Please pray for clear guidance for my husband as he decides whether to take an entirely new job that pays better than where he's been at the last 13 years and has a much more positive work environment...but has 12 hour work days with a schedule that's a bit unique and will take some adjustment. Change is hard. He's hoping for peace and some clearer guidance on whether God thinks this is a good thing for our family.

Yes, adjustments are always difficult. My daughter's maternity leave just ended for number 2; she was able to find an RN position, just 2 shifts a week, and her hubby works out of the home. It is tough these days to be open to more children. It's a juggling act but God will always provide! Safe Under Mary's Mantle!
Can I ask for prayers as well? I know I'm high jacking this thread. But it involves jobs as well. They are restructuring pay at my husband's work in an unfavorable way. They haven't spoken to him yet so there is still hope. Also my work has been ringing me out lately. I have an opportunity to switch jobs but I'm not sure it is God's will. The impetus was when they took away my weekends off, but of course they did not relieve me of any of the extra responsibilities I acquired when I was initially given the Monday through Friday position. So anyway, please pray for us. Thank you.
