They say the first casualty of war is the truth.

I trust no one in the mainstream or secular world. I have a feeling we are all being played and the aim is to deliberately disturb our minds and disorientate us.

Even people we might want to trust (Carlson/Owens) could be controlled opposition for all we know.

There are lots of Church men that I dont trust either.

We are surrounded by diabolical disorientation.

I do trust priests like Father Ripperger as we are in a spiritual war & he is an expert on the demonic.

I trust our Lady to guide me through this mess.

If the first casualty of war is Truth then we have been at war for a very long time. One person I trust to give a decent perspective is Sam Shamoun.

  3. I agree completely. Trusting only in those who deserve my trust!!! Watching those people who seem to speak the truth, affects us emotionally, spiritually etc. For me it drains my strength so I am avoiding them.

Yes, in this delusional climate and the question of whom to trust in the stream of news, I'm staying close to the Two Hearts and the Little Flower!

I heard Fr Ripperger say that there are some YouTube videos using his likeness but dubbing words in that he has not said. So be careful out there surfing!

I trust my FSSP parish priests. And the writings of the saints.

Yes she is our guide through these hideous times. And we have been gifted wonderful priests on line. So many. Like Fr Ripperger. Fr Reehill. Msgr Rosetti. Fr Chris Alar.

I read a story about Sister Lucia of Fatima. One day she was struggling along moving a mattress when a novice came up and offered to help . She more nor less bit the nose of the poor girl and asked her if she had nothing else to do with her time?

This reminds me that we are all human and as St Paul reminds us we all fall short of the Glory of God. The same thing with Mother Angelica for instance, she had the most atrocious hair trigger temper and people were often on tender hooks around her.

This does not mean these two ladies were not saints , they were , but if even saints fall flat on their faces we can expect us ordinary mortals to fail.

It would be a real shame to trust no one. I think even bad, even evil people can teach us things. For instance at the minute I listen to two young men who are really I would guess are atheists and Communists. One of them is Jewish from New York. I know they are coming from a far,far different place from me but still they teach me. I admire them for a kind of very young idealism but also a very real clear sightedness. I also pity them very greatly since they so very, very, very far from God.

I guess really everyone had something to teach us. It would be a pity to turn folks off just because we don't agree with them.

Sister Lucia and Mother Angelica teach us we all of us get it wrong sometimes.

    Even the saints.

I was at Mass this morning, fretting about this horrible war and trying to weigh up the rights and wrongs with it, when I should have been listening to the Reading, when Our Lord's words about spitting the lukewarm out of His mouth came to my mind. At least those two young men, despite their errors, are not lukewarm. By taking an interest in matters, they might eventually approach the Truth.

Yes, I think the mistake they make and many, many also make is that we can save ourselves by own efforts. That we can construct our own Paradise here on Earth.

They have no concept of a Fallen Human Race and sin.

But one day they may understand this and it will lead them either to despair or redemption.
