I wonder what would happen if I was an honest, decent, God Fearing journalist and I went into my Editor or Producer and simply said, 'There appears to be a lots of deaths amongst the young and athletes , is there any chance of me looking into it? Maybe doing a piece on it?' I wonder what answer I would get? The First thought in the Editors mind would be. 'Hot potato'. The Second thought would be. 'Can I risk it?' The Third though would be. 'Naw, too risky'. People nowadays are scardy cats.
It is so depressing. When I go to the Novus Ordo Mass every morning everyone nearly is wearing a mask. I just think , when will this all stop? The new Parish Priest and his assistant passed me bye this morning outside Church both wearing masks. I mean no one wears masks in public now out on the street. No one. Yet here were these two priests masked to the hilt. Yet at the Old Mass Services no one wears a mask and there is no mass die off. Right through the Locks downs. No masks. No one dying. When oh when will these people stop with their masks? Will they be the last people on Planet Earth to stop wearing masks?
I mean I go on Public transport..often crowded, not a single person with a mask. No police wear masks, no fireman, no one in shops or supermarkets; not in eating places or bars. Not at mass concerts or theaters or cinemas ; no one ever. At a football field with tens of thousands; not a single mask to be seen anywhere. Yet how come when I go into a Novus Order Mass they are masked up like a team of Surgeons ready to perform an Operation? Why is this? It's driving me crazy.
At my art group today we were talking about all the deaths last week in our county. So many the funeral homes and hospitals can’t handle all of them. One person said at their lake ambulance sirens have been coming and going all day long. Dropping like flies. No one is talking about the cause but we knew this was coming.
North east Indiana. Nothing on the news about it either. Just what our local community is noticing. Also funerals are getting obsolete they are being cremated or not having funerals. A good friend of mine just died and there was no funeral. Unbelievable.
I'm sorry about the loss of your friend. We see here that a good number of deceased are not having funerals, as well.
How sad. We had this happen in our family a few months back when a relative passed. She was cremated and had no funeral, my mother was devastated. It just seems so very cold, and unnatural when family and friends cannot come together to mourn their loss.
It's just there seems to be no end to masks in Church. It seems to have turned into some kind of Modern Catholic Tradition. Maybe they will come to expect us to wear masks like the Muslims do, if we expect to get into heaven. It was a really warm beautiful summer's day yesterday and I saw a poor woman with her husband and child and she was sitting wearing the most immense black burka were only her little eyes peeked out. Her husband on the other hand was wearing only a t shirt and jogging bottoms. The poor woman. I try to offer the masks up; also the talking in Church; but my teeth sometimes grind. At least no one glares at me or makes comments about not wearing masks. That is something. But there is this feeling that good Catholics wear masks and bad Catholics don't.

This is so sad. I will get my second shot in a few weeks. I was pressured into it and have been very cautious about which one and when. My husband will getting his 5th shot (3rd booster) soon and he's thrilled. I just don't get it.
