My Wife Geralyn

Please pray for Geralyn. She is soon to have hip surgery and I've been helping out with some of her chores. This evening she drew a diagram to aid me in finishing a plumbing job. (Her Dad, Joseph, was a shop teacher and I think she inherited all his practical genes)!

 

I will keep Gerelyn in my prayers.

 

I will be praying for Geralyn. And for you, as you pick up the slack.

I just read this. Hoping all goes well for Geralyn. Prayers.

 

Praying for Geralyn on my rosaries and offering up Mass today.

At least she has something great to look forward to after the surgery. My father used to always ask us the question, 'What are you looking forward to now?' A great question as it encourages hope. Geralyn has something great to look forward to.

Did you know that the Spanish language has no accurate equivalent of "look forward to"? Tener ganas is the closest approximation but it doesn't quite mean the same thing.

 

Perhaps esperanza, hope, we all hope for heaven.
