From as soon as Pope Leo was elected I warned that in this man we face a very great evil. One lady asked me about him shortly after he was elected and I told her that he is a monster. My feelings have in no way changed. He has a nice smile, he seems serene and he looks the part. All the better to eat you with.
I feel ill when I read too much of the nightmares going on...listening booths on the Pope's trip with lay people.... Thank God the uproar from Catholics pushed them to actually change the booths to confessionals. All I can do is pray and offer sacrifices but it's much worse than it seems. Padraig, I remeber your comments around the time Pope Leo was elected. I also understand some of the reasons why you still feel this way. What I have some difficulty reconciling is, for instance, the Pope's praying the Rosary tomorrow, in unison with many others around the world, for Peace. He also visited the shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary in Pompeii recently. Do you think these are genuine reflections of his love for and trust in the intercession of the Blessed Mother? If so, would a 'monster' pray the Rosary. If not, are we being hoodwinked? A few crumbs being thrown to the peasants who still believe that stuff. I sincerely hope and pray that's not the case but with everything else going on these days, it's getting more difficult to know what's what.

He claims he is praying for World Peace. He is not calling for the conversion of hearts which will bring Peace about. Nor does he call for fasting. Such prayer will not be heard. It is not founded on repentance. The reason why he does not call for conversion is he does not either believe in or see sin. Praying for peace without conversion of heart is vain. It is simply virtue signalling. A apparent ticking of a certain box. It is not scriptural. All calls for God's intercession in these grave matters involve repentance and conversion of hearts and fasting. Like putting a bandage on a cancer. Basically what it boils down to is asking God to Bless sin. Including sin within the Church. This is not going too happen.
Fr Charron in his recent video says there is no mention of sin. Sin is our chief problem. But crickets ....
When the devil tempts us he does so by calling us to do an apparent good, not an evil like Eve with the fruit. By calling for World Peace he is simply being a kind of spiritual United Nations. It is a deceit an illusion. An apparent doing good that covers a Great Evil. He does the exact same thing all the time. For instance in saying that all war is wrong. Also by saying that Capital Punishment is wrong. These were not and are not the teachings of the Church. He does the same thing by calling for prayers for World Peace and not calling for conversion and repentance. Yet another very great evil in the appearance of a good. Apparently good but great evils. The Catholic Church is not the United Nations. Nor its chaplain. If God were to grant World Peace without our conversion He would be blessing us in our sins, and how evil is that?
I have New Catholics in the family and some who have returned. I speak honestly to them. I have to or I'll be in trouble.. I will speak up because while Pope Francis was Pope, my late daughter was told before Communion, just say you are sorry and come up, by a modern Priest. Then she died. We can see the effects of this deception even on this forum. People are threshing about blind and deceived like blind bats. Many of them will be crying out, Pope Leo is fine , even after burning in the flames of hell for a thousand years, led there by the very same person. But being spiritually deceived is not without fault. We can only be so deceived if something within us has caused this blindness.
I remember reading St. Thomas Aquinas what he said about capital punishment. He said if there is no way of restraining a murderer then capital punishment is necessary. For instance someone who is a known killer, but there is no prison around to keep him in. He said then the killer would be able to kill again. If there is a prison for him then capital punishment should not be enacted
I see from EWTN another religious order has been expelled from England. Marian Franciscans. Because they practiced Latin Mass. I am grieved. Expelling our own Brothers and Sisters while accepting other strange religions. But Mother Mary said to not give up the ship. I had a dream last week where Taylor Marshall came to visit me…I will have to search his podcasts. Jesus is coming soon!
The Catholic Church has never taught that Capital Punishment was wrong. Never. Never. Never. A Pope is called to preserve and protect the Teachings of the Church. Not to change them.
