Yes, my oldest brother was an infant during hurricane Hazel up here in Ontario, Canada. It reached way up here and it was awful. I've searched photos of it in the history pages.

All of these patents are not scalable to the point to control/generate storms, let alone hurricanes. The last patent supposedly uses soundwaves, which no one has spoken about either hearing or sensing. Many times when people make a patent, it's for some kind of discovery. Often times they have no practical use. By all means, keep believing in weather modification conspiracies, but at least investigate these things. Posting a list of patents isn't proof of anything, half of them aren't even weather related. As I posted before, in order to move a hurricane a massive amount of energy is needed. It won't happen by throwing a few chemicals in the air or putting a bit of electrical charge in it. Here is an example. This guy made an ionic tornado generator, which sounds impressive. Until you actually see it. There is no practical way to scale it, and it only works in a very controlled environment.
You are bang on, absolutely correct. Our collective sins piled up in the spiritual world and are now manifesting their fruit. This is the big thing that hardly anyone talks about. We live in a world where we believe in direct material cause and effect. But we don't see how things first move into the spiritual world and then manifest in the material world. Sins & Merits aren't equated into the direct material cause and effect. When looking at the book of Job we can see how quickly the spiritual can manifest in the material as well. It is important to understand this too IMO, because until then we look for all sorts of alternative explanations.
I watched the video, there are some spurious claims within it mixed in with some truths. Cloud seeding works on the principle that ice forms on tiny particles. Just like how every snowflake has at it's center a particle that water molecules could adhere to. So it works like a catalyst, all the other factors for this to work have to already be in place. Things like moisture in the air, temperature, correct pressures, etc. As well, the cloud seeds have to be applied correctly in order for them to work. Often they do not work as intended. For example if the pressure is too high, it wont work. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_seeding A huge part of the reason so much water was dumped by Helene into the Mountains of NC is because as the hurricane moved inland, the pressures dropped as it went over the appalachian mountains. This is a common phenomena. It is why India is so fertile, because of the Himalayas. The same with Oregon, Washington and British Colombia with the Rockies. This doesn't mean there aren't people trying to take advantage of the situation, as this appears to be the case. FEMA thought they could continue the grift and are now trying to cover it up. Meanwhile, it appears that the military does have incentive to take advantage of this situation as well. No questions here. Also, the anomalies in the video of the weather aren't proof of anything. If it were possible to create and direct weather systems using dry ice, I guarantee you that every nation on the planet would be using it to their advantage. Having read about the effectiveness and applications of cloud seeding on the Wikipedia page, it becomes clear that it is a tool with extreme limitations. The weather has been changing over the last few decades, so we are seeing more extremes. Many farmers report that they often get something like 12 inches of rain a year, but they get it all in one or two storms which have a duration of a couple hours.
Voice of reason in this post. The weather is changing, yes, but the idea that HARRP is capable of causing such disasters as Hurricane Helene is not logical. It’s a distracting theory. We are in the period of chastisement foretold: Luke 21:25. (In my not so humble opinion…)
I have studied so many apparitions over the years and many times it is mentioned that God will send many disasters but some will be mad made and not sent from God.
This is exactly why I am pushing back on this theory, because in this case it is a distraction. This is true, but which disasters are man made. Oftentimes, we can create disasters out of sheer ignorance. Things like famines would be an example due to poor management of resources, monocrops and such. One pest, mold, or whatever and the entire crop is done because the soil health is so bad plants die in it. Another would be flooding due to manmade soil erosion. I saw a farmer who uses "no till / cover crops" explain how his soil can now handle absorbing 20 inches of rain water in an hour. He never has to use irrigation because his soil retains enough water. Whereas all these farmers who till the soil, and now have hard pan soil, have 97% runoff, which goes downstream and causes massive amounts of damage.
