A photo I snapped From The Passion of the Christ Since my early childhood I have loved looking at clouds and trying to see "things" in them. Occasionally you look up, and without trying to see anything...The image just hits you. This cloud hit me that way. The center vertical dark-ish cloud (see post above also). It was a reminder of what really matters. It was a precious gift. Was it my imagination? If so, I am grateful for the gift of my imagination. If not, I am even more grateful. The Cloud of Unknowing.

yes, same here. But it will be sold to people as a good thing with so many advantages for us all because you know that's why science is spending gazillions on research, because they love us and want to make our lives so much better. If all the promises of the past 40 years of advancing tech had truly come to pass I would not have to work at all but would have tons of free time. After all every tech advance has been sold to us as a time-saver - when in fact, it has done the total opposite. It is so tragic how stupid people in the west have become. I know this sounds harsh, but I say it even for myself when looking back on the years when I was asleep. We believe we are very advanced, but in fact we are probably the dumbest generation in the history of humanity to have every walked the earth. Lord have Mercy on us all!
Meh. I'm not too worried about it. This has been in the works since the 1950's, when it was called "telepresence". It was considered as a way for cabinet meetings to take place after a nuclear attack, rather than have everyone chatter away on an open channel. I'm not worried because you need to be wearing special "eyeglasses" to get the 3-D effect.
