I found Desmond Birch very interesting as well. Malachi Martin who believed in Garabandal said we would be coming to the end of "these Catholic times" to quote Our Lady in the apparitions. She had said there would be two more popes after the then present holy father (Paul VI) and one of them would reign only a short time--before the end of these Catholic times. If you think about it the death of StJPII really did signify the end of what was our Catholic times.

I'm sorry, HH, my question was not meant to be a zinger, I just wondered why you thought that it was interesting that she was alive (being old and one foot in the grave, I tend to be alarmed) I just thought that she could not be that much older than me. I too find her credible and humble. We will see, not too long now.
Ladies, because Conchita is beginning to get older, I do believe things will happen soon before she dies.....not that she is unhealthy and 72 is not old by today's standards in the US....
This sounds completely correct to me, the real end time baddy is not on the scene yet, but this is certainly a chastisement \ tribulation allowed by God to bring many to faith and maybe to punish many as well. The Triumph is coming, surely in the next 1-3 years, I hope. Maybe Claus Schaub is the guy in the meantime offering us that solution. I remember Daniel O'Connor saying once that he was not a millenialist.
In Daniel’s recent blog article, he mentions the Coming of the Kingdom, and the Restoration of All Things in Christ. Capitalization is his. He also says that those who live in the Divine Will can count on protection from the chastisements. I’m just mentioning my concerns and where I beg to differ. I do believe that we are facing evildoers trying to bring about the Great Reset. Scripture mentions that the good will suffer with the bad. It rains on the just and the unjust. In fairness to Daniel, he stresses going to Mass frequently, regular Confession, prayer, fasting, the rosary. Staying in the state of grace. Certainly no argument there.

Our Lady at Garabandal did not use the phrase " these Catholic times" And it was 3 more popes...actually 4, but she wasn't counting the very short papacy of John Paul I. Worth reading below... End of Times John XXIII plus 4 more Popes before the end of times … The four Popes after Pope John XXIII [before the end of the times] rather than three… This is rather startling news to those who had read only about “three more Popes…” Actually this was reported in a book in the German Language published in the early 1990’s, but it seems that most followers of the Garabandal drama were not aware of this and apparently are still unaware of this. Conchita said at the time of the death of Pope John XXIII that Our Lady had told her that there would be three more Popes and then would come the end of the times. In response to one of her mother’s questions, Conchita responded that Our Lady had actually said that there would be four more Popes but that She was not counting one of them. When Conchita’s mother heard that she strictly forbade Conchita to repeat that again as her mother feared there would be erroneous interpretations and much gossip. Thanks for the clarification. I was quoting Malachi Martin quoting from Garabandal. He said "these Catholic times" as opposed to the end of times. When I first heard of Garabandal in the early 60's it was quoted as "before time as we know it will come to an end." I am no expert on it. Thats for sure.

I just want to also say that I agree with everything that Desmond Birch has stated but I suppose I would add the caveat that although it seems like we have a long way to go God can change that it an instant if He chooses to do so. So ultimately, I try to not think about the timing of the Second Coming etc but I pray the rosary everyday and try to be the best person that I can be, some days I am more successful than others. + **** On another note, I came across the following video today which I thought was interesting and I want to post it on MOG for discussion purposes. The most interesting part to me is the discussion of Our Lady of Good Success' prophecies and how some of those prophecies may be occurring right now. Personally, I have often thought of the situation with McCarrick and wondered if greed got in the way of handling the situation properly amongst other possible reasons which aren't acceptable either.
