No. He definitely said "its disposal". Slow down the playback speed to 0.75 or 0.5 and you'll hear it more clearly. Two minutes listening to him passes my tolerance level. Did he say anything worth listening to in the rest of the speech?

A lot of this reminds me of an exact rerun of the descriptions of the Anti Christ in Scripture, that no one can buy or sell except he has the Mark of The Beast. The Bible itself is of course full of Conspiracy Theories which happen to be true. For instance that the Jewish Religious Leaders conspired with Rome to murder Jesus. That those same Leaders paid of the Roman Soldiers who guarded the Tomb of Jesus to turn a blind eyes while Christians stole the body... that King Herod engaged in mass infanticide to kill the baby Jesus.. The fact that something is a Conspiracy theory does not mean it is not true..as the Bible itself proves...
I suspect a lot of these Elites are mind kidnapped in schools and Colleges when they are young, sometimes when they are very,very young. You can see this at Ivy League Colleges but I strongly suspect this also goes on in Elite Schools as well. They are recruited and then belong heart and soul to these awful people...
