I thought that too but I keep listening and boosted the volume and still hear his. Especially in context with what else he is saying. Global military and sort of downplays global leaders individually. I dunno maybe you are right.
He said "at its dispoasl". He seems to be proposing some international agency working in conjunction with the private sector to manage climate change. He probably means the UN and Bill Gates types. Hope the military style precision doesn't mean that the agency will have an international military force at its disposal.
That little speech may have triggered a world war with Russia defending their oil pipes. Malachi Martin was right. Ukraine is THE piece of the puzzle.

In a way I pity him. He's spent his entire life aiming towards one goal, becoming king, and now you have SOOO many loyal subjects who are desperately hoping and praying that he doesn't become the king. I have to wonder if Her Majesty is just holding on as long as possible to make sure he dies before she does. Then again, if that trial-that-shall-not-be-named in New York goes south and she starts spilling evidence that Prince Charles availed himself of her services, perhaps he might be forced to renounce his claim to the throne.

They keep talking about nut jobs and conspiracy theories but when I listen to people like Prince Charlie I find it so easy to believe in New World Order and a Luciferian Elite. I seem to remember his father, the Duke of Edinburgh at a conference in Texas, a few years back, suggesting that a virus to wipe out most of the population of thew world would be a good thing. He had to apologise later and said he had been misunderstood. I notice on the internet a lot of things that I recall simply vanish into space. There no longer seems to be any records of this, but I recall it quite well. Prince Charlie is of course talking about The Great Reset here. They are all at it. The British Royal Family are of course the most famous and hard dyed Masons in the World, saving of course Our Very Own Holy Father of course, who appears to be up to his neck in this stuff too.
I wish I could find on utube an interview I first saw many years ago with a gentleman who later died of cancer. He said he was approached by one the Rockefellers to join the Illuminati.
