Sorry Mario, late as usual, praying now for peaceful and happy death into the arms of Jesus and Mary. I'll remember you and Tim at Mass this morning
I remembered Tim and family at Mass and rosary this morning. There is always a bit of Heaven that reaches down to console the grieving hearts.
Praying that Tim has an inner encounter with God, within his heart, regardless of the absence of his physical strength.
Thank you all for your thoughtful intercessions. It's been decided to let Tim remain in the hospital for this final stage instead of sending him back to the nursing home. He is still hanging in there. Dear Heavenly Queen, wrap Tim in your Mantle of Maternal love!
Tim passed away just 10 minutes ago. He has been incoherent since the day I visited earlier this week and his breathing only became labored the last couple of minutes. His son, Conor was kind enough to let me know immediately. Only the Lord dictates one's final destiny. He is perfect mercy and justice. Even Jesus prayed, "Abba, Father, let this cup pass me by, but let it be as You will, not I." I remain grateful for all your prayers! Tim was well loved; please pray that his death cause his friends to contemplate the Last things!
I am sorry for your family’s loss. Will say prayers for him now and he will be in my intention at Mass tomorrow. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May choirs of angels meet him and bring him to paradise. May he rest in peace.
We have sent up many prayers for Tim. May his soul rest in eternal peace. May the Holy Spirit console his family.
Praying, May the soul of Tim be granted the eternal rest in the Lord and for the comforting peace to your family Mario.
God is Mercy. While you are grieving the loss of your brother, remember that you have been given a powerful ministry when you surrendered your life to serve others. Your brother and his family will benefit from your sacrifice because you love them and will never forget them. St. Stephen’s prayer for Deacons Come to my assistance my Lord and my God, that I may do for You all that you ask. Strengthen me in adversity and do not let me succumb to my feelings of worthlessness. Help me to feel in my heart all that You speak to me, and help me to understand. May I be to others what they need: a body to work when others cannot; a heart to love those who are forgotten; a shoulder to console those whose soul is in need; a smile to brighten the most somber of Your children; a mouth to proclaim Your love. Let me be to You, as a brush is to a painter, worthless without You, but capable of transforming the human heart by the power of Your mercy. Send me, my Lord if you need me, to touch others as You would touch them, to hold them as You would, to love them as only You can. Make my heart like Yours, that I may forgive everything and love beyond my own human frailty. Come live within me, that I may die to myself so You may fill my very being. Let me serve others as You would serve them, that in doing so I may serve You. Do not let me fail, oh Lord, or lead Your people astray. Allow me to live in Your presence today, that tomorrow I may die in Your hands and may You raise me one day that I may touch your face and live in Your glory
