I sense hostility from two neighbors where I am living at the moment. One is a gay man who is very angry and the other is a woman in her sixties. I have heard them talking about me a few times and often wonder if they are trying to get me in trouble so that I would have to move out. It seems they have turned some other neighbors against me too. it all started a couple of years ago when I said to a neighbor I was going to Medjujore on pilgrimage. There were others things that may have sparked it off too. Either way, I sense very ill will coming from some of them, particularly the two I mentioned.
Demons at work, I would use Sacramentals if it was me. It is a good sign of your Spiritual Life if the demons are in action like this, prayers to St Michael. I see this all the time at work, which is why I love being on my own at nights.
Sorry to hear that, Sanctus, get some blessed salt and go around the edges of your property. Praying for your situation.

Padre Pio aid that there are so many demons loose in the world now that if you could see them they would block out the sky. It is far,far worse now than it was back then....far,far,far worse.

A spiritual advisor of mine had to move house last year over neighbors. He told me we have to deal with stuff like that on the journey.
Sorry to hear about your neighborhood challenges, you have my sympathy. I will say a prayer for you. I agree that sacramentals are very important, so I have to tell you about remarkable incident that we had with a difficult neighbor. There was definitely something off about them, something that I would describe as dark. They moved to the neighborhood about four years ago, they were very unfriendly, and so were there two large black dogs. Our family felt very uneasy around them so we kept our distance. Right after New Years, I finally decided to put blessed salt all around the perimeter of our house. Three days later I was walking to my car, and I saw a long distance moving truck pull up in front of their house....and they were gone. Poof!!!! Not sure if it was just a strange coincidence, but we still can't get over it. We recently met our new neighbors, a lovely couple from Pennsylvania with a friendly old golden retriever. We are thrilled!
I especially keep people dealing with hostile neighbors (and/or coworkers) in continued prayer. I've neither. An in-law has faced ongoing hostility for years, after she unwisely answered nosy coworkers' questions. She has become so distraught that she's actually fibbed to us (why?) that she admitted things to them! You are all in my ongoing prayers. I am truly sorry you're facing this.
Although I should add that I have dealt with intense hostility from neighbors as a teenager, in my small Midwestern hometown. My parents made a lot of other (fellow Protestants of different denoms) very angry, the entire family was ostracized. Ages 14 to 18 were awful. This current political situation, though, is far worse than that.
