Sorry. I just got home from the hospital. He did well during the surgery, but he is in a frightful amount of pain. And the incision reaches from one side of his body all the way to the other and then down the side a little. It's over a foot long. The surgeon is 99% sure it is cancer. He also wants to remove the tumor on the other kidney within months. The tumor they removed was as large as a football or small melon (17x14x15 cm approximately). The other tumor is 4x5x4 cm which is large enough that when found at that size, it is removed. I feel so helpless. If everyone could please pray for his pain relief. It's all so overwhelming at present. Thank you.
