David Dionisi in the video you posted (about the 38 minute mark) says the 2019 message from sister about putting on sackcloth and ashes never happened.
It is amazing that time after time authentic apparitions are met with extreme hostility from many clergy, including senior clergy and even the Vatican itself. Often really nasty, aggressive and brutal. So often that it is almost expected.
Yes, i'd only seen the first ten minutes or so when I posted the video. Definitely food for thought if that's the case. The source seemed genuine and the message from 2019 was widely accepted. If it was an elaborate hoax, whoever started it should consider putting on sackcloth and ashes.
