I have learned that, in Canada under the MAID legislation, the drugs used for euthanasia are given in two parts: the first drug paralyzes (but one's mind is still active), the second causes the lungs to fill with water. It takes at least 15 minutes to die. If that was not designed in hell, I am not sure what is. And I HIGHLY doubt that people who seek this are fully informed of the horrible experience they are requesting, supposedly for "compassion's" sake.

 

Lord have mercy on those who choose this. Pure evil.

Personally if there were no God I could not see the point of living. So I can see why people kill themselves. Another wonderful thing about Faith is that it gives suffering meaning. Well it gives everything meaning. We are carried on angels wings. Blown on winds of joy. For instance when I hear a bird sing or see something beautiful I think of the great architect and artist, God.

Suicide or euthanasia means the exact reverse. It is the denial of meaning. The death of hope. The desert of joy.

 

I watched it and it is a horror story.

Professor Jordan Petersen is so interesting because although he is not a believer he always says the right things. He never seems to come down on the wrong side of the fence. Prayers for him today, I hope and pray he is given the great gift of Faith. He seems to be a lot happier and healthier at the moment. For a while there I though the poor man was loosing it.

 

One thing about being young is that when you are going through a bad period of darkness you think it will last forever. When you are older you get a sense of perspective about things and understand that everything is passing. The trouble with euthanasia is that a young person going through a bad patch might kill themselves not understanding it will pass As such things do.

 

Lso we are none of us an island. If we decide to kill ourselves we effect everyone around us especially those who love us. Our parents, our spouse, our brothers and sisters , our children, our friends. We hurt them . This then is an act of profound selfishness.

There was a case here a few years back of a young man who killed himself. The next week his mother was found dead on his grave having killed herself as well. One suicide can lead to a whole string of other suicides in families.

Like I say it is the ultimate act of selfishness.

 

Right, there was a study many years ago that if a newspaper publishes a person's suicide, there would be a corresponding uptick in suicides in the succeeding weeks.

When you turn the culture of life into the culture of death, which is what society becomes with abortion, that border moves further and further, and then others take their turn. Euthanasia will follow (perhaps first for the sick), then it will follow for those who are less sick, then it will follow for those who are different, then it will follow for those who do not agree with certain ideology, then it will follow for all those who do not fit into society.

Maybe this and that person will be a burden to some family, just as that child is a burden if it is born and disrupts the plans...Perhaps the people who themselves deprived the youngest unborn of their lives will in their old age wait to be deprived of their lives against their own will, but again without any influence to decide about it because they depend on others. In a society where life has no price, perhaps there is no price for those who cannot defend themselves, such as unborn children, the elderly and the sick, but everyone else will soon have their turn. Life either applies to everyone or it doesn't apply to anyone, because when the human concept of freedom becomes the attitude that freedom is to do whatever I want without any limits or laws because the result is my pleasure, then the consequences of such thinking quickly come, which are usually of the opposite sign. from comfort.

I expect in the not so distant time that believers in the hedonistic-materialistic world will be declared mentally ill because of moral and religious attitudes that conflict with sodomy and perverse state laws. Imagine that someone puts you in a "madhouse" and that you are as dangerous as a rabid animal and should be euthanized because you believe that marriage is the union of a man and a woman, that there are only two sexes and that only women can give birth to children.

And not only will they succeed in such plans at this rate, but he will convince the crowd to shout like Jesus "crucify him, crucify him". Only this time it will be euthanize him...

I see in port authority Prince the capitol of Haiti wild dogs and other animals are eating the bodies of the dead because it is far too dangerous for relatives to claim them. There is a podcast series on BBC radio called Uncanny which focuses on supernatural events in the USA (series 4).In one episode it focuses on a southern African American family who were devout Baptists. An aunt however became a Voodoo witch in New Orleans and was drowned in her wheelchair in her home during the flooding.

Her family retrieved a lot of her belongings including her Ouija board and two of the boys played with it. They asked the dead aunt to teach them how to use it whereupon the power went out at once and the house was shaken by a huge banging at ten front door.

The voodoo aunt seems to have come back from he'll in a very bad mood.

 

This torture can only be explained by wilful, gleeful, demonic sadism. A veterinarian has long had the ability to euthanise a dog with one intravenous injection, which is instant and completely painless. It is simply the administration of an overdose of a general anaesthetic, which causes immediate loss of consciousness, quickly followed by total depression of brain activity. Knowing all of this, obviously, the medical professionals responsible for this torturous execution choose a method guaranteed to cause a slow and agonising death, with the victim unable to communicate the horror. At least those executed by the fatal IRON MAIDEN method were able to scream their agony, unlike the victims of the strangely reminiscent MAID.

 

Diabolical disorientation. It is hard to see all of this. I do not wonder that many (most) shutter their eyes, and refuse to see, or hear or speak of the tsunami that’s upon us. Lord, please have mercy.

This is horrifying. To cause deliberate agony. It is a modern twist on medieval torture.
