Re: the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Pope in unison with all of the bishops of the world.

If I recall correctly, Sr. Lucia’s quoted comments on this contradict themselves.

As for me, I would have to agree with Fr. Roux of the Marian Movement of Priests on this one:
“Does it look like Russia has cease to spread her errors?”

Cub, I have often wondered if Our Lady's 'Hands on' request had been answered, would the First and Second World wars have taken place???

You know, I know it sounds crazy, but I don't think they would....

    padraig,

There's no telling what may have been avoided.....and it is very sad to reflect upon that.

It is so difficult for me to comprehend why the leaders of our Church did immediately make the requested consecration....especially upon the apparition being approved.

I am sure that you are familiar with Fr. Gruner's site:

I could not correct the typo in previous post for some reason....

    It should have read:

Iget he feeling Cub, that like the rest of us the Bishops can be very, very busy men, like the CEO's of very large companies. As such they can, like ourselves get the position of prayer mixed up. Our hearts are like little chalices , we fill them up with God's love through pouring prayer into them {Contemplation} then they overflow and into the heart of the world {Apostolic action}. However prayer is never, never ever a bolt on extra but most especially so for priests and particularly Bishops. To put action before prayer is to put the cart before the horse and this just won't work for them. I think as a consequence of this sometimes they can see the Church in heavily juridical, organisational, concrete terms rather than in terms that are more like the Mind of Christ , that is in mystical , spiritual terms . So when you tell such a Bishop that Our Lady is appearing in Fatima or Medugorje or where ever and that she is giving concrete hands on advice about things like the Consecration to the Immaculate Heart you get a kinda, 'So what...is this relevant to the day to day problems in my Diocese and the Universal Church' Or to put it another way their eyes becomea little to close to the grindstone than it would be if they took a little time out to pray a lot more.

Its no accident that mystics like Padre Pio were kicked out to the middle of nowhere and silenced as far as possible by very high Church authorities. Such people become highly uneasy or disdainful of the overtly spiritual/mystical. Like Fatima. Like Medugorje. Like Padre Pio.

But I think that there are a number of questions we can ask about our present times. Why are they happening in such hugh numbers?/ Why in Medugorje do we have the most spectacular mystical/apparition event in the history of the world? Why is Our coming, rather than say Jesus Himself, or Saint Michael? What is the faith/spiritual state of the world nowadays..what does this mean for our own response and the future of the World???

I think in order to better understand the present Signs of the Times it is good to go back to a book call ed 'The Mystical City of God' written by the Venerable Mary of Agreda, and to the part of it that describes the Passion and Death of Christ.

Venerable Mary of Agreda was born on April 2, 1602, in Agreda, Spain. Christened Maria Fernandez Coronel, she took the blue habit and made her vows as a nun in the Franciscan order, and in 1627 she became abbess of the Agreda Franciscan monastery until her death on May 24, 1665. The process to declare her a saint began almost immediately after her death, in 1672, as she had lived a life of evident holiness in the eyes of her contemporaries. During her life, she had experienced mystical phenomena including private revelations.

The most famous of these writings is the Mystical City of God: Divine History of the Virgin, Mother of God, which had been dictated by the Virgin Mary Herself. Even after death, Sister Agreda continues to defy the rationalists and non-believers: her body, kept in her convent, is incorrupt. Like a small number of deceased mystics and Catholic saints, the nun's body refuses to naturally decay, even after 339 long years.

Here are excerpts from Chapter X of the Mystical City of God, “The victory of Christ over hell”, where the demons are forced to witness their final defeat with the ultimate sacrifice of Christ on Calvary, to redeem all mankind:

Below is an a picture of Mary's incorrupt body

Lucifer and his demons in the course of the life and miracles our Savior, never could ascertain fully whether the Lord was true God and Redeemer of the world, and consequently what the dignity of the most holy Mary was. This was so disposed by Divine Providence, in order that the whole mystery of the Incarnation and the Redemption of the human race might be more fittingly accomplished. Lucifer, although knowing that God was to assume human flesh, nevertheless knew nothing of the manner and the circumstances of the Incarnation...

