Wonderful people. But how to they stand the cold?

    They look so happy!

    Prayers.

I followed this all day yesterday. It’s unbelievable. Please pray for these freedom truckers. They represent freedom lovers globally!
Watch how beautifully they prayed in front of the police and for the police! God be with them!

I want to hear him say that it is morally wrong to mandate a vaccine into their body. This is a global event and our freedoms are being threatened. It’s time for good men to speak out against such blatant evil.

Ah yes, St. Therese, may you and Joan of Arc lead this charge of prayer warriors in Canada. May their just stand inspire us in the USA to stand firm against injustice. May the wisdom and Mercy of God prevail in North America. It is time only to move forward in confidence. Never retreat!

Lord Jesus Christ, help us to look only to You and trust in Your Mercy!

I don't why Terry but it is the slander that annoys me most. I hate hearing bad things said about good people.

Of course the called St Joan a witch and of Jesus they had a whole huge list of bad things to say.

But these are ordinary hard working Canadians, it is annoying.

Slander is a terrible thing, it's a form of verbal violence.

Of course, Padraig, it is the politicians who are are claiming untruths. I saw a clip where the truckers negotiated with the police, but when that officer brought the requests to the politician in charge, it was flat-out rejected. But the freedom-loving protestors are still holding their ground.
The slander against the truckers, and the plant of a Confederate flag (for what Canadian would even care to use a symbol that had no bearing on their own country?) speaks volumes. Yes, this is a key moment in the whole of Western Civilization. For if the annihilation of Canadian freedoms (by despotic governmental elites and a complicit media) prevails in the face of this huge, peaceful outcry of Canadians, what does this portend for Western Civilization as a whole? We stand on a precipice.

    Lord have mercy!

The police moved in and took all their fuel and supplies. They did NOT respond violently but they did record all of it on video. The mayor declared a public emergency and said they were dangerous. It looks like they are trying to provoke a violent response. And is the msm telling the truth.....highly doubt it.

I was hoping so badly that the police would see how wrong they were when the truckers were so kind and praying, pleading with them. If one had crossed the line I think others might have too. It must be hard on the conscience to take a knee for that corrupt government. I think a lot of the police didn’t want to do it…I wish they would have sided with the truckers. If they did, the government would have to send in the military. They didn’t want those optics, but they’d have if the police crossed the line and stood with the truckers. The police are on the wrong side of global history.
    Very sad….

My exact sentiments. This is bigger than most ppl realize…but unless you’re on alternative media, you really don’t know what’s going on. The new media platform Gab has it all. No censoring there. It’s a great alternative to Facebook. Mostly conservatives and you get uncensored news of all kinds. It’s growing fast. You’ll recognize a lot of your usual media personalities on Gab. Admittedly, I’ve been spending a lot of time on it because of this trucker convoy.

I'm often thinking of a friend who relocated to Canada (Ontario) in 2009. She was happy until "Justin Trudeau." I wrote her a year ago ... no reply. Can only imagine how frightened she is.

I've been in contact with my friend from seminary, who is in Canada. Their mainstream broadcaster, CBC, is very biased against the truckers - much like the UK has the biased BBC. On a sidenote, he and his entire family have been denied admission to Mass by their Bishop because they're not vaccinated. It makes my blood boil, as my buddy and his family are lovely, devout people. This is what many Canadians have had to tolerate the past two years. The ordinary, working classes of Canada are fed up with the Trudeau regime and this is them digging their heels in to get rid of him. We should all pray for Canada and the truckers. My prayer is that it inspires other people around the world to stand up to this totalitarian grab for control.

I agree. I think slander is worse than violence. Violence is obviously wrong, it makes the person on the receiving end attract the sympathies of the masses.
In contrast, the wrongfulness of slander is not obvious to the mislead. That is why slander is so dangerous, so sick, so evil. Slander is evil.
We are living in times where slander is used as a weapon against good-hearted people. This makes me sick, I feel the same way as you do.
May our Heavenly Mother rectify this, soon. God bless!

Pierre Poilievre. Finding a true pro-life PM candidate is rare and Pierre isn't one. But, he does stand for freedom, small government etc.
