I was praying in bed the other night , sleepless (very sleepless, I got up two or three hours late the next morning) when I had, I don't suppose you would call it a dream ,as I wasn't sleepless, so I suppose you might call it a vision in which I was taken to this Church at mass. Now in the Church was a group of demons and I had a chance to observe and listen to them as the Congregation there went up to Communion and I thought I would share a little of what I heard and saw learnt from them at that Mass. I think the first thing I would say about demons is that they are the total opposite of angels. The compass of an angels heart is always turned to God and the things of God. An angel is totally , I guess you could say totally gifted to God. For them ..I will finish later, a friend called.
Padraig, I am not sure whether I missed your later update. I'd be very interested to read the remainer of your dream/vision. have you posted it elsewhere?
I am on the night shift tonight and will try to write it then, Inis. Is there much confusion in Denmark over those shootings? People seemed very upset.
The angels in this being enraptured in God are even more submerged in God than the saints on Earth for what the saints look towards in Faith the angles see face to face. On the other hand the demons as Scripture tells us see God and tremble. James 2:19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that--and shudder. That same constant vision of God which is the angles produces a permanent raputre of joy for the angels is a cause of horror and unending pain for the demons. Just as the eyes of the angle's hearts are always turned to God the eyes of the demons are always averted; in this they remind me a little of guilty children who fear to look their Father in the eyes and are constantly avoiding His gaze. A litle like travellers in the hottest of deserts they must endure the Light of the Most High God as a pitiless sun that constantly burns and wounds them to the centre of their being, for it is the greatest sign of their Eternal damnation. More than this the angels in God, live and move and have their being, they are embraced by God and very much a part of His family; Acts 17:28 ‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’[a] As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring So the demons are become disniherited. In this they remind me of black smoke. They are like trees uprooted for central reason of exiextance, as we are taught in our Catholic Cathechism, that we were created , 'To know, love and serve Him'. The demons no longer love and serve Him and what they do know of God is a source or endless pain and horror. Whereas the angles are in a sense in the the inside looking out the demons are for all Eternity on the outside looking in. To put it simply they are damned. Their agony and sense of loss , their pain is indescribale. Mark 9:48 where "'the worms that eat them do not die, and the fire is not quenched.'
The demons being disinherited from God and the Kingdom of God have one reason now to act and this couldn be seemn quite clearly in their atittude of pure hate for the congregation as they processed up to Communion. The demons are uder no illusion that they are defeated and that Chirst has won the victory. However they have nothing left but to bring about the downfall and damnation of souls and this they do with singlemindedness and determination, a constant implacable fury and hate, a comlte despisement of mankind which it would be impossible for a man to emulate. For they pour into this ever fibre of their being , of their spirits which should have been given to love and praise and adore and serve the Most High God. In a very real sense they have become hate, for pure hate and firy is what they have become. In this they remind me of a bodies instinctive reaction. When a doctor taps a patients kneee the leg will jump. The demons are like permanent frozen jerks. All they have left is hate and fury and in a very real way that is what they have become an Eteranl war cry of hate and fury. Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short." They reminded me of medieval soldiers in an army, an army that is forever at war, that never rests, always and forever besieging the Kingdom of God. cf: http://www.stgemmagalgani.com/2009/02/rev-father-paul-of-moll.html 'Father Paul once said to a friend, "I have just seen our Savior and immediately afterwards there filed past me a large troop of men on horseback, all clad in armour, like cavaliers of the Middle Ages: they were so many demons! When anything good happens, the devil at once interferes." -There was a talk in the presence of Father Paul of sorcerers and sorceresses, of diabolical Sabbath meetings and interferences of evil spirits. Asked to express his opinion, Father Paul said, "Currently in our days the action of the evil spirit is less to be feared than formerly. His power diminishes with the ever increasing number of priests; for the almost continual offering of the holy sacrifice of the Mass victoriously neutralizes the efforts of Satan."' Sancte Michael Archangele, defende nos in proelio; contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium. Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur: tuque, Princeps militiae Caelestis, satanam aliosque spiritus malignos, qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo, divina virtute in infernum detrude. Amen.[3] English translation used in Ireland Blessed Michael, Archangel, defend us in the hour of conflict; be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God restrain him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust, down to hell, Satan, and with him the other wicked spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.[4]
Thanks, Padraig. People here are very upset, yes. They are a bit shocked and stunned that this could have happened in Denmark. It's a small country. Violence is relatively low here, although it has certainly increased over the past decade. It's sad and heartbreaking. Another sign of the times ..
Here is a little afterthought, and I really don't know what it could mean. The place where the first attack happened is called 'krudttønden', which translates as 'powder keg'
Actually I don't think there is a great deal of difference between some of these folks and demons. In fact they may well be worse. Demons are kept on a very short leash , these people having all the freedom of children of God to choose good and ill Demons , except in very exceptional cases are not permitted to kill. These folk kill with grinding awful and terrible regularity. It is what they do best. At times it seems like its all they do.