Lucifer and his demons, as soon as they saw the Lord taking the Cross upon His sacred shoulders, wished to fly and cast themselves into hell; for at that moment they began to feel with greater force the operations of His divine power. By divine intervention this new torment made them aware that the Death of this innocent Man, whose destruction they had plotted and who could not be a mere man, threatened great ruin to themselves. They therefore desired to withdraw, and they ceased to incite the Jews and the executioners, as they had done hitherto

But the command of the Most Blessed Mary, enforced by the divine power, detained them and, enchained like fiercest dragons, compelled them to accompany Christ to Calvary. The ends of the mysterious chain that bound them were placed into the hands of Mary, the great Queen who, by the power of Her divine Son, held them all in subjection and bondage. Although they many times sought to break away and raged in helpless fury, they could not overcome the power of the heavenly Lady. She forced them to come to Calvary and stand around the Cross, where She commanded them to remain motionless and witness the end of the great mysteries there enacted for the salvation of men and the ruin of themselves. (...)

The Savior then pronounced the first word: “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do!” (Luke 23, 34) By these words the princes of darkness came to the full conviction that Christ our Lord was speaking to the Eternal Father, that He was His natural Son and the true God with Him and the Holy Ghost, that He had permitted death in His most sacred and perfect humanity, united to the Divinity for the salvation of the whole human race; that now He offered His infinitely precious merits for the pardon of the sins of all those children of Adam, who should avail themselves thereof for their rescue, not excepting even the wretches that crucified Him. At this discovery Lucifer and his demons were thrown into such fury and despair that they instantly wished to hurl themselves impetuously to the depths of hell, and strained all their powers to accomplish it in spite of the powerful Queen.

In the second word spoken by the Lord to the fortunate thief: “Amen I say to thee, today thou shalt be with Me in paradise,” the demons understood that the fruits of the Redemption in the justification of sinners ended in the glorification of the just. They were made aware that from this hour the merits of Christ would commence to act with a new force and strength, that through them should be opened the gates of Paradise, which had been closed by the first sin, and that from now on men would enter upon eternal happiness and occupy their destined heavenly seats, which until now had been impossible for them. (...)

At the third word spoken by the Lord to his Mother: “Woman, behold thy son!” the demons discovered that this heavenly Lady was the true Mother of the Godman, the same Woman whose likeness and prophetic sign had been shown to them in the heavens at their creation, and who was to crush their head as announced by the Lord in the terrestrial paradise. They were informed of the dignity and excellence of this great Lady over all creatures, and of Her power which they were even now experiencing. As they had from the beginning of the world and from the creation of the first woman, used all their astuteness to find out who this great woman that was announced in the heavens could be, and as they now discovered Her in Mary, whom they had until now overlooked, these dragons were seized with inexpressible fury...

The fourth word of Christ was addressed to the Eternal Father: “God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?” The evil spirits discovered in these words that the charity of God toward men was boundless and everlasting; that, in order to satisfy it, He had mysteriously suspended the influence of the Divinity over His most sacred humanity, thus permitting His sufferings to reach the highest degree and to draw from them the most abundant fruits; that He was aware and lovingly complained of His being deprived of the salvation of a part of the human race; how ready He was to suffer more, if such would be ordained by the Eternal Father...

The fifth word of Christ, “I thirst,” confirmed Christ's triumph over the devil and his followers; they were filled with wrath and fury because the Lord clearly let them see their total overthrow. By these words they understood Him to say to them: If what I suffer for men, if My love for them seem great to you, be assured that My love for them is still unsatiated, that it continues to long for their eternal salvation, and that the mighty waters of torments and sufferings have not extinguished it (Cant. 8, 7). Much more would I suffer for them, if it were necessary, in order to deliver them from your tyranny and make them powerful and strong against malice and pride.

In the sixth word of the Lord: “It is consummated!” Lucifer and his hordes were informed that the mystery of the Incarnation and Redemption was now accomplished and entirely perfected according to the decree of divine wisdom. For they were made to feel that Christ our Redeemer had obediently fulfilled the will of the Eternal Father; that He had accomplished all the promises and prophecies made to the world by the ancient Fathers; that His humility and obedience had compensated for their own pride and disobedience in Heaven in having not subjected themselves and acknowledged Him as their Superior in human flesh; and that they were now through the wisdom of God justly humbled and vanquished by the very Lord whom they despised.

