It seems to be as many of us thought that the final goal of these people is to end the Mass and the Eucharist.

The only thing that surprises me is that they are moving so very, very fast. Pope Leo is still very young, they have decades to do as they wish. Yet they seem to be in this huge, huge hurry as though they knew they have a very, very short time.

    Maybe they do.

St John Bosco"s two pillars---the Holy Eucharist and the Blessed Sacrament. Our Lady told Mother Maria de Jesus in Quito Ecuador that when all seemed lost she would come and restore everything.

There is a really, really excellent English priest called Father James Mawdsley who is speaking out at the minute. I don't know how he gets away with it but I have rarely heard a priest speak out so directly. Bless him.

PNF, when referencing Simone’s thoughts in the other thread. Could it possibly be instead of Pope Benedict, it is a successor of his choosing? I am not sure how much of what Simone is suggesting you are following. But it is all very interesting to me.

I was listening the last few days about the life of Saint Margaret Clitheroe , the Pearl of York who was crushed to death for harbouring Catholic Priests. So very, very brave. Would I have the same courage.

Honestly, no, not of myself , Our Lady would have to pick me up and carry me. But I trust she will when the time comes. May God bless all the good priests, Bishops and Cardinals who are speaking out.

So few but each of them worth ten thousand cowards.

Yes. He's being side lined but he is fearless. He has an interesting history. He was imprisoned for his faith in Myanmar I think for quite awhile. He has walked the walk.

The relentless courage of Margaret: knock her down, she'd get back up. Given short prison terms as warnings, she would be released and return to faithful adherence to the True Church, to the sheltering of priests who celebrated forbidden Masses in her family home.. If she'd only compromise, her children wouldn't have been forced to attend her rigged trial, but she stands firm. Her daughter witnesses such faithfulness and journeys to the continent to become a nun. Her valiant faith earns her the privilege of not being beheaded, but rather, of being crushed under heavy stone weights with a pointed rock jabbing into her back. :barefoot::eek::sick::cry:

If she had only compromised just a little...

Hi Ang, no the Pope in hiding who will soon reveal himself is Pope Benedict XVI. I know it is hard to believe.

Pius X said the Pope of his vision will be "of the same name." Pius X's name was Giuseppe Sarto (Giuseppe = Joseph). St. Pius X sees the Pope "fleeing over dead bodies," while Don Bosco says this Pope led a procession that "reached a small square littered with dead and wounded, many of whom cried for help." Pius X said the Pope would "take refuge in some hiding place," while Jeremiah says "he will come forth from prison." Don Bosco says the Pope will be vested "with all his former garments," while Jeremiah says he "changed his prison garments. Pius X places the events in the "last days of the world," Don Bosco says the events right before "the end of time."

Now, this fictional Pope suggested in the other thread, would have to have the same name of Pius X. He would have to be in Rome. He would have to be in hiding or a type of prison. He will have to be very old. He will have to also be recognized as the former Pope by the faithful. This last requirement is the key.

A secret Pope appointed by Benedict would not be recognized by the faithful as the Pope and Our Lady would not "vest the Venerable Old Man with all his former garments." A new, hidden Pope would never have worn those garments before. So they would not be his "former garments." Therefore, it can only be a person who was a Pope in the recent past. That is Pope Benedict XVI.

I provide the prophetic texts below.

Pope Saint Pius X: “I have seen one of my successors, of the same name, who was fleeing over the bodies of his brethren. He will take refuge in some hiding place; but after a brief respite, he will die a cruel death. Respect for God has disappeared from human hearts. They wish to efface even God’s memory. This perversity is nothing less than the beginning of the last days of the world.

In Jeremiah, king Joachin was sent into exile in Babylon and held in prison. Here is what the text says about him in the very last verse of chapter 52:

31 And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of Joachin king of Juda, in the twelfth month, the five and twentieth day of the month, that Evilmerodach king of Babylon, in the first year of his reign, lifted up the head of Joachin king of Juda, and brought him forth out of prison. 32 And he spoke kindly to him, and he set his throne above the thrones of the kings that were with him in Babylon. 33 And he changed his prison garments, and he ate bread before him always all the days of his life. 34 And for his diet a continual provision was allowed him by the king of Babylon, every day a portion, until the day of his death, all the days of his life.
This is a prophetic book of the Bible pre-figuring the end times, not merely a history book. Joachin was the last legitimate king of Juda. Benedict XVI was the last legitimate Pope. Juda is location of the temple in Jerusalem. The Church is the location of the temples of the New Jerusalem.

Now look at what St. John Bosco says,

    PROPHECY 1:

"War will come from the south, peace from the north.
    ...
"But behold, a great warrior from the north appears, a banner in his right hand, his arm bearing this inscription: 'Irresistible is the hand of the Lord.' At that moment the Venerable Old Man of Rome went forward to meet him, wielding a flaming torch. The banner then grew larger and its blackness became white as snow; in its center stood out the name of the Almighty in golden letters.

"The warrior and his followers bowed profoundly to the Venerable Old Man and joined hands with him.