I too have noticed some strange names lately the first one that comes to mind is Chernobyl, in Ukrainian it translates as Wormwood.
The demons stood towards the front of the Church and as people came up to communion they made very critical remarks about each person, I suppose you might even call it name calling. This was very negative and made my heart sink a little as all negativity of this type does. But there was one lady who went past and I saw one demon get very angry at her and went to attack her but drew back. Then I realised, with a start that the demons were frightened of her. I at once saw the contradiction in this, for just a little while earlier the very same demon had been making sneering remarks about how weak and useless the lady was; well then , It seemed to me if she was so useless how did it come about she drove the demon off. What lessons do I learn from this? I think the main one was how powerful the Christian soul is when she/ he is in a state of grace. The necessity and need for the bread of heaven to fight the Evil One. The implacability and hatred of the Evil One towards mankind. I also thought this; if at this present time the demons can strive against us so seriously even in a Church before the Blessed Sacrament; then how much power must they not have outside the Church? '"If you succeed in having God always before you eyes," another Father says, "whether you are lying down to sleep, or rising from your bed, or doing some kind of work, the devil will not dare to harm you. The grace of God will protect you, to the extent that your mind is united with Him." "What wretches we are," laments one elder. "We are ashamed to commit some evil act before men, but we are not afraid or ashamed to act impiously and to sin before God, who knows all of the hidden things of our hearts."' Sayings of the Fathers of the Desert
Interesting video. Was it just me or did old Fr Lazarus have a touch of an Irish accent? I got the impression he was Irish. What I don't understand is how they can survive all that without the sacraments.
Fr Lazarus would have the sacraments certainly I think. They are Orthodox and the Catholic Church would recognise the validity of their sacraments. But there appears to have been a flourishing very mystical monastic type society st the time of Jesus called the Essenes and they would not have had the Eucharist of course but thrived. I suspect the Essenes, from Legend had a very central mystical role in the Plan of Salvation. But very hidden. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Essenes Fr Lazarus was an Australian Protestant, I think a College lecturer before his conversion. Actually it was a young girl who was instrumental in his conversion. I would certainly say Fr Lazarus is a saint, it is noticeable that before he started his ermetical life his monastery was struggling for vocations but since he got started the place is packed with young men. He has the most wonderful set of teachings on utube, just type in , 'Fr Lazarus'.
When I come back form Camping on Sunday, Ill be turning to the Words of the Hail Mary, 'Pray for the us sinners now and at the hour of our death', considering the demons attacks on people on their death beds and now as we live our every day life. bye and God bless.
Though this is non-traditional, I believe it is accurate as far as the source goes (just for curious observation): Apparently Edgar Cayce spoke of the Essenes in detail prior to the discovery of the Dead Sea scrolls. And in so doing, he claimed that Mary was from the Essenes, and that they had been actively preparing for the Messiah's incarnation at that time (interpreting dreams and visions) and thus had been preparing virgins for temple service. I believe it was also claimed then, that both Jesus and John the Baptist came out of that specific sect (the Essenes....as opposed to being of the Sadducee or Pharisee sects).
Don't forget to add the "Flame of Love" (given to Elizabeth Kindlemann) to the Hail Mary prayer as our Lady has said it will "blind satan".
The Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Spiritual Diary of Elizabeth Kindelmann 11/27/1963 "You must dedicate yourselves to blind satan. The coordinated forces of the entire world are necessary to accomplish this. Do not delay because someday you will be called to account for the work entrusted to you, for the fate of a multitude of souls. I do not want even one soul dammed. Satan will be blinded inasmuch as you work against him". 10/19/1962 "Satan does not look on with his arms folded, he is making enormous efforts. He already feels that my Flame of Love is lightning. This provoked his terrible fury. Enter into battle, we will be the conquerors. My Flame of Love will blind Satan to the same extent that all of you spread it around the world. Just as the whole world knows my name, so I want the Flame of Love of my heart performing miracles in the depths of the hearts to also be known." 8/1/1962 Mary: "Now, Satan has been blinded for some hours and has ceased dominating souls. Lust is the sin making so many victims. Because Satan is now powerless and blind, the evil spirits are set and inert, as if they have fallen into lethargy. They do not understand what is happening. Satan has stopped giving them orders. Consequently, souls are freed from the dominations of the Evil One and are making sound resolutions. Once those millions of souls emerge from this event, they will be much stronger in their resolve to stay firm". 2/23/1964 "the priest understood the essential message, which is to 'blind Satan.' This is the principal and only purpose of the Flame of Love of the Blessed Virgin. She herself, promised an outpouring of graces so great as have not happened on earth since the Word became Flesh"
I think the title of this thread was prophetic. I haven't slept well in two weeks so I am exhausted. But I am offering it up for specific intentions.
