Livestream

I was thinking of doing a Live Stream on the forum in the evenings via utube. Saying the rosary then have a chat.

It is just a mad notion and I was wondering if anyone would be interested?

 

I have been wondering how we could be saying the rosary together, at the same time.. this could be a way. What are the time differences though? I like the idea

It is just a thought, I must pray to Our Lady and ask her what she thinks.

Once you are retired you get all kinds of stray thoughts.

 

I would be surprised if she doesn't give it a green light. What Mom would frown on gathering her children together? I remember AED used to belong to a prayer group connected, I believe, to a movement initiated by Mary through Fr. Stefano Gobbi.

 

Yes but I noticed since I got the house fixed and have time on my hands I get all kinds of weird ideas.

I just had one there now. I might ask the young priest to let me start Eucharistic Adoration once a day for an hour in the parish Church after Mass.
Or in the monastery.

 

I might be interested. I don't have WhatsApp though, and am wary of adding apps like that to my phone. I do have Zoom... I don't know if that would work. My kids do some of their violin lessons with their teacher who is 2 hours away that way. One trouble though, is that there is a lag. So if one of us is praying and others want to pray along, our voices will be coming in at different times and it might sound like a mess lol.

 

I run a WhatsApp group with members from all over the world. Some people don't join because of being wary of WhatsApp. Strangely enough they are all from the USA. Perhaps they have good reason to be cautious?
I think however that big brother has us all sussed long ago.

 

I honestly don't even know what it is. The name just reminds me of Snap Chat, which I've heard terrible things about. I don't know what goes on in WhatsApp.

 

I have WhatsApp and i think its actually more secure and private than all the other video apps.

I would be very interested in doing the Rosary with others.

Yes Terry. It was a Rosary Cenacle through the Marian Movement of Priests in the late 90's eary 2000's. We disbanded quite a while ago. At least 4 of the members have died. It was a lovely group.
