we offer You the Holy Face of Jesus to atone for blasphemy.

Well, if you notice Carol, they did just walk by the Holy Father! O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
From Wednesday's Gospel: Jonah 4:1-4: Jonah was greatly displeased and became angry that God did not carry out the evil he threatened against Nineveh. He prayed, “I beseech you, LORD, is not this what I said while I was still in my own country? This is why I fled at first to Tarshish. I knew that you are a gracious and merciful God, slow to anger, rich in clemency, loath to punish. And now, LORD, please take my life from me; for it is better for me to die than to live.” But the LORD asked, “Have you reason to be angry?” This I must remind myself of constantly. First, there is such a thing as righteous anger. I believe much of what we have seen of late justifies such an attitude. Jonah ultimately went to Nineveh to preach repentance, fully expecting the Ninevites to reject God's offer. But when they actually repented, Jonah got bent out of shape, as we can see from above. More importantly, I must not lose hope that all the plotters of iniquity may yet repent. It should be not only my love for the Church which gets me on my knees, but also my sorrow over the fate of the plotters who are on the broad and easy path to hell. May I join Mary, who loves them all, praying that they all yet repent, and may her intercession save me from the curse of an angry, but hardened heart. O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
I'm surprised I haven't had a dream where I get a call from Pope Francis reminding me of what Jesus said to his disciples about the authorities: Matthew 23:1 Then said Jesus to the crowds and to his disciples, 2 "The scribes and the Pharisees sit on Moses' seat; 3 so practice and observe whatever they tell you, but not what they do; for they preach, but do not practice. Lead me always, Spirit of God!
This reminds me of the scene in the Ten Commandments movie (the one with Charleton Heston) where they are carrying the golden calf.
I heard yesterday (Michael Matt of The Remnant Newspaper via YouTube) that 80% of folks in the Amazon live in cities (not the jungle).
Yes the Vatican is getting some flack for the way it is portraying the Amazonians. They are giving the impression that they are basically indigenous tribal groups who live a tribal lifestyle, but apparently this is not the case. Cities like Manaus (pictures below) are apparently the preferred areas to reside.
It never fails to astound me, the people who should know, especially being highly learned AND with easily accessible documentation...repeating history as though in true ignorance. Is it possible to be THAT spiritually blind?? How can various dire examples NOT be recalled?? Ah well. Back to praying.
In the Apocalypse St John tells us that "God sent them a great delusion for they preferred lies to the Truth." That is a truly terrifying statement I think.
In these times I am continually struck by how the Church resembles the Israelites. We are in for some rough sailing. Judgement will come to purify God's chosen people (now the Church the new Zion) once more.
I just posted an article on the Amazon Synod thread from a young man who went down to the Amazon with a caravan of young men and the reactions and comments from the people down there and many were shocked. I'll leave a link on this thread too. How I Went to Brazil to Petition for a Catholic Amazon - The American TFP
