You did not defend the Iranian government's persecution of the Baha'i faith; forgive me for seeming like I accused you of this in the last post. I cited this example to show that Iran is a country that persecutes religious minorities. The thing is, criticizing this government does not mean that you are ignoring the mistakes of the West or making hate speech against part of the Islamic world, as it seemed to me in a previous post of yours talking about hatred against Muslims.

Thanks. I figured it had to be a Catholic school. I watched some of the Senate hearing today. It left me so jaded that I could only manage about 15 minutes. Dr. Science said that he has always been open minded about whether the virus came from the lab. Open minded but he was sure it couldn't have come from the project he funded. The 6ft. distancing idea came out of nowhere but it wasn't disinformation, and the vaccines saved many lives. The mask rule was understandable because at the start they believed the virus was spread by droplets. Anything that sounded the least suspicious was somebody else's responsibility or was done without his knowledge. One side of the Senate heaped praise and thanksgiving on him like he were a god. They even threw in attempts on his life as though he barely escaped the Cross. The other side acted as though he were a devil. I got the impression that he's just a wily old man with an inflated ego who knows how the system works. It was like a badly acted and poorly written whodunit where everyone knows that the main suspect will get off scot-free and half the audience will look for their money back. It's a pity they didn't invite the bats and pangolin to explain what happened. There might have been more clarity if they had.
