I had intended to post this on Divine Mercy Sunday, but I will be out of town camping and thought it important for those who may not understand the power of this great Gift Our Lord has given to us. This is one of my stories: A Divine Mercy testimony: Several years ago, a young man from a water company came to our house to install a water system. After installing the system, he looked at the bookcase in our Living Room and saw photographs of Padre Pio and Mother Theresa. He questioned me about the wraps on Padre Pio’s hands, which I answered, and looking at Mother Theresa commented what a wonderful person she was. As he was about to leave our house, he noticed our Divine Mercy picture and said that it was the most beautiful picture of Jesus he had ever seen. I explained to him about the Divine Mercy picture and as I did so he began to cry. Before leaving our house, he asked me to pray for him, so I included him in my Divine Mercy Chaplet that I pray every day at 3PM. The next day my husband was talking to the owner of the company who told him that the young man who was at our house had suddenly died in his sleep the night before (the day he was at our house). He died from a brain aneurism. Please pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy every day and whenever God puts someone before you that needs your prayers. Pray it for the sick and dying. If you do not know the promises of this Gift of God, contact the Marian Helpers (Marian.org), read St. Faustina's Diary and be sure to make your Divine Mercy Sunday next Sunday. Lynne Bauer