"Now the voice of Heaven is addressed to the Shepherd of Shepherds. You are in solemn conference with your co-workers, but the enemy of good never stands idle. He cunningly plots and sets all his wiles against you. He will sow discord among your helpers and will rear enemies among My sons. The powers of the world shall vomit fire. They would love to smother My words in the throats of the guardians of My law, but they shall not succeed. They shall do much harm, but only to themselves. Hurry! If knots cannot be untied, sever them. Do not halt in the face of difficulties, but go forth until the hydra of error has been beheaded. At this blow earth and hell shall tremble, but the world will be saved and the faithful shall exult. Gather around you only two co-workers, yet wherever you go, carry on the task entrusted to you and bring it to completion. Days go by swiftly and your years are reaching their appointed number, but the great Queen shall always assist you, and, as in the past, She shall always be magnum et singulare in Ecclesia praesidium.
    ...
"These things shall inexorably come to pass, all in succession.

"Things follow too slowly upon each other, but the great Queen of Heaven is at hand; the Lord's power is Hers. Like mist, She shall scatter Her enemies. She shall vest the Venerable Old Man with all his former garments.

"There shall yet come a violent hurricane. Iniquity is at an end, sin shall cease, and before two full moons shall have shone in the month of flowers, the rainbow of peace shall appear on the earth.

"The great Minister shall see the Bride of his King clothed in glory.

"Throughout the world a sun so bright shall shine as was never seen since the flames of the Cenacle until today, nor shall it be seen again until the end of time."

    PROPHECY 2:

“It was a dark night, and men could no longer find their way back to their own countries. Suddenly a most brilliant light shone in the sky, illuminating their way as at high noon. At that moment from the Vatican came forth, as in procession, a multitude of men and women, young children, monks, nuns, and priests, and at their head was the Pope.

“But a furious storm broke out, somewhat dimming that light, as if light and darkness were locked in battle. Meanwhile the long procession reached a small square littered with dead and wounded, many of whom cried for help.

“The ranks of the procession thinned considerably. After a two-hundred day march, all realized that they were no longer in Rome. In dismay they swarmed about the Pontiff to protect him and minister to him in his needs.

“At that moment two angels appeared, bearing a banner which they presented to the Supreme Pontiff, saying: "Take the banner of Her who battles and routs the most powerful armies on earth. Your enemies have vanished: with tears and sighs your children plead for your return."

“One side of the banner bore the inscription: Regina sine labe concepta, and the other side read: Auxilium Christianorum.

The Pontiff accepted the banner gladly, but he became distressed to see how few were his followers.

“But the two angels went on: "Go now, comfort your children. Write to your brothers scattered throughout the world that men must reform their lives. This cannot be achieved unless the bread of the Divine Word is broken among the peoples. Teach children their catechism and preach detachment from earthly things. The time has come," the two angels concluded, "when the poor will evangelize the world. Priests shall be sought among those who wield the hoe, the spade, and the hammer, as David prophesied: 'God lifted the poor man from the fields to place him on the throne of His people.'"

“On hearing this, the Pontiff moved on, and the ranks began to swell. Upon reaching the Holy City, the Pontiff wept at the sight of its desolate citizens, for many of them were no longer there. He then entered St. Peter's and intoned the Te Deum, to which a chorus of angels responded, singing: Gloria in excelsis Deo et in terra pax hominibus bonae voluntatis. When the song was over, all darkness vanished and a blazing sun shone. The population had declined greatly in the cities and in the countryside; the land was mangled as if by a hurricane and hailstorm, and people sought each other, deeply moved, and saying: Est Deus in Israel.

“From the start of the exile until the intoning of the Te Deum, the sun rose 200 times. All the events described covered a period of 400 days.

The thing about Margaret is she said, 'I will not say and Amen to your prayers nor you to mine'. She died for believing this. But we are so casual nowadays for falling over ourselves to say Amen to other folks religions. Not only Protestants but any religion.

That may be our problem if it came to dying for what we believe in. Not that we are so much afraid of dying itself but having nothing we believe in enough to die for. Now that really is scary.

One thing I notice about Margaret her priest said was that she in a sense died before she died in that she had died to herself. She lived a very, very penitential and prayerful life and so was ready to really die when the time came round.

She also lived in a time of great confusion and Apostasy , just like our own. But she clung to the truth like crazy. More than that she knew the truth. She overcame the confusion. She believed in the truth enough to die for it.

What a wonderful example for ourselves.

Sadistic satanists. And beneath it all a luciferian hatred of feminine purity, which probably is what really underlies the Protestant hatred of Our Lady. Another example of all heresy coming from beneath the waist. As was the case of the despicable Henry VIII.

Interesting pattern that all heresy begins below the waste. Especially since a lot of paganism is focused on worshiping what is below the waste. Which is clearly disordered in its nature, even possibly entirely inverted. A giving into the desires of the flesh instead of a struggle against them.

These heresies despise the legitimate desires of the flesh and glorify that which undermines them, a total inversion. St Margaret was a mother in a married state. Her chastity would have further enraged them.

Interestingly, a few weeks ago, it was reported that a medieval tower in Rome had collapsed. It was built at the request of Pope Innocent III, the same pope who engaged in an intense power struggle with King John I of England (John Lackland), which led to England and Ireland temporarily becoming papal fiefs. Now, we may possibly have a pope who will carry out the opposite process.