The great dignity and the infinite merits of Christ demanded that in this very hour He should exercise His office and power of Judge over angels and men, such as had been conceded to Him by the Eternal Father. He now applied this power by hurling this sentence at Lucifer and all his followers, that, being condemned to eternal fire, they instantly depart into the deepest dungeons of hell. This very sentence was included in the pronouncing of the seventh word: “Father, into Thy hands I commend My spirit!” (Luke 23, 46)... The evil spirits were routed from Calvary and precipitated to deepest part of hell more violently and suddenly than a flash of light through the riven clouds.

As soon as Lucifer was permitted to proceed in these matters and arise from the consternation in which he remained for some time, he set about proposing to his fellow-demons new plans of his pride: (...) “O men, so favored and gifted by your God whom I abhor, and so ardently loved by Him! How shall I hinder your good fortune? How shall I bring upon you my unhappiness, since I cannot destroy the existence you have received? What shall we now begin, O my followers? How shall we restore our reign?... Against the law of this Redeemer and against those that follow it, I intend to direct all my wrath and fury, and I shall most bitterly persecute those who hear the doctrine of this Redeemer and become His disciples; against these must our most relentless battle be waged to the end of the world.

Chapter X ends with these words of the Virgin Mary:

This close imitation and living reproduction of Christ, confronting the demons in the first children of the Church, they feared so much, that they dared not approach and they precipitously fled from the Apostles and the just ones imbued with the doctrines of My divine Son... What is seen in the saints and in perfect Christians in those times, would happen in the present times with all the Catholics if they would accept grace and work with it instead of permitting it to go to waste, and if they would seek the way of the Cross; for Lucifer fears it as much now as in the times thou hast been writing of.

But soon the charity, zeal and devotion in many of faithful began to grow cold, and they forgot the blessings of the Redemption; they yielded to their carnal inclinations and desires, they loved vanity and avarice, and permitted themselves to be fascinated and deceived by the false pretenses of Lucifer, obscuring the glory of their Savior and inveigling them into the meshes of their mortal enemies. This foul ingratitude has thrown the world into the present state, and has encouraged the demons to rise up in their pride against God, audaciously presuming to possess themselves of all the children of Adam on account of this forgetfulness and carelessness of Catholics.

So we can see from this that the flame of the faith is passed on from generation to generation. People must choose to either follow God of not to follow God not only as individuals but the Church and the whole of mankind. But as the flame of faith is passed from generation to generation Satan is at war with God to tempt man from belief whilst Mary leadings the army of light and leads her children on Earth towards Redemption

I usually try to read a chapter of the bible before going to bed at night and have been very struck lately reading how very similiar the calls of the prophets are to Our Lady's calls, she who is Queen of the Prophets in the various apparition sites. I note that sometimes people responded to these calls, such as the City of Nineveh to Jonah and King David over the murder of Uriah the Hittite and sometimes they did not. When they did not disaster invariably followed in various terrible ways. It seems strange to me that people nowadays seem to think that prophesy in some way or other ended with the apostles. Why should it.?/ We have the same choice for good or ill our forefathers did. Why should not God call us to repentance and if we refuse to turn away from sin why should similiar or worse things not come upon us?/ Especially for us who have had the Gospel preached throughout the Earth and have a thousand time less excuse for our dereliction??

I think Mary of Agreda pointed towards something underlined by Saints Peter and Saints Paul. That our enemy the devil:

    1 Peter 5:8
Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

Thus we fight not just physical enemies but spiritual. We fight against principalities. These can either be heavenly principalities (Eph 3:10; Dan 10:13, 20) or they can be earthly (Tit 3:1; Jer 13:18), where the earthy are kings and princes who are guided by the devil (Eze 28:2). We fight against powers. Again, these can be heavenly or earthly (Eph 3:10; Tit 3:1) like Rev 13:2. We fight against rulers of the darkness of this world. These are rulers in the world who follow darkness rather than the light of Jesus Christ (Jn 8:12; Lk 22:53; Col 1:13). We fight against spiritual wickedness in high places. These are like the unclean spirits and fallen angels (Job 1:6; Matt 12:43-45).

