I know there are a lot of people who don't use Facebook, I don't do a lot on it myself these days. I saw earlier that the posts from 'Learn Latin' are also on Instagram and X (formerly twitter) if anyone would be interested in seeing them there.

From Ars et Memoria Fb page:

    "Bene tibi sapiat!

How do you say "Bon appetit" in Latin?
One popular way is Bene tibi sapiat!
    Bene: Well
    Tibi: To/for you
Sapiat: May it taste (the present subjunctive of sapere)
Literally, "May it taste well to you!" It's a wonderful phrase to use at the dinner table to bring a bit of Roman flair to your meal."

    Pope Leo XIV's motto:
    In illo Uno, unum -
"In the One, we are one".
