How can an MD not hear of ivermectin. Shaking my head.[/QUOTE] Perhaps this was a strategy to avoid talking about it.
Thank you for the much needed prayers. I wouldn't have given Jack the ivermectin and supplements had he not asked on the forum how to get them and had the hospital not refused him any treatment. Clearly, he was going to get the ivermectin anyway, so I felt I could give it to him with a clear conscience. I didn't recommend dosage for that or the other supplements because doing so would have meant that I, a person with no medical training or knowledge, was prescribing. All I did was share some of the supply I had built up for myself as a prophylaxis and early treatment should I fall ill with the virus. I have a lot of respect for doctors. Medical training is no joyride. We complain about doctors in Western countries providing no treatment in the early stages of the virus, leaving patients to fend for themselves until they recover or become so ill they need hospitalisation. We need to remember the litigious culture in the developed world. Individual doctors leave themselves wide open to lawsuits from disgruntled patients or their relatives should a treatment they prescribe not produce the desired effect. How much more vulnerable are those doctors when powerful forces want vaccination to be the only answer to covid? Here is the quercetin I shared with Jack: https://www.sandhuproducts.com/quercetin-vegetarian-capsules-120-ct_2 The label on the bottle says it contains 1ooo mg of quercetin per serving, a serving being two pills. Jack told me that he took one pill, so I suppose he took 500 mg. The I+MASK protocol is 250 mg twice per day. I hope that it is safe for him to take 500 mg. at one time. What do you think? Should I message Jack and suggest that he not take any more of the quercetin? Sorry, AED, my question isn't meant to put you on the spot. I'm really asking everyone what they think. It was easier for me to put it all in a single post. Just to add that Jack gave a very generous donation to Mary's Meals, much more than the IVM cost me, so Jack's illness brought some good to a bunch of needy children in Africa - the kind of children whose mothers would be in the sights of Planned Parenthood and the pharma companies using aborted babies' stem cells if PP establish a strong foothold there.
I hope the news continues to be good. If I remember correctly, Jack is on day 8 or 9 of the illness. Many doctors say that early treatment is crucial. Early treatment to them seems to be within the first five days. We need to keep him in our prayers for another few days.
Here is a very short video of a doctor explaining what quercetin is and does, and which foods we should eat to get it without taking supplements:
Since my husband recovered a year ago from covid, and I attribute that to quercetin. We did know about ivermectin at that time. And zinc, vit c, raw honey, green tea, chicken broth, vit D, Tylenol to break the fever, essential oil diffuser with rosemary and eucalyptus for breathing. He became ill on Sunday night with a dry cough and fever of 104. He was 77 then. Monday a.m. I called our Dr. They took him in, by that time he was very lethargic almost disoriented. I was not allowed to go in the Dr. office with him but sent a note because he was so out of it. I asked for z lac and hydroxichloroquine. They sent him out with a note that said no to hydroxi but gave him a zpac and did a covid test which would take a few days to come back. I was frantic. I got him home, in bed, put a shout out to my friends on FB about his condition. My friend said get quercetin ASAP. I drove straight to the pharmacy, they did not have it but the girl behind the counter thought GNC carried it. I drove over to the Mall, GNC had it. I drove home gave him one. That night he went from fever of 104 to chills and I had to change his sopping wet t shirt three times throughout the night. Another quercetin in the a.m. I was debating calling 911. But his fever came down to 101 that afternoon. The Dr called, she said to let her know if he got worse. By Tuesday night after another quercetin his fever broke. By Wed. fever was gone. I started him on Gatorade for electrolytes with the other things. He was so sleepy. By Friday he was perking up and walked out to the mailbox. On Monday he was out mowing the lawn. We went down to one quercetin a day since then, both of us. Our blood work is great, liver, kidneys, etc. no problems. He is 78 now, I am 72. His test came back inconclusive but the Dr. said probable covid. I attribute the quercetin as the big factor that brought him out of it. I think with the new stronger strains a combo of quercetin and ivermectin would be good. But I am no Dr., I just know what worked for us, and we didn't wait a week to get meds. In him. Thank God.
Your husband is very fortunate that you were advocating for him and caring for him. Many people aren't so fortunate. What strength quercetin did you give your husband, and what strength is the one per day you are taking now? My concern should I get covid is what combination of medicines to take, and what strength. All the doctors recommend High dosesmof vitamin D3 but they don't all recommend the same amount. As far as I can tell, none of the doctors promoting Ivermectin claim that it alone cures covid. I think that's one of the problems people like Dr. Kory have with the latest trials - that they are testing IVM alone rather than the combination of medicines Dr. Kory and others use with IVM to treat covid. The I+Mask protocol includes fluvoxamine. Dr. Demello strongly supports quercetin with IVM. Dr. demello also talks about using plavix. He is adamant that covid is a clotting disease, and plavix is a blood thinner. I think that it would be very dangerous for lay people like us to self-medicate with drugs like fluvoxamine or plavix even if we could get them. With fluvoxamine and plavix ruled out, it would be helpful to know what would be a reasonably safe and fairly easily available treatment to use instead of fluvoxamine or plavix. Could hydroxichloroquin be the solution - a combination of hydroxi and IVM along with the vitamin d, quercetin, zinc, et? If so, Don's recipe for home made hydroxy could be the answer.
We have 250 mg quercetin. And take it daily. My friend recommended the Toniiq brand from Amazon, it's a better quality/purity than GNC. But that worked when we needed it. Every person is different so I don't know if one size fits all. I would be careful with blood thinners but I know garlic is a natural blood thinner. Aspirin, too. If you needed that. I think the combo of ivermectin and quercetin is good especially for older folks. This week a gal was on the local FB sharing she took her husband to the hospital with breathing issues. They are younger folks. The hospital did not give him any tests, just sent him home with steroids and said covid sucks, deal with it. I told her about quercetin and she ran out and got it. 24 hours later he was vastly improved. So that tells me it is a powerful antidote. Why our medical people are not promoting this is beyond my comprehension, especially when it is so cheap and can't hurt you.
Lads there is a narrative and a protocol and it will not he diverted from. My dad is literally struggling for his life in craigavon hospital in Ireland as we speak. Dont get me wrong the ICU team are amazing the job they have is truly horrid. We got in to see my dad yesterday. Myself and my brother seen clearly the madness of a covid ward. In spite of all this, my dad on mechanical ventilation and all that horror the facts are the facts. This is a horrid virus that literally destroys the lungs of those most susceptible to it. My dad was in my house prior to being hit hard. I got the virus from him. I was hit relatively hard I suppose, out for 12 days but no respiratory issues just mad fatigue etc. My wife and 3 kids who were also with my dad prior to getting really bad were absolutely unaffected. some people get destroyed other walk clean away. The culprits who created it the yanks and the chinese have a lot to answer for but it wont be this side of the veil. Say a prayer for my father day 18 on mechanical ventilation
Thank you, Katfalls, for these very helpful replies. The I+MASK protocol includes aspirin, so that puts my mind at rest. I think that Dr. Kory said the reason they use fluvoxamine is for its anti-inflammatory effect. It all seems to be a question of getting the right balance. That's where medical training comes in. You hit the right balance for your husband but, as you say, one size doesn't fit all. I'm trying to figure out the right fit should I need it. I did a bit of searching to find out how much of the home made hydroxychloroquin to take. It looks like a couple of teaspoons or a tablespoon is what people take.
I’ll look, but I think turmeric supplies thins the blood. I take it daily for inflammation. Would help against blood clots I presume…