It seems to me this war has been going down from the the time of Eden and that the Catholic Church and mankind has suffered some very severe setbacks and wounds that have resulted in the Great Apostacy we are now seeing in our present days. Things like the false deed of Constantine, when the Medieval Church claimed that the Emperor Constantine had left the Roman Empire to the Church in his will, thus turning the Church for a very long time turned towards the material possessions that would so corrupt them during a series of evil Popes like the Borgia's. The Shism between East and West, the so called Protestant 'Reformation'. The evils of modern secularism and liberalism that arose from free thinking around the time of the Fe4nch Revolution..and on and on..

I think the key turning point came somewhere around the end of the 1800's and is exemplified in the vision of Pope Leo xii:

    October 13, 1884

Exactly 33 years to the day prior to the great Miracle of the Sun in Fatima, that is, on October 13, 1884, Pope Leo XIII had a remarkable vision. When the aged Pontiff had finished celebrating Mass in his private Vatican Chapel, attended by a few Cardinals and members of the Vatican staff, he suddenly stopped at the foot of the altar. He stood there for about 10 minutes, as if in a trance, his face ashen white. Then, going immediately from the Chapel to his office, he composed the prayer to St. Michael, with instructions it be said after all Low Masses everywhere. When asked what had happened, he explained that, as he was about to leave the foot of the altar, he suddenly heard voices - two voices, one kind and gentle, the other guttural and harsh. They seemed to come from near the tabernacle. As he listened, he heard the following conversation:

The guttural voice, the voice of Satan in his pride, boasted to Our Lord:
    "I can destroy your Church."

The gentle voice of Our Lord:
"You can? Then go ahead and do so."

    Satan:
"To do so, I need more time and more power."

    Our Lord:
"How much time? How much power?

    Satan:
"75 to 100 years, and a greater power over those
who will give themselves over to my service."

    Our Lord:
"You have the time, you will have the power.
Do with them what you will."

Remember that after the vision, Pope Leo XIII immediately wrote the Prayer to St. Michael to help us overcome the devil in his quest. He instructed that it be said after every low Mass.

I think that after this there is a new specific quality to all Marian apparitions that point towards the Book of Revelations and that seems to see, more and more strongly that the Church and the world as a whole has entered these times, these Marian times and I would like to turn to some Marian visions round about then and since that underline this.

The people I really admire, Mary are faithful Catholics like yourself and others on this forum, the ones I see at Mass and confession every week in these darkening and difficult times. For myself it is easy as like doubting Thomas I had to see the face of heaven before I believed and this is like a fire within me to drive me on. But to those to whom much has been grant ed much will be expected. My prayer for us all is like Saint Francis, 'Brothers and sisters, let us begin to-day'

Some may wonder why it may be important to review the apparitions form the late 19th century up to say Fatima in 1917. I think because what happened then and can teach us a very great deal about the nature of that which will occur in the 21st century. For these series of apparitions are like a warning, a foreshadowing and a preparation for all that was to come in the Twentieth century, things like the First and Second World Wars, the rise of Communism and Facism, the Great Apostacy, the end of Colonialism ans so on. For if they were indeed foreshadowings of the tumult of the twentieth centry what does the current huge series of Marian apparitions , such as the 1981 (beginning) of the mind blowing series of ongoing apparitions at Medugorje tell us of the events that will occur in the 21st century. Words like stupendous, history changing and gigantic, world changing seem barely adequate.

So lets go back to the 'hallway' of Marian apparitions of this period and see what they can teach us, looking back to what they mean for the 20th century then go forward to the apparitions of the late 20th century , transpose the lessons and see if we can learn anything. For there seem so many similarities in timescale, Medugorje and others occurring at round about the same time in the 20th century as some of the great apparitions of the late 19th century

    Ahhhh Padraig,

Looking at these apparitions in a list as you have posted them, a little light bulb went off in my head. I never thought of Fatima before as the culmination of a prior period/century foreshadowing this one (up until now I had always thought of Fatima as the beginning of the current period).

Two things occurred to me: First, as Fatima was the culmination of the prior century, so too Medjugorje is the culmination of this current period. (Until now), Fatima was the biggest pubicly viewed/experienced apparition with the great solar miracle and the healings and conversions that happened on that day. Now Medjugorje has far surpassed all previous apparitions in ongoing length and associated conversions. And we already have an idea about what is to come--the Warning and Miracle for starters.

The other thing that occurred to me just now is that Christ Jesus Ascension into Heaven was the culmination of His bodily time on Earth (in His first coming). This reminds me of what Chrissie suggested about Ascension Day.

