29 August | The Martyrdom of St John the Baptist "Celebrating the martyrdom of St John the Baptist reminds us too, Christians of this time, that with love for Christ, for his words and for the Truth, we cannot stoop to compromises. The Truth is Truth; there are no compromises. Christian life demands, so to speak, the “martyrdom” of daily fidelity to the Gospel, the courage, that is, to let Christ grow within us and let him be the One who guides our thought and our actions." Pope Benedict XVI, 29 August 2012. The above quote from Pope Benedict brought to mind the Third Message of Our Lady to Sister Agnes on October 13th 1973: "My dear daughter, listen well to what I have to say to you. You will inform your superior... As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the flood, such as one will never have seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and priests. The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres...churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord. The demon will be especially implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them. With courage, speak to your superior. He will know how to encourage each one of you to pray and to accomplish works of reparation... It is Bishop Ito, who directs your community. You have still something to ask? Today is the last time that I will speak to you in living voice. From now on you will obey the one sent to you and your superior. Pray very much the prayers of the Rosary. I alone am able still to save you from the calamities which approach. Those who place their confidence in me will be saved."
I have confidence in Our Lady of Akita. The message provided through Sister Agnes at the time of the pachamama debacle sealed it for me. The Timing: On October 4, 2019, indigenous rituals involving the female carved figures (referred to as Pachamama) took place in the Vatican Gardens. Just two days later, on October 6, 2019, Sister Sasagawa broke decades of silence to share a new message. The angel told her: "Cover yourself in ashes, and please pray a rosary of reparation every day. Become like a child. Please offer sacrifices every day." Was Heaven unhappy with the corresponding event in Rome? Because of the seriousness of the angel's message, I will pray another Rosary of reparation today! More sacrifice! Lord be merciful to me, a sinner!
Another aspect of the Angel's visit which helps confirm the authenticity of the above message was that during Mary's last visit to Sister Sasagawa in 1973, she stated that the humble nun would not hear Mary's voice again. In 2019 it was the angel, not Mary, who spoke!
David Dionisi in the video you posted (about the 38 minute mark) says the 2019 message from sister about putting on sackcloth and ashes never happened.
It is amazing that time after time authentic apparitions are met with extreme hostility from many clergy, including senior clergy and even the Vatican itself. Often really nasty, aggressive and brutal. So often that it is almost expected.
