I got the strongest feeling earlier today Peter when I read the St Bartolo thread that you should read his story and follow his example
Padre Pio's mother was a very holy indeed saintly woman. Her husband too was holy but she herself was extraordinary. Fir instance she used to fast two days a week without fail and when her wedding day fell on one of these days she still fasted. When she was old and about to die she got full of fear that she might go to hell when she died because of fear she had offended God and not repented. But when her asked her son , Padre Pio, about it he said if we to confession with a sincere intention to reform and tell all our sins we have nothing to worry about. That even if we forget some sins not to worry God would understand. I am glad God is not so hard on us as we often are on ourselves.
Prayers, Peter. Speak God's truth to your heart and do battle! We pray for you as well! From Psalm 68:...Let God arise and his enemies be scattered. Let those who hate Him melt like wax before the fire! Proverbs 3: 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Jeremiah 31:3 ...I have loved you with an everlasting love and am constant in my affection for you! John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. Then call upon the Immaculate Heart, our Heavenly Queen Mother!! Hail Mary!
With some of the suffering it can be difficult but trying to keep going. I have a bottle of exorcised Holy water which I keep close to me and it seems to be very helpful thanks be to God. It seems to be effective in warding off spiritual attacks.
I've done everything to confess past sins and wrongs. I can't do much more than that. But I still feel God is angry with me