I'm off to work and pray.

I think Darrel that the introductory great apparition for the 1800's that point to the 20th century was Lourdes, the closing apparition ( which pointed towards communism and the first and second world wars was Fatima.

I Think it is true (and as far as I recall may people have pointed this out including Franciscans at Medugorje) that Medugorje is a continuation of Fatima in a sense. However Medugorje, according to the previous time line from the late 19th/early twentieth centuries may be more properly compared to Lourdes, though as you say it is, at the same time, a continuation of Fatima. It can be compared in that it is the great frirst apparition pointing to the 21st century, however the last great apparition has yet to come. This and now I am only going on what happened the last time round an even more remarkable sign is to come over the next few years. This will l not be localised but to the whole world and everyone in it. This I suspect will be the Illumination of conscience and also I think the great sign foretold in the Book of Revelation which will be Our Blessed Lady appearing, actually appearing in the heavens as described , with twelve stars round her, fair as the moon and bright as the sun for all mankind to see. I also believe that this global apparition in the sky will be the correct parallel to Fatima as the closing sign to the events of the 20th century, which will be spectacular enough in themselves, of course. I strongly suspect that the Illumination of Conscience and the sight of Our Lady will occur as one and the same thing, you look at the sky, see Our Lady and are drawn to see yourself as God sees you. That is why Our lady says that Medugorje is a full stop to this kind of apparition, the Great Sign will negate the need for anymore, WE WILL EACH OF US KNOW THAT GOD EXISTS. In much the same way as I did and do from seeing her myself. I also believe and I know its sounds impossible, that we will be able to talk to her, each and every one of us directly. Carrying on the time line from the early 20th century, Fatima was 1917 and logically the Great Sign should be early on this century. Well thats my guess anyway.

This, then, is why the sun dances at Medugorje and at Betania and this is why it danced at Fatima, a shadow of woman, fair as the sun, who is to appear in the heavens.

Also one other thing about Medugorje. It is not alone. There are a number of incredibly important apparitions in each of the continents to give it support. For Asia, Akita, for America, Betania, for Africa, Kibeho all like stars around the great sun in Bosnia. As for the USA I suspect it to be Emmitsburg or the one in Washington, but I would guess Emmitsburg.

I am perplexed why once Catholic Canada has not come forward more, I suspect it bodes very ill for that poor benighted nation.

But I am getting ahead of myself here.

+I think in many ways the person who communicates or prays to God is rather like a child in her mothers womb. The baby lies and listens to his mothers heartbeats all around him and hears over and over , with every heartbeat the words of God, ' I love you, I love you , I love you'. For this is the centre of prayer, the Holy Spirit crying within , 'Abba Father', as we are transformed, 'From one degree of Glory into the next', into the image of Jesus Christ, 'The Alpha and Omega', as loving sons and daughters of our heavenly Father. Thus in the womb of love we hear the eternal heartbeat of love that resounds throughout the universe, that is the universe. As Saint Gerard Majella once said, 'Lift a stone and you will find God'.

After a while in the womb of prayer the baby's sense grow, including his ability to hear. After practise we become better listeners, just as in the womb the baby's sense of taste and feeling sharpen so in prayer , as we become more adept listeners and more able to distinguish exactly what our Father is telling us in the everyday. Our consciense, for instance is grace aided reason. Wisdom is the ability to refer all things to Christ and this is closely related to prophesy , which is as the Corinthians 1:14 teaches us:

