She is driving for Texas from Iowa. For some reason I can't fathom, she's again taken the wrong road (same as six years ago). She calls, absolutely frazzled, swearing up a storm. I gave her concise instructions yesterday...the easiest route with only two major cities to pass through instead of four. She was SO confused that she asked TWICE "Should I take the highway to ____??", which would AGAIN take her in the WRONG direction (she should know this). Please pray she calms down. Son is with her, but he's of limited help to her. Thank you again.
Thank you all, both silent prayers and replies above. They've arrived at their destination, stopped at a convenience store, and found themselves locked out of the vehicle. Fortunately a cousin has arrived to help. Sister is threatening to divorce her husband over his not being at her side during this time (although in fairness to him, she wanted him to stay home due to COVID/Delta spikes; he's unvaccinated). Already with high emotions, as our mother died on the 10th. I've told her not to do anything rash. This is her 3rd marriage.
