I am no fan of the Vatican's synodal agenda, but I will point out that the Vatican hasn't directly stated a position of endorsing female deacons. Rather, they probably will extend the synodal process into 2025 to kick the can further down the road. The clip explains it in some detail.
I think they will possibly use the Jubilee as an ecumenical platform to kickstart reforms that change the structures that still distinguish us from some Protestant denominations.
