Hungary is the only country in the World to have Crowned Our Lady as its actual Queen. Bless, them, bless them..bless them...
Maybe we should all emigrate to Hungary. I have admired their courage and conviction for quite awhile now. It is so obvious Our Lady is blessing their absolute devotion to her.

It's strange how some parts of the world are hold out's against Satan's Plans and others are not. Maybe folks who have actually experienced Communist Rule do not want to go back to it? But these are a Fighting People who have had to fight for theirs Freedoms down the centuries with sword in hand and do not want to give these up. When Cardinal Mindzenty was holed up in a Communist Prison I believe Padre Pio visited him by bilocation on several occasions...
I'm reading a book called "We Built Reality" by Jason Blakely and it talks a bit about how some models in the social sciences end up impacting morality and politics. For example, economists developed a lot of "consumer" models where the rational choice is always to maximize one's self-interest. He touches on how this has impacted everything from divorce to business to politics. But interestingly enough, in the political arena, based on these models, the politician's main motivating interest is to seek election or maximize time in office (as opposed to improving society or governing effectively.) Blakely argues that one of the unintended consequences of this is that some people fail to see the difference in democratic societies versus dictatorships because both types of politicians seek to maximize their time in office. It's an interesting hypothesis and a fascinating book. I do agree that we rarely hear topics around morality in most of our public discourse. It's primarily the economic impact. Even in The Economist, there's a huge push to legalize prostitution in New York because of GDP benefits.