1 Follow after charity, be zealous for spiritual gifts; but rather that you may prophesy. Prophesy... That is, declare or expound the mysteries of faith. 2 For he that speaketh in a tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man heareth. Yet by the Spirit he speaketh mysteries. Not unto men... Viz., so as to be heard, that is, so as to be understood by them. 3 But he that prophesieth speaketh to men unto edification and exhortation and comfort. 4 He that speaketh in a tongue edifieth himself: but he that prophesieth, edifieth the church. 5 And I would have you all to speak with tongues, but rather to prophesy. For greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues: unless perhaps he interpret, that the church may receive edification. 6 But now, brethren, if I come to you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, unless I speak to you either in revelation or in knowledge or in prophecy or in doctrine? 7 Even things without life that give sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction of sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped? 8 For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle? 9 So likewise you, except you utter by the tongue plain speech, how shall it be known what is said? For you shall be speaking into the air. 10 There are, for example, so many kinds of tongues in this world: and none is without voice. 11 If then I know not the power of the voice, I shall be to him to whom I speak a barbarian: and he that speaketh a barbarian to me. 12 So you also, forasmuch as you are zealous of spirits, seek to abound unto the edifying of the church. Of spirits... Of spiritual gifts. 13 And therefore he that speaketh by a tongue, let him pray that he may interpret. 14 For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prayeth: but my understanding is without fruit. 15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, I will pray also with the understanding, I will sing with the spirit, I will sing also with the understanding. 16 Else, if thou shalt bless with the spirit, how shall he that holdeth the place of the unlearned say, Amen, to thy blessing? Because he knoweth not what thou sayest. Amen... The unlearned, not knowing that you are then blessing, will not be qualified to join with you by saying Amen to your blessing. The use or abuse of strange tongues, of which the apostle here speaks, does not regard the public liturgy of the church, (in which strange tongues were never used), but certain conferences of the faithful (1 Corinthians 14:26, etc.), in which, meeting together, they discovered to one another their various miraculous gifts of the Spirit, common in those primitive times; amongst which the apostle prefers that of prophesying before that of speaking strange tongues, because it was more to the public edification. Where also not, that the Latin, used in our liturgy, is so far from being a strange or unknown tongue, that it is perhaps the best known tongue in the world. 17 For thou indeed givest thanks well: but the other is not edified. 18 I thank my God I speak with all your tongues. 19 But in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that I may instruct others also: than ten thousand words in a tongue. 20 Brethren, do not become children in sense. But in malice be children: and in sense be perfect. 21 In the law it is written: In other tongues and other lips I will speak to this people: and neither so will they hear me, saith the Lord. 22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to believers but to unbelievers: but prophecies, not to unbelievers but to believers. 23 If therefore the whole church come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in unlearned persons or infidels, will they not say that you are mad? 24 But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not or an unlearned person, he is convinced of all: he is judged of all. 25 The secrets of his heart are made manifest. And so, falling down on his face, he will adore God, affirming that God is among you indeed.

26 How is it then, brethren? When you come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a revelation, hath a tongue, hath an interpretation: let all things be done to edification. 27 If any speak with a tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and in course: and let one interpret. 28 But if there be no interpreter, let him hold his peace in the church and speak to himself and to God. 29 And let the prophets speak, two or three: and let the rest judge. 30 But if any thing be revealed to another sitting, let the first hold his peace. 31 For you may all prophesy, one by one, that all may learn and all may be exhorted. 32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. 33 For God is not the God of dissension, but of peace: as also I teach in all the churches of the saints. 34 Let women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted them to speak but to be subject, as also the law saith. 35 But if they would learn anything, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is a shame for a woman to speak in the church. 36 Or did the word of God come out from you? Or came it only unto you? 37 If any seem to be a prophet or spiritual, let him know the things that I write to you, that they are the commandments of the Lord. 38 But if any man know not, he shall not be known. 39 Wherefore, brethren, be zealous to prophesy: and forbid not to speak with tongues. 40 But let all things be done decently and according to order.

So that prophesy is more than simply telling the future but the ability to expound the mysteries of the faith. So like the baby in the mother's womb listening to the universal heartbeat of love we become better listeners and better able to be hear our heavenly Father in whom there is no distinction between the past , the present and the future but only the Eteranl now.

But it is very possible for us, like little babies to mistake what we see, hear, smell and feel in false of misguided prophecy in listening to this heartbeat of love in prayer or at least not to understand clearly and I'd like to turn to how this may come about.

I am sorry I am writing so little on this at the minute as I have a lot to say, but have so little time lately. I will write much more, but want to say a little about false mysticism before going on to the real stuff.

I have a job interview this morning to be made permanent at work this morning at 1015 if anyone who reads this could say a little prayer for me, also job interviews for promotion.I managed to drop a load of files on my bosses head yesterday, a good preparation for the interview. She was very good and burst out laughing!! Ah well I suppose it keeps us both humble!!

I read it too late but in God's world time takes on another idea so maybe my prayers will help as well!
Besides they already have had the privilege of working with you, they have the goods so to speak. Hope it all goes well for you.
